Randy Wilson and his guys saved our vacation! We were 4 hours into a 9 hour trip when we busted an axle on our trailer. It was 11am on a Saturday. We called over 20 shops within 60 miles for help. Wilson trailers was the only one who said they could help us that day. We developed a second flat trying to get to the shop and Randy talked my husband through fixing it since BoatTow was still hours away. We were finally able to get the trailer to the shop 15 minutes before closing. Randy and his team assured me they would get us fixed that day and make sure we made it safely the rest of the way. Within an hour, we were back on the road. We made it safely to our destination with no more issues. If I lived in Jacksonville, Wilson Trailers would have my business for life!

Superb service and friendly customers…first Randy fit me into the schedule for our double jetski trailer we decided at the last minute to bring on our trip….second when you bring your trailer they are very helpful to disconnect / reconnect etc this is great because as a petite chick sometimes you’re not dressed for the job nor want to strain yourself….third after getting the trailer and skis we noticed something not on the original ticket we wanted to correct and called him up and came right back and he got it all squared away….when you come to his place don’t come around the back or you’ll be blocking his parking spot….I realized this before anyone was there and decided to swing around the block and face in the correct direction and then there was 3 people now ahead of me. I had explained this scenario to one customer and a few said to go ahead…thank y’all!!!

Randy Wilson and his team saved our vacation. I had an axle fail while driving down road. He talked me through getting the trailer repaired enough to get it to him. He and his team stayed late on a sat, replaced all hubs and new axle for a reasonable price. I wish I lived n Jacksonville just to have my trailer serviced here. Thank you Randy!!!!

What a great group of people. I was worried about the safety of my trailer and am leaving in days to the Keys. They had me come right in, spent time with me and provided a fair and timely estimate. They did great work and got me safely back on the road in no time. Highest recommendation. Thank you for keeping my family safe!

I called to ask a question about a trailer suspension, before I could even finish asking my question, this guy named Randy I think, cuts me off and say “ we don’t do commercial” and hangs up in my face. I don’t leave reviews at all but I had to leave this one because he was so disrespectful and unprofessional. I can’t believe it....

Have to admit we were a little worried because of the negative reviews, but thought we would give them a call and see what they offered. Super nice and informative on the phone and offered to squeeze us in last minute the next day. Unfortunately, we had a plumbing problem in our unit the next morning and werent able to get out of the campground until almost noon. I called assuming there was no way they could get us in and they said to bring it on in.They not only squeezed us again to a tight schedule for them, they repacked all of our bearings and fixed some leaking seals on two axles in just over 2 hours. Plus the price was very reasonable (far more reasonable than many of the other companies in the JAX area). Friendly, courteous, great customer service and delivered beyond expectations. We were able to get back on the road safely in no time and without paying through the nose.

Owner is extremely rude and disrespectful to customers, it’s amazing people give this guy business. You’re better off fixing your trailer yourself then dealing with that guy.

I called...and visited in person. Service was great on both occasions. They had everything in stock that I needed and even took my scrap axle/bearing set. Barry was great. People who give this place one star are probably clueless callers who are going to waste everyone’s time anyway.

It must be nice to own your own business and not care about customer service. In my experience, you basically get one to two questions to ask at the most before he’s just over the conversation completely and hangs up on you lol. Randy is so rude and disrespectful. I take pity on this old mans poor and miserable soul.

I was hesitant to drive down from Ga although I had heard these guys did good work. I don’t like bad customer service and had read the guys on the phone were rude. So I decided to call first and let them know what I needed. The guy on the phone(Randy) took his time to explain how they would fix my issue, about how long it would take and a rough price as to what it would cost. I picked it up today! The price was spot on, Randy went over what they fixed and the issues they had fixing it due to some corrosion also gave me great suggestions on corrosion prevention for the future. I know that sometimes you can catch someone on a bad day and they may be short on the phone as we all get busy and have a lot going on these days, but for anyone considering these guys...they do great work, and seem to really enjoy what they do. Highly recommend!

I called to ask for a jet ski trailer accidentally called again thought it was another place. I ask for a jet ski trailer he replies “stop calling me dude you just called me I dont have any” I tried to apologize before I could he hung up. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Randy and his crew are awesome. I had sheared a spring hanger on a 40 ft 5th wheel. They know what they are doing, do good work, and are good people. If you need anything done on a trailer, they are they place to go.

