This was a very large Famous Footwear that have a good selection especially at the larger sizes.I wear size 10 my sister wears a size 11 and there was lots of options highly recommended

Excellent footwear and if you need a specific size and they dont have it, they will order it for you abd have it delivered to your home. Excellent pricing too!

1st off... it is hot as hell in there. Who can shop comfortably while sweat is pouring out of your body? Secondly, for being an outlet store, the prices were high. One thing I did like was the staff. They were very helpful and friendly.

I came here on Nov 27th 2020 and caught the buy one get one half price sale and I walked out with 4 pairs of boots and 2 packs of socks. The prices are reasonable and affordable. You can always find good deals at famous footwear. The store was clean and well stocked. They had sanitizer and everyone wore mask including their staff.

Sign big as day outside says buy one get one half off. Go inside and at the register they are telling me i cannot get the shoes i want for that price. There was nothing noted on the sign about exclusions. These things need to be on signs

Racial profiling lives on. I had a troubling incident happen to me on 3/14/18.I decided to take my boyfriend out today and show him around Atlantic City. We were shopping for some slippers, but wanted to just browse some stores before actually deciding on a purchase. It was getting late, around 6:45-6:50pm when we entered. We immediately walked towards the middle of the store where the womens sandals and slippers were located. A white woman employee by the name of Angela was walking around greeting other customers an aisle next to us, but did not come to say anything to us. We noticed, but didnt say anything, and continued to look at a pair of white & gray Nike sandals next to the Adidas ones. When she was walking by, I had to call her over to ask her about the slippers and sizing because they didnt offer any in the in between sizes. She mentioned the Adidas sizes, but I asked her about the Nike, to which she answered my question and then walked away, after telling us that we could sit and try them on if we needed to. We thanked her and went back to looking at them, before deciding to check around the store a little more. I was walking towards the back of the store, and theres a large mirror that reflects the aisle behind me, where I noticed her moving between aisles and watching me. I ignored it. Around 6:55-6:58pm we decided to leave because it was getting late and we wanted to check out some more stores. We told Angela we would possibly be back later for a purchase, and left. We didnt get further than two stores down (in front of H&M) where we were stopped by a security officer of the complex who called to me and explained that Angela, the same woman we just said goodbye to thirty seconds ago, called them and said we stole a pair of ADIDAS slippers, and we needed to follow him back to the store. When we were brought in, we told the security officer he was free to check us, to which he replied wasnt necessary (in front of Angela). She tried to say that when she was in the aisle, she found an empty box, and that the shoes were missing. We told her we didnt have them, and again said they were free to check us if they wanted to verify this. She then asked if we moved them to some other place in the store, to which I informed her that even if we had, its not our job or responsibility to place them back, but hers at the end of the day to do inventory and replacing. After that, she said that we could leave, but that we were not to return (even though she had no evidence or proof of us stealing). Security followed her to the back to check the tapes, where they were unable to find anything. When I questioned security of what time he was called, he said at 6:50, right at the time we entered/was browsing the store.*Posted from Facebook post of me reviewing this store. Went to look for a pair of walk around shoes for a up coming vaction, and found a nice pair of Crocs thay were 54 dollars and i got them for 39 buck. That was a steal because a Crocs store was around the corner and they werw higher in there.

Today I went with my family to The Famous Footwear in Atlanti City. So we went inside and I tried on a pair of shoes that were on sale for $ 44.99 and another that was also on sale for $39.99. When I went to the cashier who was very kind to me she gave me my Veterans discount but it registered somewhere around $93.00. I told her about the sale price and she went to the back to check the price and the price tag read $69..99 on sale for $44.99. She told another salesperson about it and that it wasnt the first time that had happen. We came back to the register and we had to go back for the price of the second pair of shoe. When we looked at the price of the first pair of shoe the price tag read $69.00 and I was about to be charge for that price. I told the cashier that cant be right. Someone must have taken the tag off the rack. I went back and Ichecked to see if the yag was behind the other tag. The white lady who was following me came up to me and said thst the shoes were $69.99. She said that there was no tag there. She told me very rudely that theyre $69.99. And I told her that there was a tag there and somehow it disappeared. Every shoe on that rack wete on sale with a sale tag except the one I wanted. I believe that when I went up front this lady changed the tag. I did buy the other pair of shoes even though Ialsowanted the other ones. The cashier was very sweet but the white lady was very rude.As a 70 year old hispanic Vietnam Veteran I should have been given the respect that every human being deserve. I think that someone in that store should check the video tape to see what happen to the tag that was on the shelf with the right sale price. The assistant manager (unfortunately didnt get his name) was a very rude guy. He was awfully pushy and condescending if you didnt do as he asked. I still bought my shoes as I wanted them, but I wont shop there again.

Ordered a pair of boots online. They were delivered to wrong address and customer service was no help at all and very rude. I will never order from here again.

Very unprofessional! I went to buy myself a pair of boots and my girlfriend a pair of Steve Madden boots that were on clearance. When I got up to the counter I was told that boot season is coming back around and they would not honor the price the Steve Madden boots were listed at. They were then pulled from the clearance shelf and the price was raised. They have lost my business on both pairs and I will not be returning in the future.
