Oceanside Collision was extremely professional , polite, and honest when servicing my vehicle. They did a fantastic job at repairing my truck after an accident. I have never written a review before but felt it was necessary! They even went the extra mile and cleaned the entire exterior and interior of my car. Five Stars! My wife is the owner of a Toyota Tacoma 2017 truck,... and I messed up twice, bad! I took 6 hours looking for quotes and they were the most affordable and seemed trustworthy - it was the perfect combination! The minute I made it there they took good care of me: useful tips for my truck, fast, efficient service, and great price!! The job was estimated for 3 days, but they surprised me by calling earlier. I was able to pick up my car in 2 days. Most of the other car dealers told me it would take 6 to 7 days. It wasnt that big of a job, but I scratched and dented two different parts of my wifes car. Candela! So, I wanted it perfect! Oceanside was awesome!

I brought my car here after an accident that required replacement pieces on my car. The fix itself was great, the car looked new. However, tiny details like small scratches in the paint as well as totally missing detailing I had paid for were there when I went to pick the car up.Their communication is sub-par at best. I had to call every time to get an update on my vehicle, and was given a different time it would be finished each time. First it was within the week, then not until the beginning of the next week, then the end of that week, and finally it was finished at the beginning of the following week. They never called to update me on when it would be finished, or why it took so long. Theyre very impersonable, and lack good communication with customers.

I cant say enough about this buisness! They gave a quick and fair estimate, didnt keep me waiting around. The work was completed in a timely manner. Even finished earlier then I was told. Very professional, with a pleasant understanding and welcoming. One thing I noticed a few days later, a noticeable scrap on the rear of the bumper that was not a part of the repair, was repaired! They took it upon themselves to do so. I had been looking at that mark everytime Id open my trunk for 6yrs and now I dont have too! Thank you for the extra mile!

I had to come back for repairs after having work done that was paid for by the insurance and I had to pay out of pocket. After the work was done I went to pick up my car it stutters but I didn’t think nothing much of it afterwards I break down in the road not to far I call them the owner comes over jumps it but says it’s not our fault problem just something wrong with your car hopes in his car and leaves which just turned me off completely on his customer service

Was recommended this place as we used to do all of the alignments for customers whos cars have been in collisions at the auto center I work at. Decided to take my Mazda here to have both doors, quarter panel and the side skirt repaired after an accident. Turnaround was decent, and Tyler was very good at reaching out and keeping me up to date and even allowed me into the shop to look at the damage underneath which I appreciated.Only issue is they dont know what theyre doing at all and the mechanics and paint pros are very unskilled at their jobs. First go around they put a hole in the plastic trim on the door that definitely wasnt damage in the accident as I had pictures of the car after the accident. After the first respray I refused to pick the vehicle up as there was obvious cracks and debris stuck underneath the paint with obvious orange peel. They hesitantly and gladly kept the vehicle for another two days to repaint the vehicle.On the second respray the passenger side of the vehicle was a completely different shade of blue than the rest, even the insurance adjuster couldnt believe how off it was. They must not have lights in the shop so I cant entirely put the fault on them. They agreed to take it back and blend the paint. which in doing so only blended the hood, front fender, and front door. The tailgate, door, roof, and rear bumper all a completely different shade and it is entirely noticeable.Here is the best part, when I went to speak with Tylers father who is supposedly the owner of the business about the horrible work, Tyler kindly let me know that he did not want to speak to me because he was annoyed by me wanting to bring my car back to have it fixed properly, and the fix would be around $400. I too am annoyed that you Neanderthals dont have the slightest clue on how to paint a vehicle. Dont do business here, they havent got a clue what theyre doing.

Oceanside Collision is the BEST! I showed up with no appointment and Kelly Gardner assisted me right away. She was so personable and friendly. Took maybe a total of 15 minutes. And the best part, they did not even charge me. I will definitely be back for the bigger problems my car will have. Thank you!! :)

