Clean, staff was helpful and kind, cashier gave us a great coupon.. I do kind of wish she would have mentioned the coupon started the very next day though, I would have held off on my purchase for one more day and taken advantage of the extra $20 off. Was still a great trip though.

I LOVE visiting this Columbia location. Exceptional pricing and the store is always well stocked, organized and clean. Employess are great too!

The bargains were good and the quality of the merchandise is also very good. The staff is friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that the store us all boarded-up (I guess for anticipated rioting due to expected election results); which made it difficult to even know if the store was open. Other than that, it was a great experience.

Store was clean and organized

Very clean store, friendly staff. Most of the items are in smaller sizes (not much of a selection if you are looking for anything XL or above.) I figure this is because it is an outlet store. They werent pushy about getting you to sign up for a mailing list or getting your email address.

Might have just caught this on a crazy holiday sale, but finding shirts/pants @80% off is insane. Let alone finding 6 different styles at that price was friggin amazing. Customer service and selection was top notch, very happy shopping here and cannot wait to come back!Edit 4/14: walked out with 3 bags full of season ending deals. Bought a bunch of winter coats for the family @80% off!!

The store is clean but a bit of a jumble. There is a lot of stock crammed in it. Some times there is proper selection of an item but other times you just find a single something. If youre looking for something specific this may not be the place for you but if youre looking for a sale of up to 70% off then this is the place.

Got a good deal on a Columbia jacket and am a little confused what is the difference between sale and clearance. Isnt clearance just a bigger sale? I had an item that was on clearance so the cashier said that I couldnt use my coupon good for any one item at regular price or on sale.

Poor, found a shirt I liked, original price was $58.00 it had orange sale sticker on it price was $59.96 they raised it from original price for the sale. When I questioned a sales person if this was a mistake, with the manager standing there she said well its Columbia and the manager never addressed the issue.Watch when shopping there, Im done going there.Shoppers beware.

Has some amazing discounts. Probably the steepest discounts of any of the outlets I visited here. If you go at the end of a season, the discounts are fantastic and the selection isnt that limited despite then trying to clear the inventory.

Visiting this store was a terrible experience. The prices were as high as youd find at any other store. Matter of fact, the Bass Pro Shop had cheaper prices on Columbia wear than this outlet store. The most disappointing was the sales staff. We were never greeted when we walked in. They werent showing any interest in us and were goofing off with each other and joking around so loudly with each other that it was annoying and we left. I honestly could have walked out with an arm full of merchandise and they wouldnt have even noticed!
