I never gave any Dealership 5 Stars except the day I came into Atlantic City to lease a new Cadillac, I was looking for XT4 they didnt have any so I was going to keep looking David and Sam listened to my needs helped me choose my new CT4! They where very professional and upfront with everything no pressure this is why we are now leasing another vehicle a new Buick Envision at the same dealership. Other dealers should take notice of how to treat customers Great Job!!!!!!

Anthony Perez is a superior salesmen who met and exceeded our high expectations. Sammy the Sales manager was able to make a clear cut transaction in a timely fashion. Kerbeck Cadillac had in stock the vehicle I requested in both colors I wanted to see with every amenity I was looking to include. No one could ask for more. I bought three new CTS Cadillacs for my wife from kerbeck and never asked for a loaner car. This time my wife asked me to buy a pre certified ATS she fell in love with. At one thousand miles the battery died. I called kerbeck and was told it was covered under warranty. When we picked her up they gave a $300.00 bill and I was told they made. Mistake? So much for pre certified. Than after that mess the CUE screen shattered this time I asked for a loaner car and told I was on the list when one became available they would call me.? After four weeks I called and asked why so long of a wait? They told me the cars go to cash customers first mine was a warranty repair. The dealerships new owner is Ciocca when this happened. Well it’s now two months still no call from Ciocca Cadillac!!! I called PineBelt Cadillac they told to stop by they ordered my new screen and said screen will be here in about a week. Service Dept will install when screen arrives. End of story! Goodbye kerbeck and Ciocca. Will buy fro PineBelt from now on.👍👍👍

This is my 4th vehicle leased through Kerbeck Cadillac in Atlantic City. Each time the process has been efficient. The sales team and the finance team are always well prepared and ready to complete the transaction.They all understand how busy folks are these days. The fact that I can turn in a vehicle and get in and out in under 2 hours with a new vehicle is a tribute to their commitment to the customer.

Very friendly. I brought in my 16 year old Escalade for an oil change. I was only there maybe 20 minutes, and it was done. I was amazed at the cost, as it was inexpensive. Great job guys!!!

I made my purchase from out of state. I let it be known I wanted the CT6-V that was advertised on their website. David Long, in less than an hour had me all set with my purchase. Additionally David quarterbacked delivery logistics to my front door. My CT6-V was delivered quicker than I expected. The team dynamics of Kerbeck Cadillac is amazing. Bought a 2021 c8 from kerbeck ( Joe zillo )Found car was missing the front brake ducts.That come with all c8. Joe proceeded to give me 2 lame excuses. Or( car salesman talk ). So told him Id contact GM.basically he could care less. Poor service on 83000. Dollar c8. Ps have contacted GM AND SEEM TO.WORKING ON GETTING THIS RESOLVED.No Thanks to salesman.In mean time found a set on ebay that another c8 owner wasnt going to us. (So paid 200. Its a car dealer, so be careful! That said, this is my 3rd car from Kerbeck. First two sales were great. Third, not so great. I take my car there for service and the service department is great! I am always treated like their best customer and they are pleasant and respectful! I always know upfront what they are doing and what the cost is. If I cant afford to have something done that day, there is no pressure! I travel to go there for a reason, the service is wonderful!

Brought my escalade in for a trans issue under warranty they said nothing wrong with it. I go to trade it in 5 months later now not under warranty. They give me a insulting low offer bc they said it has a trans issue. The truck is now out of warranty 2 months. All of this not once did a sales manger or service manger come talk to me. Bottom line weather its sales or service find another caddilac dealer.Forgot to mention they replaced a transfer case under warranty but I had to argue with them. The whining noise that was coming from it they claimed was normal. Disgrace

First time there! Will be a repeat customer! I worked with Randy the GM of Cadillac and his sales associate Nick. They were WONDERFUL, easy to work with on my new lease. Made the lease process super fast so I could go about the rest of my day and not be there for hours. The car was ready to drive off with when I arrived at the dealership. 30 mins later I was out. Loved the excellent customer service they provided to me and my family. They will definitely have my business again in the years to come.

I tried calling their service department 3 times this morning because they nailed me a recall notice. Transferred to a voicemail box that’s full so they can’t accept any messages or answer the service phone line. Horrible example of customer service. Cadillac should pull their dealership today and replace with owners who can appropriately manage a dealership. Shame on the Kerbeck family

Kerbeck still maintains the utmost in professionalism and customer service. My keypad battery went out I stopped, immediately went to the parts department they replaced it right there in about 3 minutes and it cost $9. Amber was very helpful. James is on the ball, and always has good advice. Kerbeck is a five-star establishment.

