Wanted to ship a box to NY. Calculated the rate using UPS online shipping assistant. When I get to the store, they wanted nearly 39% more. I showed them the UPS print out rate and rudely replied they are an independent store and rates differ. Is this is an official UPS satellite location, then shipping rates should be the same. Audacious ripoff and very poor service.

They are very organized here and they get you in and out quickly. The Post Office is loaded with unfriendly workers, and the building is dark, dreary and depressing. The UPS Store has happy, efficient, and helpful workers.

Formerly Mail Boxes Etc. Since it enjoys no nearby competition, this store charges an arm and a leg for every service offered, while providing the worst customer care. They got me unaware a few times, and I paid utterly to ship a small package. Why would I support a local business that charges so much? Its just a matter of time before Fedex Kinkos pops in AB, and partys over for this place.

This UPS store used to be helpful and friendly when AJ was manager. New manager has a lot to learn about customer service!! Rude and ignorant in basic communication skills. I was unknowingly charged a $10 service fee to send a priority mail (that ended up taking 8 days!) that I thought was UPS but was in reality USPS that costs $7.

Overl-priced shipping rates, supplies and services. There are better choices out there well worth the drive and savings.

We just moved to Atlantic Beach and wanted to ship a small box. The online UPS rate calculator quoted $27, but when I brought the box here, they wanted $39 to ship it. The manager was rude, unable to justify the huge price difference. Negative experience.

Closest thing to getting mugged. They overcharge with shipping and other services offered. I stopped coming here after realizing they were charging me a lot more than online UPS rates.

These folks actually do a great job under a lot of stress. I have a mailbox there, and do all of my mailing/shipping. Just be specific when you ask what sort of mailing/shipping service you want. Some of these reviews are truly unfair.

Ive been to many UPS stores, and this location is by far the most expensive. Dont understand why they charge so much, even to send a fax or put tape on a box because its not properly sealed. Abominable place.

AJ and his entire crew are simply fantastic! Always courteous, very friendly and knowledgeable and I rarely wait more than a minute (unlike the post office!) They keep the store super-clean and I always feel safe there. They are becoming my go-to place for all my shipping needs!

They wanted $8 to locally fax 2 small pages. Ridiculous, thanks but no thanks.

AJ Moreno, the manager, is always so kind and accommodating and really keeps his team customer-focused while moving through their transactions quickly and efficiently. I had the opportunity to observe him training a new employee a few months ago, too, and he was wonderful. I dont go anywhere else for my shipping needs because its just so easy here; kudos to him and the team!

The Holidays can be hectic, and that is especially true in shipping during this time of year. The team over at UPS helped me return 9 different Amazon orders, quickly. AJ took the time to help me print out AND cut each individual contact label, so we could send our Christmas cards out out on time. After all that, they took a return from another retailer and sold me the books of holidays stamps I needed, saving me an extra trip to USPS. This could have taken 2 hours out of my day, but it only took me about 15-20 minutes total. Thanks to everyone over there for excellent customer service - Happy Holidays to you!

I have had a mailbox here forever..it seems:) A.J. and team are wonderful..I get lots of packages and I feel they are delivered to a safe place. I have also used them for printing. I highly recommend them:)

The staff is very helpful and friendly. They go out of the way to handle any issues you have and make feel welcome. They are covid 19 compliant . Id like to thank them for being open throughout this flu season!

Poor customer service, outrageous fees.

Ive used this UPS location for several years; both for business and personal use. The customer service is exceptional; the employees are both professional and personable. The manager, A.J., treats both customers and peers with respect and courtesy. I recently noticed that during a slower period, he took time to assist a senior with some basic computer needs. The customer commented I only trust A.J. with helping me with the technical questions. It was pretty cool.Thanks for the customer service.

Love this store and the family of workers here. Theyre always very friendly, professional and efficient. Im in this store frequently and will continue to use them for my mailing services until my family leaves this area.

I love that I can come in to this store and print off documents on their computer. It took me two minutes to print off a prepaid label and get a receipt for the UPS drop off. Best $4 Ive ever spent. Nice employees too!

This was family china going across the country and everything arrived at the date and time it was expected. This place sucks. Time after time I have e mailed this office, knowing that the email address was right and only being successful a third of the time I send it. The place has no WiFi so without connectivity I have to go home to resend it using the same email address. Office Supply store has competent staff and now have my business.

Stopped in earlier with my business partner to ship off a bunch of stuff to winners of a recent contest we ran - about 35 items in total. Was able to convey printing needs over the phone. Sent in my artwork via email, and my posters and flyers were printed and ready on time, and looked great.

