Bristol Glass did a great job replacing the windshield and rear window on my 25 year old truck. They were quick and responsive, and they showed up when they said they would. The technician even pointed out a couple of workmanship issues from the previous windshield replacement, and he corrected them. Very happy, will definitely return for future glass needs.

What can I say about these guys, very old style customer service of its not done until its done right. Would highly recommend to anyone needing custom cut glass for anything.

My Experience for windshield replacement:-Call to schedule appointment-Was asked if it had a forward camera that may need to be re-calibrated-Answered yes and scheduled a 2-3 hour appointment (their estimate)-Call after 6 hours, they say O yea, its done, come get it-Forward Collision system no longer functions-They say they dont recalibrate cameras-Also hood has new scrapes near the windshieldAbsolutely horrendous experience. Now have to pay out-of-pocket for camera calibration.

They’ve tinted my car windows, replaced windshields and car windows for me, and repaired chips in my windshields.Every time I’ve gone in here, they have done excellent work and I left completely satisfied. They’ve streamlined the working with insurance companies so it wasn’t a hassle on my end.I’ve only used their auto glass repair services; but they offer a number of other glass fabrication services that I would definitely take advantage of if I had the need. I recently had a frameless glass shower door placed in my master bath and Bristol Glass did an excellent job. Customer service was great and they were very responsive and easy to work with. Once they installed the shower doors they told me there was a small chip in one of the doors so they would be out to replace it as soon as the new one came in. I couldnt even find the chip and if they hadnt told me I probably never would have known. They came back the following week to replace the door.

Ordered two mirrors for bathrooms (one of them 95 by 40). Bristol Glass made sure to send people to take accurate measurements, got the mirrors ready and installed them in two days. Very pleased with the service and courteous personnel. They took extreme care while moving the mirror upstairs to avoid any nicks or dings to my floor or walls. The mirrors look beautiful and all of this when their quote was the cheapest among the local glass companies I called. Thank you Bristol Glass!

I had this company replace the windshield in my car, and it wasnt the best experience. The person who installed the windshield showed up with no advance notice (what if I hadnt been home?). He was extremely rushed in his work, but I have children, so I wasnt around to properly watch him do his job, which I feel I shouldnt really have to anyway. He installed a windshield that looks subpar (not his fault), isnt aligned quite right, and he left his heavy tool case and windshield parts right on top of my car, which could have damaged the paint or left dings. There was also a black gooey substance left on the side of the windshield. I am not very impressed with his work because he did a completely rushed job.

Took me in, no waiting installed my rear view mirror and reasonable price to boot!

Beware! I went to go get my 2015 F 150 windshield replaced and my truck came back to me with 2 dents on the hood of my truck. I addressed the owner right there and he blow it off. I told him my truck didnt have dents on the hood when I brought it to you! He acted like it was no big deal! He had a very unprofessional attitude and treated me like I was a piece of s**t! He said his insurance company will contact me and Im still waiting!!! I would of never expected this type service from Bristol Glass knowing that they have been around for years. I would not recommend this company to anyone!

My rear-view mirror fell off on a Friday afternoon. I called 6 places - who either did not perform that service or were not available until the following week. The folks at Bristol were very friendly, took it in right away and were very reasonably priced. I will go back to Bristol for future glass needs. Thank You!

Best place Ive ever been to for glass. I had to get a van repaired for work. They repaired the window super fast and even took off all the tape made it look like nothing ever happened. Ontop of all that the service was extremely friendly and helpful. I will be going here and suggesting bristol glass, for all glass needs from now on. Best place Ive ever been to.😁😁😁

I called at closing time and they had the windshield I needed on a truck to be there at 9am next day, they made things very easy,insurance etc.. dropped off my car and they even drove me to work. Job was very well done, car was clean rear view mirror and sticker on new windshield, highly recommend!

The guy shows up and says hell be done in 20 minutes. Well, 20 minute job turned up to be horrible. Black silicone rubber on the edges. Places metal tools on top of your cars paint.Car left with scratches when the job was done.