These guys are complete A holes, I called to ask a simple question and the guy on the phone was as big of an A hole I have ever talked with for absolutely no reason.

Least professional business I’ve ever dealt with. The owner cussed me out after informing him that the running lights on the trailer did not work. Instead of dealing with the complaint like a business man he decided to verbally insult me. There’s much better options for trailer rental than this sorry excuse for a company.

Avoid at all cost - Doesnt even have insurance - makes you sign a waiver saying that if the trailer breaks as you pull out of the parking lot its not his fault - hes not responsible for anything! Im letting the attorneys handle it.

Went in there looking for a stud for my trailer, I would have paid 30 dollars for a 2 dollar stud just to save me from driving all around Jacksonville looking for the right one. The owner gave me one For free and refused payment, I was not a prior customer and had never been in his shop before. Needless to say his service was top notch highly recommended.

Randy and the guys helped us out with an old tricky wheel bearing issue and then saved our weekend when he realized a part we needed was left behind. He left it out for us before closing for the weekend. Great service!

Do not do business with this company!!!!! Sold me the wrong trailer for my boat and was way under net carrying capacity required. Randy then cussed me out when I asked if it could be returned or upgraded to the next size up.

Randy and his entire crew it seemed came to my attention to repair a faulty connection with the surge braking system on my trailer. They also changed out some crappy lugnuts for some upgraded stainless steel ones and gave me some pointers on keeping my trailer maintenance up.

Randy and staff provide good service at a fair price. Have been a customer for 18 years.

My sincere thanks and appreciation to Randy and Barry of Wilsons Trailer Repairs, in Jacksonville FL. These guys know their trailers, and especially my EZ loader trailer with floating oil bath hubs. Not only did they know about them, they has all the parts to repair the hubs and Brakes. These EZ Loader trailers are somewhat rare and not many repair shops carry their parts. These guys came in on a Saturday to help me, even though their website says they are open on Saturday, they werent working this Saturday because of their past 5 weeks they worked Saturday and this was a long holiday weekend. They taught me a lot about my particular trailer and were able to replace my bearings on one axle and brakes on both sides, and a caliper bolt as well in about 2 hours. They are no nonsense guys and are very respectful and hardworking . Im very pleased with their service, and highly recommend them to all trailer owners. Darryl

Not at all forthcoming . . I bought a trailer in May 2018 to haul a 20 Deckboat from consignment sales in Mayport. The condition of the dual axle trailer was misrepresented. I have used the trailer 6 times. The front brake caliper seized up because of faulty brake pads . The 4 tires are all expired and must be replaced. This is in the shop and the repairs are approaching $1000. I dont know how this guy sleeps at night. Very Dishonest!

Extremely rude... I called to get a quote on wiring harness, 2 tires, LED lights and a spare tire mount... I already have a written estimate from Watnow trailers...it was just under $300.00... he said his quote would start at $650.00.I told him what Watnow quoted me and he basically told me I dont know what I am talking about and neither does Watnow.Hes extremely rude, unprofessional and is completely out of touch with his pricing!Anyone that goes to this place will be paying double if not triple of what the actual cost should be!Definitely signs of a conman!I definitely would recommend Watnow trailers, unless you enjoy paying more than what you should!

The owner of Wilson Trailers on Mayport Road was one of the most insulting, rude and inconsiderate person I have encountered in a long time. I pulled up and asked him how to stabilize my Airstream and after he said he doesnt do that, he asked me about the wiring. When I said I was an electrical guy and I was doing the wiring myself, he began challenging my expertise. He became to interrogate me about my business activities, trying to call me out, saying I was a fake and a liar, that I had to be a specialist, not some broad spectrum of services.He basically told me I was lying about my business but he doesnt even know who I am!Little does he know Im a designer and manufacturer, with many certifications and skillsets, and he just lost a good customer.He also doesnt realize Im opening a business next door! Be careful who you insult!!!The guy walked away and said, I CANT HELP YOU.This guy is the grumpiest jerk I have ever met who doesnt want your business!BOYCOT WILSON TRAILERS
