Very good service kind and caring for all your needs bought a car and all service was above and beyond

The past couple weeks I recently bought a 07 Volkswagen Rabbit from the boys down at Emory Street Auto. Im very satisfied with the vehicle, its a good running car. Theyre very friendly and very helpful also have very good prices on oil changes brake repairs in any other automobile Services you may require.

Excellent customer. Friendly ,No wait, put me in for a test drive on arrival. Good prices, worked with me on a short term partial finance interest free to avoid bank fees. And helped me out with getting my vehicle home due to not being able to get a registration on it right away due to RMV availability.

I tried to buy a car from here. I test drove it and told them I wanted to buy it once the balancing was fixed. They told me they were sending it to get the tires balanced on Monday. I called Monday, they said it wasnt back but they would call me when it arrived on the lot. I said please do I want to buy this car. I called them again on Thursday and was told the car was sold to someone else. Extremely unprofessional experience - wont use them again and would not recommend!

A good friend of mine suggested that I come to this auto repair zone to fix up my car, and obviously I did. Little did I know that I would be walking out with a brand new car! The owner was super kind to me and was very helpful in finding me the right car. He even lowered the price for me! Giving me a nice trade in to drop the price. The company is very trustworthy, purchasing a car from this company might have been one of the best decisions of my whole life.

Personally, I have never had a nicer car buying experience. We were looking for my son’s first car for his commute to college in the fall and wanted something inexpensive, yet reliable. We did our homework through CarFax and found six possibilities at 97 Emory St. A 2008 Subaru was our first choice and ended up being the car we went with. Majid, the general manager, went out of his way on several occasions to help us get the car as quickly as he could. I cannot thank him (and his coworkers) enough for all they did to help. We took two test drives, one on the streets around the dealership and the other on the highway. We came back with a list of things that needed to be addressed if we were to buy. Two days later, he called and said they were all taken care of. We took the car for one more test drive, verified that everything was fixed, and signed for it. Majid greatly assisted in helping us get the plates and inspection sticker before we picked the car up. All in all, a low-pressure sales team, great communication, a willingness to work with the buyer, and going out of his way to help are all reasons why I will be sure to go back when I’m in need of a good used car.I cannot speak to the reliability of the car, but I will try to update as we drive the car for the next few months. It did come with a 3 month – 4500 mile powertrain warranty, so that was a relief.

Edit: so you claim that appointments dont work but you purposefully made one with me anyway. This is absolutely your fault youre a shady businessDO NOT DO BUSINESS HERECame here to buy a car and they said they would let me take it on a test drive today. Made an appointment and showed up early and they sold it 15 minutes before I arrived and just said sorry. I drove over 3 hours to buy this car and they did nothing

I have purchased two vehicles from Emory Street auto sales since May. The cars that they source have great Carfax reports, they are friendly, accommodating, and very helpful as far as service is concerned. Both cars I have purchased so far have been wonderful! As a matter of fact, I had service done there last month. I had the brakes done on my own vehicle and the service was completed in a timely manner, and affordable. I cannot recommend Emery Street auto sales AND service enough! Go check them out!

Good service, bought my first car here. I was a little skeptical after seeing some of the negative reviews but I took my chances anyway. They were honest and took care of anything I asked even after the purchase was made.

Similar to other reviews with this business, my experience with this business was very unprofessional and consisted of lies and breaking of contracts.In short, I bought a car from them. As part of negotiation, there was an issue with the car I was buying (***as most of their cars seem to have issues, beware of this***), and we even put it in writing to fix this issue. They had me drive to them, wait 3+ hours, and they refused to repair anything. Afterwards, they ignore any messages I send out to them. This is confusing because when I bought the car, the main guy said to my face something along the lines of theres no point in ruining our reputation over this, we can put it in writing. Funny how they say one thing and do another, classic move ;)There were other issues that came up with the car which were not put in writing, and I did not expect these repairs to be free - however, they still refused to fix them. Basically, they refuse to work on the cars they sell from my experience. This is a huge red flag, especially when it comes to used car lots.Unless they make it right for not only wasting 3+ hours of my time and refusing to do anything (what was the point in that?) and actually fixing the issue, this will be staying up.

If buying a car there bring a machanic for the test drive, and someone that knows about cars. Quality? value ? Professionalism *?? Puntuality (Super to take the money) I will up date my review after their 30 day warranty time. I will explain more and post pitures of to proof my argument. 1-2 points on hold may goes down or goes up. WARNING AGREEMENT NOT KEPT.SUGESTION:1 If you say you are going to do something , do it.3} Do not lie because truth always will be known4}Clean your placeFive months later $600 more fixing the car. I bought a subaru legacy 2.5gt and it drives great, No problems they put new brakes on it, a fresh oil change and new tires. I highly recommend this place and there cheap, Which is the best.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE SELFISH MONEY HUNGRY PEOPLE. ripped off me and my family sold us a car with a horrible transmission and refused to fix it and gave us a fake warranty!! Ended up costing me more than the value on the car, had to buy a brand new transmission with my OWN money and they stole 100$ and pocketed it from my mother for a “warranty” that wasn’t real. Please shut down this service it’s awful! UPDATE : my dad spoke to max and he was very helpful , he is working with us and an update will be followed up

Awesome used car dealership. Great prices for very good quality and were super helpful w my jetta. I live over an hr away in new bedford and they drove to me to sign paperwork to register the car for me and also delivered the car to me after registering and inspecting! Will def come back next time. No hassle with these guys!

