Stopped by to have an Omega that I bought elsewhere adjusted. They treated me like their own and I bought a strap from them for the Watch. They carefully put my Watch in a service case and treated me like I have purchased from them before. Next time I am buying an Omega, I know where to go. Good jobs guys!

Ive always had exceptional experiences at the Omega Boutique. The staff are friendly and professional, and more specifically, Nicole Tarara, Lead Sales Exec, has gone out of her way to make me (and my wife) feel welcome. Just recently, I needed an emergency service on my Speedmaster, and she and management handled it with aplomb. I look forward to being a client for years to come!

Bought my Omega Seamaster Planet Ocean here in December 2014. Customer service was exceptional and the staff were very knowledgeable and up to date on Omega watches. We were treated like royalty on our visit. A great buying experience and all the best watches in the world to see and choose from.

Awesome experience! Met with Tim while I was there and he was very professional and knowledgeable on the Omega watches. Took his time with me while there were other people waiting and let me try on several watches . When Im ready to buy, I will make sure to get it from this place!

Terrible experience at OMEGA Boutique - Phipps Plaza Atlanta, GA. I received an Omega watch as a gift for my wedding and wanted it resized so I called the OMEGA Boutique at Phipps Plaza Atlanta, GA and they told me they have had a lot of problems with people bring them watches from unauthorized dealers and breaking their tools, so I had to bring all my paperwork with me. Does that mean if I’m traveling and had a problem with my watch I have to have my paperwork on my person at all times? That’s ridiculous! Im highly disappointed in the level of customer service I’ve received, no one should be treated like they don’t belong regardless if the watch was purchased there or gifted. I have always wanted an Omega as my grandfather had one when I was young and this experience has left a bad taste in my mouth to say the least. The manager at the boutique was uneducated in Omega’s policy and acting like she was above you on the phone and in the boutique. I’m currently shopping for new watches for my parents for the holidays as gifts and would not consider Omega considering the level of service or there lack of from Omega. I have always had great service with Rolex. The manager needs better training or fired!

Unexpectedly rude. Turned me off from them ever.

I just brought rolex for my wife, my baby want a watch, so I stopped by this store. the lady service in there is nice, but they closed the door while we watching the watch, and their two man stand behind us. they acted like we are about to steal something from them. please watch at my wife wrist, 25k rolex watch 5 times more than the amega watch.VERY INSULTING STORE. I rather go to brown & co they treat us right.I will not spend a dime in this omega store.come to them and checked out for yourself. they will treat you like you are stealer.

The manager blatantly LIED to me about their warranty policy and refused to fix a blemish on my watch because it had a previous owner, even though it was still under warranty. Beware!!
