Woodworking hobbyist here. Bought some KDAT 2x4s and 2x8s to build a porch table for my daughter in law. Not one knot in any of the lumber, flat and straight wood, beautiful straight grain, minimal planing required. Been decades since Ive seen wood like this. It wasnt cheap but you get what you pay for. Table came out really nice, it was going to be painted but with wood this beautiful it will be oil finished instead. Thanks guys for making this a great project, Katie is very happy.

This is not the ideal place to deliver to for box trucks or flatbed small entry street and driveway. No parking overnight or place near by to park and wait. Please do your research. I had to park at a Lowes off Peachtree Industrial Blvd about 10 miles away to make sure I didnt hit anything. The pics are real just to give you a idea of the parking situation only not the products sold here only for trucker use and information.

Spent over $1,100 for new wood frame screen doors made of really nice lumber. To bad that they do not fit the *^&% doors that CL&S sold us 3 years agoLast time we buy anything from it.

Terrible customer service. They make you feel that you are working for them. Ordered a door early November 9 they told me 3 weeks to 4 weeks. Called today December 30th, and they still don’t have a delivery time. They are saying mid January but they don’t know for sure. 12 weeks is too much for a door.

They were so easy to work with. I called yesterday at 4:00 looking for a specific lumber size and dimension. Thinking I would never hear from them again, I was so surprised at 9:00 this morning, they found what I was looking for. I called everywhere yesterday from Raleigh NC to Houston TX. I cant recommend them and Blake enough.

Not many quality lumber supply stores left in the metro Atlanta area. Im a long time builder in the city and its so nice to have a company like this right here at your finger tips. My visit yesterday was just another reminder of how great it is to do business with a company that is so well run. From my salesman Stephen P. to Bobby out in the yard taking care of me so professionally, every visit is a great visit. Customer service is King and this place is top shelf. Hope this gem shines for a long time to come.

If you have any question or need to seek for help DO NOT ask sales Taylor Price .He will tell you the 10 commandments pretending to help you but at the end he will not. He does not have any idea about customer service or have empathy with clients.

Real hard to find lumber in Atlanta thats worth what youre payin for it. i could go out to my usual guys in Macon but these days im dragging my briches through this city more than i intended to so i needed somewhere close by. had everything i was looking for

Im an exterior contractor and got stuck dealing with a project that involving finding/installing some kind of doors for a very large interior opening between a kitchen and a soon to be office that needed to be closed off. I called several vendors, and did a good big of research online; I looked into barn doors, bi-fiolds, accordion doors etc but didnt find a satisfactory solution.I called Carolina Lumber and dealt with a Taylor Price. Since I mainly do roofing & gutters it was clear I would not be a big customer yet Taylor took the time to help me figure out a solution my problem, and even sent me an email with some details I could pass onto my crews.Thats what I call service. When I build my homes Carolina Lumber will get all my business. Thank you.

The employees that work for this company need to have a refresh course on Customer Service.Taylor, john and Blade where extremely rude when all I called for was to know if they stocked a standard 3070 wood door. None could give me an answer and wanted to call me back before the end of the day (it was 11am) for just a simple quote. I needed this information as the bank we are currently working on asked on an emergency matter that we replace that door. I told them it did not matter the price I just needed to resolve the emergency my client needed no matter the cost. I understand this company does not want or need the business or if it does they need to change their employees attitudes. I could have given you plenty of business as the company I work for has contracts with highend customers and highly recognized banks. I took ny business elsewhere for being mistreated here.

All homeowners should be accompanied by a qualified Carpenter. This is a top-notch establishment and is no place for a rookie.