These people are great! I wont bore you with the details, but my insurance company really put the screw on me. I was pretty disheartened with my whole situation and just felt utterly screwed over, but when I met the team down at Oceanside collision, I felt that I finally had people who were working for me and not out there to screw me over.Justin did a phenomenal job communicating with me during the entire process. He gave me an up front estimate, told me that there was a good chance that it might be slightly more, and reached out to me the second that it changed. He worked with me on getting my car in and was overall super helpful.The crew down at Oceanside did an amazing job. I got lucky and found this business on line - I liked their web site - it was neat, clean and did a good job of providing a sense of what they are about. Justin and Sheri do a great job in the front office and Harold runs a good shop. They did work on my Lincoln Town Car and it looks as good as new. I have had an excellent experience with Oceanside. They did a great job of fixing my drivers side door rust problem, and delivered it when I was told it would be completed. Justin has helped me with replacing some rusted belt moldings. The office staff is very pleasant, professional, and courteous. Justin is a stand-up guy who not only knows his trade, but is very thorough and patient is his explanations of the work to be done. HIGHLY recommend Oceanside Collision, as did Willards Auto Service in Jax Beach when they referred me to Oceanside.

They do excellent work here. The price they quoted after taking the car apart was double the initial estimate, but I dont think they were trying to pull something over on me. I think thats just my luck. 😋If I ever need collision repair again (and lets hope I dont), theyre my first choice.

Great bunch of guys and Ive used them three times. Two for collisions and once to have my wifes car repainted. Fair and honest prices and half the price of the new Collision Center that opened up up down the street from them. Once they get the parts in and they call you in , you are in and out within a week.

And when its 5-star ratings and a couple of 1-star reviews but virtually nothing in between, you can be pretty sure those bad reviews are some kind of attempted payback from somebody with a grudge.From my own personal experience and how theyve treated family and friends Ive sent, this is the kind of place you WISH you could deal but dont seem to find very often these days. Ive never seen anything but top-notch work out of this shop. Well, let’s just say I was over promised an under delivered. They gave it a valentine effort, but at the end they let me down an I would not recommend this body shop based on lack of communication, inconsistency with what was agreed upon, then to be let down in the end.

Had to take my car there because of a car accident. It was not fixed properly (cosmetic AND mechanical problems), took it there a second time, was told that repairs would take only one day and that the shop will cover a rental vehicle for me for that one day. The shop took 3 days to fix the car and refused to pay for additional rental days because THEY took 3 days to fix the car instead of one as promised. The shop messed up and now I have to pay out of pocket. So they did not fix the car properly the first time and I have to pay out of pocket because the vehicle wasnt ready when they said it would be. What kind of customer service is this?

I was involved in an accident in October that resulted in damage to the driver’s side doors and rear quarter panel of my car, including the rearview mirrow. Our insurance company sent us to Oceanside Collision Center as it was part of their pre—vetted network. The initial work took a little over two weeks. Communication was good. I felt like I was getting regular updates. When I went to pick up the car the first time I immediately saw a number of sand specs and blemishes in the paint in addition to, what appeared to be, grooves in the middle of the door underneath the paint. I pointed this out to the owner’s son. He acknowledged the issues and said it will be fixed. The following week we went back to pick it up and my wife pointed out a paint drip under the door handle and gouges in the door handle. We left the car again and my wife picked it up and took it home the following week (so far 3 weeks in). When I looked it over, i noted scratches and some swirl marks in areas that weren’t even impacted by the accident. Most notably were jagged gouges on the trunk, and scratches on the passenger side front door and hood. Additionally, the replacement mirror was different than the mirror the car came with. We again returned and asked why there were marks all around the car, we were told “well, there was A LOT of overspray on the car.” This was astonishing. This shouldn’t happen at a good repair shop. Proper care in preparation and taping will prevent this. Well, the following week we picked it up again and were told “per the owner, we’re not touching this car again. If you’re unhappy, take it up with your insurance company.” Well...we are now doing that. The replacement mirror is either not connected to the adjudtmrnt knob or the motor doesn’t work (glass just flapps around in the mirror), there’s still overspray on the passenger side mirror, scratches on the trunk were painted over (still visible) and damaged trim still not replaced.I understand that repair work will never restore a car to showroom quality, but there is simply no excuse for sloppy work. Especially after multiple attempts.Christmas update: Our car has been sitting in our garage while our insurance company assessed the issues with the repair and we look for a different company to address the problems. On Christmas eve, my wife smelled a terrible odor in the garage. What she finally found was a trunk full of putrid water (spare tire well). The carpet in the trunk is moldy and there is surface rust everywhere (2015 car). The trunk was obviously removed or left open during a rainstorm during the time at the shop. The only time we have driven the car was from the shop to the garage at out house.