I had a package shipped through this store that was damaged. Not because of lack of packaging from the manager who packed it. The recipient of the package was just as suprised as I was it arrived damaged. The same manager who packed it helped me go through the insurance claim of said package and made it a breeze. Most of the time you have to fight tooth and nail for those kinds of claims. I greatly appreciate the effort he out forth and will gladly ship from this store again!

The sales associate was very rude. She quoted me a flat rate price on printing three different times. Then when she rang me up it was 50% more. I said, I thought you said it was a flat rate? Then she told me that there was a per page charge, after I handed her the cash for the flat rate. I definitely wont be going back to this store.

This UPS store charges so much more for basic services. I wanted 2 copies made. I wanted to forward my email to them and get 2 copies made. They made me use their computer which I spent a good 15 minutes trying to do on my own. When I asked for help they were rude and were not helpful. They quoted me $4.00 for just using there computer and then for each copy.I went to another UPS store and I forwarded my document to their email and made 2 copies. It took 2 minutes and cost me 23 cents.

Ive been a customer since 1988. AJ, Alex, Pete and crew have always taken care of me, forwarding my mail wherever I happen to be in the country, which changes regularly. These guys are polite, pleasant and give great customer service. I would not have stuck with them for nearly 30 years otherwise.

The old guy with the glasses was SUPER RUDE TO ME!!! I had to call UPS to place a complaint on him and get info on what my options actually were because he didn’t help explain them to me and promptly took the next person without even acknowledging me!! I’ve never been treated so badly!!! Shameful

The young man in the store was very helpful and knowledgeable in the areas I needed help with. There was no wait time I was helped within moments of arrival also he went out of his way to show me the different business cards available and spoke to me about my choices and preferences as well. I will definitely go back to this UPS store they were very friendly and I appreciated the help we recently started a business A&B Technology doing security camera install,theater design, mounting TVs ect. He showed me all kinds of options for our business from card options to printing and po boxes we are very happy thank you UPS guy for making my life just a little easier

Overpriced for all services. I was charged $3 more for shipping inside the store over ordering online and printing my own label. The best part is, I dropped off the same package at this store and saved $3. When I made the owner aware of the difference he become rude and agitated that I didnt purchase from him and that I still brought my package to him.Then today I called and checked on a price of a box that is 12inch cubed, he wanted over $5 for the same box that cost less than .79 at Walmart.I do believe a business should make a fair profit but this guy has either bumped his head or has horrible supply lines.

Ive always had great experiences at this store. Its amazing to me how the people that give horrible reviews are also seemingly the most ignorant, from spelling to grammar. Maybe they seemed rude to you because you had no idea what you were talking about. Just my opinion.

Why dont they have an afterhours drop box like other stores? If the Post Office has mail boxes to drop off mail and packages after hours then a private shipping service like UPS should have at least the same convenience. Why did I pay extra money to ship throug UPS? Im disapointed.

WORST BUSINESS OWNER EVER: DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!! Zero STARS!!! Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. One of our reps came in to mail a package for our customer and she was treated like an idiot and the owner/man in charge was so rude and absolutely horrible that we will NEVER be doing ANY business with them again. In years of business dealing with customers, we have never dealt with anything so appalling. Disgusting.

Terrible!! I paid $68.39 for a guaranteed shipment the next morning (Friday) by 9 AM, it was finally delivered Monday about 11 AM At the same time I paid $68.28 to ship another package to arrived by 8 AM Friday morning. It was delivered 4 hours late, When I called the store and spoke to the manager he put me off and then tells me because it was raining they would not refund my money. I call UPS and they agreed to refund one of the packages but then they transfer me for the second package to a computer that hung up on me. I called back again and was told I was not eligible for a refund all refunds had to go through the store. I wonder if I will ever get the first refund? I have had it FedEx for me from now own. This was wrong I paid for premium service I could have gotten it there at the same time with a $.49 stamp!!! And the lack of customer service is appalling

Customer service is terrible. The femals employee with the glasses and tattoos was rude to me.Also there prices are gouging. 40 dollars so it can get delivered before mothers day? 20 so it can get delivered aftsr? Mind you its ground not air mail. Jesus. Not going back.

Horrible experience! my box was lost! never ever i had this problem with any other ups stores. First time here and will be the last!!They mislabeled my box with someone elses ,mine is lost. Over a $1000.00 worth of stuff. I wouldnt be so upset if it wasnt for mey nephews birthday presents and stuff. i ll never use ups after this experience!!i do not reccomend this store#1469.

This store closes early on a regular basis. They leave whenever they want and treat customers like dirt. I would not come here unless you absolutely have to even though the store may be closed. Horrible service.