Jim greeted me promptly at the door. He showed genuine interest in my tire situation. When he wrote the work order he recognized a factory recall and added it to the work order after explaining the recall. Our service department experience on Saturday, September 29, 2018 was not a pleasant experience. An oil change and tire rotation took an hour and a half. The person taking in customers was rude and surly. And there were no wiper blades to fit my vehicle. On the way home, we discovered a flapping noise that my husband had to fix by putting a shield back in place. At the same time, we noticed that a protective shield that is typically under the engine on the bottom of the car was missing. When we asked them about it, we were told that they wrote it down. They wrote it down on their office copy and never even mentioned it to us. We have taken the car to no other service place and the dealership can say only that they are sorry and offered nothing further. We will not be back for either service or a car and will do what we can to be certain others do not. The dealership and service office and bathrooms are disgusting and need some cleaning and a little TLC. It looks like they just gave up.

My experience overall wasnt bad. I went for my free maintenance. I sat for about 2hours.There was a young lady who was very courteous and offered to get refreshments. My only issue is they say they did an oil change however, they didnt change my sticker in the window. ???

After being in the industry for decades, my tolerance is higher than most for challenges that could transpire. However, after purchasing a Cadillac from this establishment I can earnestly state that the experience has been awful.Vehicle was purchased 9/30, and to date 01/06 the vehicle paperwork has yet to be processed; second temporary tag extension. Follow up is non-existent, concern is absent and customer service is negligible at best.Other we-owes were discussed that have yet to be delivered and at this juncture never shall be seen; wrong keys/ remote provided at delivery.The overall tone and demeanor of Ray O. is contemptuous and warrants the typical used car salesman approach; something not expected in a Cadillac environment. After being a part of the Ray Catena team in NY and NJ for many years, it is unfortunate that my level of expectation must be higher than the norm since this was sub-par at best.My hope is just to get our vehicle registered and ensure that I never have business with this establishment ever.

Every time including this time I feel very welcome as I come in the service writer acknowledges me by my name and is very pleasant. AWFUL! Never have I been treated so poorly as a customer. Leased a brand new Cadillac from them in November and our air conditioner does not work. For a new car this should not be and they cant get us in for 2 WEEKS!!! A brand new car for what you pay for Cadillac should not have air condition problems and should not leave me waiting. AVOID!!

I received a call from a female at Kerbeck on 3/11/19 stating that I still had a complimentary oil change for my 2017 Buick lease. I called to schedule this complimentary service, which the person confirmed I still had available. I took a 2 hour lunch break, drove over 30 minutes, and when I get here, they tell me that I do not have any complimentary service available, so I ended up paying for the oil change! Horrible customer service. They should have honored the fact that someone (or 2 people) at their business messed up the free service. Or maybe this is how they get people in to use their car service center. Will be reconsidering Kerbeck in the future for my next lease.

Darn, you cant give zero stars?These bums...we turned in our car after a 39 month lease. We put a grand total of 7500 miles on it. In fantastic shape.At the end of lease, the bum sales force doesnt call us to thank us, doesnt try for repeat or referral business. YouThis is basic sales and these people failed MISERABLY. The bad part? We are still in the market....but not from these hacks.

My recent experience with Kerbeck seems to be a nightmare, because it is still going on. I just purchased a much touted Pre-Certified 2015 SRX, from the moment we drove off the lot home we started experiencing display issues, which we were not aware of. The display has frozen or scrolls by itself; the radio does not turn off, cant change any stations; phone icon stays on. I called them and advised of this issue, they suggested that I bring it back for repairs or go to my local Cadillac dealership. Needless, to say there is a lot of issues with this car and I am not happy with the lack of customer follow up. Oh, I get a call from them to tell me that I need to take my car to get it registered; when the finance guy told me I would get my plates in the mail. I sent an email to the GM Mr. Boyer I have yet to hear from anyone that will resolve this matter. If they reach out to me and resolve this matter, I will update and change my review. Signed, they Took My Money and Ran!!!

I went to the dealer to have the compressor checked because it was defective. I had a flat tire and when I connected the compressor and tried to fill the tire with the sealant it leaked all over the place. It was checked and a replacement was ordered
