My 1999 Ford Explorer would not start. I called Uptown Auto Repair, and had my 1999 Ford Explorer looked at. I was told the truck had a bad water pump. ????? After the repair, I received the vehicle back with the ac compressor missing a bolt, a smashed back window ( I was told someone had attempted to rob nearly all the vehicles in the parking lot), and a dead battery (recharged battery, but does not charge properly--battery light. Not the case prior to service). Now, 3 months later, the truck is overheating. Avoid Uptown Auto.

Had a last minute need, a screw in tire. He was able to get it repaired quickly and efficiently at a fair price. Very impressed with the service.

They did a horrible job. They fixed the problem but created 3 more thats costing me ALOT MORE MONEY. Dont go there save the aggravation.
