The sale associate was super sweet. I think her name was Nadine. The store manager was not which is why Im only giving 4 stars. Nadone was going to allow my little girl to use the store restroom but the store manager would not allow it. Not cool to spend $850 on a pen but forced to walk a quarter of a mile to use the bathroom.

Customer service was excellent and store was very nice. Sadly Lenox mall is a nightmare. They have metal detectors for entry, police everywhere. Every store has their own security guard. Top brands throughout the mall, but having that many police inside the store just kills any fun of shopping.

This place was Amazing. Jerry was phenomenal to work with. Top notch service. Im a salesman myself and I must say true salesmanship is quite the craft. It was fitting to see a man like Jerry as a brand representative. The job requires a certain elegance and mastery of eloquent speech. I felt royal while shopping here. Im just a common man but it was a wondrous experience. Jerry was excellent and the ladies working there were top tier too specially Mckenzie. I was offered water, coffee which I politely declined but it was nice to have had that option if I was thirsty. Jerry pulled every wallet I was interested ( like 15 of them) and spent the better part of an hour with me with direct unbroken focus on me and my experience. He waited gracefully all that time while I narrowed down which wallet I wanted. Every question was answered rapidly with accuracy, no delays, no hesitation. That means great knowledge of product. You would think you would be pressured to make a decision fast but instead a fountain of knowledge was provided throughout the experience to help me have conviction in my choices and decision and I felt as if I had an eternity to choose. I was made to feel regal. Ive never felt that way before. It was weird. It was unique. It was unparalleled excellence and I loved it. This may seem strange to say and I mean no offense by it instead I mean it as a compliment. I felt like a billionaire must and Jerry seemed like my longtime trusted advisor. Keep it up Jerry. BEWARE OF BUYIGN GIFTS AT MONTBLANC--THEY DONT ALLOW REFUNDS, EVEN XMAS REFUNDS, FOR ANY REASON. My wife bought me one of their hideously overpriced pens ($600) for Xmas and didnt even imagine that they wouldnt allow a return/refund if I didnt like it. I lose pens all the time and dont want to risk losing $600, and nothing else in the store (if you think the pens are overpriced, you should see the rest of their merchandise!) They used the lame excuse that luxury brands dont give refunds. First, Montblanc isnt a luxury brand, its just expensive. And second, of course luxury brands do refunds. I bought boots at Prada for $900 and returned them a few weeks later for a full refund. Now thats a luxury brand--they believe in their product and dont need to trap their customers. Ill be back to Prada, never to Montblanc.

Today I had an amazing experience at the Mont Blanc store. The attention provided was very good I had a good conversation with Shon,she showed me really good samples of the colognes that they have at that store and later she gave me 2 free testers which I truly love!

I have purchased two Mont Blanc writing instruments from the Lennox Square mall store. Both times Ms. Jacqueline Francis, Sales Ambassador, assisted me. I could not have been more pleased with her assistance. If you want to purchase a Mont Blanc product, I highly recommend making an appointment with Ms. Francis. I’m not certain that an appointment is necessary but, I would do so just so I could transact with Jacqueline Francis.Richard E. (Rick) Melville, CPA.

Outstanding Customer Service. I went in 10 minutes before close to buy a gift for a colleague and they could not have been more helpful. It is a gorgeous store, and the team gets an A+ in customer service. Highly Recommend!

Well, I have revised my review. The first trip there I was not allowed or offered the opportunity to touch the MB149. Really? It was a female that had an accent if that helps.Then I purchased the MB149 on-line but had to go to the store for their nib exchange. I want a XF nib like I have in my MB146. I dealt with Jerry Philpott who was extremely helpful. Make sure you ask for him or call in advance. He answered all my questions, showed me case options that I inquired about and also allowed me to try the MB146 Rollerball. You cant always use a Fountain Pen.Will add how my experience goes with the nib exchange. Expecting a few months wait which is not an issue. They provided me with paperwork so I dont have to be worried about anything lost in the mail. They ship in their own box not the box the pen can in. I can keep that box with me.I might also add that Jerry brought all the customers free water in bottles.

They have little respect on their customers. I was trying to get Sunglasses but the young lady was just playing her phone in the back. Very unprofessional. I ended up not getting my glasses as they have very limited selection than they used to. Not recommend to be here at all. Better go directly online rather than disappointing you by their in store customer service!

Will not stand behind their product without the original warranty card that comes with the product. Who keeps these warranty card nowadays? Buyers be warned. Keep your warranty card and be ready to use it.