Horrible quality broken down cars when they send it to get fixed they dont fix it right and most likely use used parts i have had my car since around may Ive already spent over $2000 and its still not enough, the car didnt even pass inspection as it needed over $5000 worth of parts and labor never again will I come here unless I wanna overpay for a car and still pay more than its worth fixing it, YOUD HAVE MORE LUCK FINDING A BETTER CAR AT A JUNK YARD

Im so glad I brought my 2007 Cadillac here to be fixed. I was always the type to bring my cars to the dealership for servicing but not anymore. My car wouldnt start after the storm we had so I brought it to the Cadillac dealership. They tried to tell me they were going to have to run a test that costs $400 before they could tell me what was wrong with it. We called Lapierre’s and told them the whole story and what the dealership said. They said it didn’t sound right to them. I picked up the car from the dealership and brought it over to Lapierre’s that next day. They said I didn’t need the test done and it was a very simple problem. They fixed it and my car is running great. Everyone is really nice and friendly. They explained everything they wanted to do before they did it and were upfront about everything. I have only been here once but I feel like my car is in good hands at Lapierre’s.

This place is great! After being agervated about another shop having my car for a solid three days and not even fixing the Initial problem that was wrong with my car. Read reviews about this place and brought my car in! They Diagnosed the problem the same day and had my car for two days and fixed exactly what was wrong with it and now my car is running fantastic!!! This place is clean and professional and they let you know a price before they even do your car big difference from the experience I had prior to a few days before bringing it in at another shop. Just want to say thanks for doing a wonderful job and doing it quickly would definitely recommend.

This is my local repair shop and the are fairly priced, fast, and most importantly HONEST! I brought my car in last night because I thought I had a bad starter. Well the looked at it and apparently the floor mat was rolled up under my clutch preventing it from starting. This place could have said ya its the starter but like I said they are honest. 5 stars all day long.

Never buy a car from this place. They sold me a car and a month later it was dead and they refused to help me

Lets face it, times are tough for many, so I shopped around for quotes and Lapierres had the best deal, with quality parts, for the work that was needed on my car. Not only that, but Chris Lapierre stated that if the parts can be repaired, instead of replaced, then I would save even more money. Chris and his staff performed the repairs and the savings compared to other shops was in the hundreds of dollars. Quality work! I recommend Lapierres to anyone, any day! Thanks Chris, and your staff!

My wife and I have had multiple cars serviced and repaired by Chris and his team over many years. I do not understand the comment about twice the estimate - they always come in on estimate for us, even on very big jobs. I know they do good wok and I can trust them. We do everything from oil changes to timing belt changes with Lapierres and are very happy.

Accommodating, fair, and valuable service. I bring a couple of my older vehicles here for not only service, but options as to what service to get when, and how much. Very honest and informative as well. About 20 minutes north of Providence for those looking for good car service in the area.

Salesman refused to let me take car to an independent mechanic... sketchy! Was extremely rude when I pressed him on why I couldn’t take it to a mechanic... please note all these positive reviews are years old... this place has gone downhill!

Ive taken in my 2002 Camry for various things... replacing a seat belt, dealing with a check engine light, and getting it cleaned (the last was subbed out).Ive found Lapierres Auto to be reasonable and cost effective as compared to the dealer. Plus, they dont try the hard-sell on me with phantom problems.

They took care of my vehicles for a couple of years. If I was still living there, they would continue to take care of my cars. Not only was the service and prices great but they would help with additional stuff like bringing the car to have the windshield replaced or inspections. My workdays are long and it was a real relief that they would go the additional distance.

Another outstanding experience. Commercial vehicle , called on short notice. They took truck in immediately diagnosed and repaired within 36 hour. This was a correction of previous mechanical negligence. Chris and his staff are lifesavers.

I have brought my 2008 Nissan Altima to Lapierres for several minor as well as one major repair. My car had over 180,000 miles when I started bringing it to them and they have kept it running well. They will not suggest any repair that is not necessary and their estimates are accurate. It is a pleasure dealing with them.

Started taking my car there when I moved to Attleboro the end of last year. I searched online for local mechanics for Audis and came across Lapierre. Found nothing but fantastic reviews all over and my experiences going to them have a been positive as well. Fast service, good communication and they seem to be very honest. They will definitely continue to get my business.

Great people at the desk and great techs in the bays . my family has been doing business with lapierres for 15-20 years and the service has always been great and always honest and trust worthy . I was a mechanic but not anymore and I trust them . plus they text you about stuff which in 2015 is a plus .

Given all of the positive reviews, I thought it made sense to share my negative experience. Made an appointment days in advance (and provided a list of what needed to be done while making the appt), dropped my car off the night before to get my brakes done, oil changed, tires rotated and inspection done. Got my car back at 5pm and they told me that they had rotated my tires and that my brakes were bad..but that they didnt have time to actually fix them. They also mentioned that I shouldnt be driving the car as-is and that it couldnt pass inspection due to the brakes..which was kind of why I brought it in...to get the brakes done so it would pass inspection. Oh, and also that I owed them $22 for the tire rotation plus a hazardous material fee and a shop supplies fee. A woman, who I assume was the shop manager, came out to check on the situation and promptly told them not to charge me, so kudos for that. They may be terrific mechanics, but Im afraid Ill never know. I expect much more from my mechanics. They do a mean tire rotation though.
