Great collection but CS can be better. The front service lady was almost sleepy. She needs more training. But the salesperson J Cole was awesome and not too pushy. Collections are great. If you know better/as good as this lighting stores, please let me know in the comments!

We ordered a light from this place over 2 months ago. They did not have it on site so in two weeks they called and said to pick it up. When we got to the store to pick it up they didnt have it. So they said they would ship it to us. Never happened. A month later I called and asked for a refund which they said they would provide (they still did not have our light). A month later still no refund. No light. Buyer beware.Update: finally got the light. It was not shipped, we had to go pick it up but at least we got it, 3 months later. Updating review from 1 star to 3.

I have always had good experiences in the store before.Yesterday I went in and spent an hour looking at product and selected a red tag clearance product. I was then told I would have to drive to the Roswell store to get my selection.They have a sign out front on 14th St. announcing the sale. That sign should say “drive to Roswell for our 50% off sale”. I understand that clearance product may not be profitable. But no one should have to spend an hour shopping only to find out that they have to drive to Roswell to pick up merchandise.Thank you!

Nice selection but zero customer service. We had four fixtures selected today and neither the man or the woman working asked if we needed assistance and no one else was left in the store! This is the absolute last time I will ever darken their door again. Also beware if you are looking online at lightsonine.com as you maybe giving them your $ by default.

Truly enjoyed my time browsing here. Staff greeted me as soon as I walked through the doors. The associate introduced herself and proceeded to assist me with my search. Loved the display floor layout and found it easy to navigate. I found a good mix of popular lighting brands at varying price points.

Their sales representative was slow to respond to us and our builder (Measured in weeks, not days or hours), one light purchased was defective and weve been trying to replace it for 4 weeks - with no progress. Also, we worked with the midtown location, and highly recommend avoiding this business.

Greeted warmly to beautiful, extensive showroom! Kristen was a joy to work with, very patient as I looked at everything until I found just the right fixtures! She took me through the showroom, worked with me looking at catalogs, offered helpful, insightful advice but listened to what I said . She thought of all the necessary details. I found beautiful and unique/fun looking fans and lights for my home renovation that I am thrilled with.

I love this place! Have made multiple purchases at this store. I have never had a problem with any experience. I find the staff knowledgeable and helpful. If someone on the floor cant answer my question they find someone in management that can!. A huge selection to choose from in a variety of prices!

They have a nice facility, but their customer service is about as bad as it can get. People are super nice in the store, though. I have shopped at other Progressive Lighting Stores with great results. Unfortunately, I have called and the person wouldnt answer my question and my request for service online was never even responded to. This place has an odd customer service mantra: when a customer wants to by something from them, ignore them unless they are in the store.

Went in today (3/22/16) looking for a couple of chandeliers. From the time we entered until we left not one single employee acknowledged our presence or asked if they could help!!!The receptionist at the front door looked as if she was asleep. She was in the same position when we left....we looked closer and her long black hair was covering her head and we could see her scrolling on her cell phone!!!WONT GO BACK!!!!!

When I read reviews of other Black shoppers being treated poorly at Progressive Lighting in Kennesaw, I realized that I wasnt imagining things or being too sensitive when I visited the store.My money is the same color as everyone elses and I dont spend it in stores where I am not treated with respect.Stay away from Progressive Lighting African Americans and Black folks!

1st time at this location with a client looking for fixtures to be used on a project in AL.The variety of products was displayed very well.The staff was helpful without being overbearing.Pricing appeared to be comparative to most Trade prices I would find elsewhere.Variety was extensive due to scale of building.

The sales rep was awful. I was looking for something semi-specific and when I showed her a picture of the room she had no suggestions and was very rude and unhelpful. So I went down the road to a competitor and even though what I was looking for was difficult to match the competition found something perfect! Do not recommend progressive lighting.

What an amazing lighting store. I arrived a half hour before they opened and was pleasantly let into the showroom through the employee entrance.
