This was my first purchase with this company. I paid for two day air.The next day I called because i had not received a tracking number. I spoke to a nice young lady who explained it may take a full 24 hours before the system updates. However, she would check on it anyway. we got disconnected and i called back the same woman picked up and apologized for the hold time and and put a higher priority shipping for me. Outstanding service. This order was a test. I am very satisfied thus far. I will give it 5 stars when/if I have ordered again and have the same great experience.

I ordered a suit for my husband for Christmas over the phone. I was told if I ordered over the phone instead of online, the shipping charges would be waived. So I trusted (my mistake) him with my credit card info. The suit was paid in full. The suit arrived and I thought everything was fine. Approximately 14-15 days later my credit card was charged again for $100.00. I called Upscale and this guy said a pair of size 15, purple alligator shoes was ordered using my credit card. (My husband wears a 12 and would never wear purple). He tried to tell me someone in my house must have used my card. No, No, No...sir there is an unauthorized $100.00 charge on my card. He refused to listen. He went on to say they were a family business and people are always trying to stiff them. Hung up on me. Called me back 10 minutes later saying he made a mistake, someone with a card with numbers similar to mine placed an order and he got the cards mixed up. WHAT??? He said my credit card would be credited the $100.00 in 2 business days. Well, that never happened. 4 days went by, I had to cancel my card, do a fraudulent claim and post this review. We loved the suit and we might have become regular customers, but well never know!!!!!

I ordered shoes from Upscale Menswear and weeks passed. When I called to see why the shoes hadnt been shipped, they indicated that the shoes were now sold out, which is fine, but when I asked for a refund and it was promised, the refund never materialized. Four phone calls and numerous emails later, still no refund, despite the promises of Well get right on that today.. Now Ill just pursue a charges reversal with my bank. Your mileage may vary, but never again for me.

You might be taking a gamble in whether or not what you purchase is in stock on their website - they will try to offer you something else if it is out of stock (I don’t like this tactic, but some do).However, when a refund/cancellation was discussed, it was handled promptly and without hassle, so I’m appreciative of their customer service!

Bought a pair of Mauris for my dad, they were custom made just for him. He absolutely loved them. They price matched, in fact they even beat the price of their competitors. Enjoyed my experience w this company and would definitely do more business w them.

Excellent customer service

I am very disappointed and dissatisfied. On Nov 14th I purchased two shoe selections and recieved a confirmation order. After several days of no tracking information I received and email on Nov 19th saying there were issues with my order. After speaking with the representative they didnt have the shoe selections I paid for, and I was asked to find something else. They sent an email with about 8 different shoes and to be honest I just didnt like any of them. When you like what you see, and spend your money, you want what you paid for no substitutions. So, I went through the website found my size availability and sent the options to them, and those other 2 selections werent available either. After speaking with the Atlanta office and their online department, they said their website is not regularly updated and the manufacturer doesnt have the shoe options I wanted. Mind you they have my money and the first 2 options I selected they dont have any, nor the 2nd pair they wanted me to look at as an alternative. Which now leads me to getting on the phone with them again to scroll through the website and call their shop to ensure what I select they have. Finally, I get a break on Nov 26th and they have 1 of the options I selected, and currently awaiting delivery. I called Nov 29th to determine my other shoe option and nobody has called me back in regards to my order. As of Nov 30th I have not received my shoes. Just very disappointed, dissatisfied, upset, and, questions ever purchasing shoes through their website again.

I brought 2 Pairs of shoes for $799.90, I live in the UK, and these people are con artists, They sent me the wrong shoes and when I made a claim to Paypal Upscale Menswear mailed me asking me to cancel Paypal claim Then they will refund me, One if the shoes was fake crocodile and Lizard skin, I lost out on £160, I had to pay for shoes to be return at a cost of £72, customs bill was £28.40 and the pound fell against the dollar, Upscale states on their webpage that if they made a mistake they will pay for postage, they did not, Upscale also stated that I will need a animal skin licence to return shoes and they will not pay, this was a lie as shoes was returned without licence,Avoid like aids
