Dealt with an associate. They could not ship. Had to cancel my order. Order was cancelled. NO refund was given. Had to spend time trying to contact them as well as contacting my Credit Card to receive my 6500.00 dollars back. Robert was my rep and not helpful at all.

Let me try not writing a book. When it comes to inventory it’s 1 star. There have been 2 occasions where it’s shown they had a product in store that they did not have when I arrived. Another time I had what I thought to be a quick return and reorder took 2 hours, and I have to say the gentleman helping me was experiencing trouble and it seemed like no one wanted to help him. I don’t blame him I blame LV for not properly training and just lacking teamwork. My boyfriend came to this store to get the last size of a shoe that the online store incorrectly mailed us but were unable to order online so he HAD to get them from the store. The associate helping him did NOT include shoe bags OR the extra pair of laces that are standard!!! Over a 1500$ purchase and can’t even include the garments to keep them in good condition! In addition she didn’t even put a card or contact with the receipt so I had to call another associate to help me out (thankfully they did). This store lacks consistency in professionalism and the expectation of it. Again I don’t blame the staff but the hiring and training. Overall there’s now one person I’ll be dealing with at this store if I have to and that’s Consuelo, she’s amazing. But with all the trouble I can only give this place 2 stars for now.

Bought 2 very nice pieces.from Robert. Asked several times if he could overnight. Wanted the luggage by Thursday. This was on a Tuesday. Paid for.overnight. called Wed aftenoon late still no tracking. Was given excuse after excuse. No boxes and BOLOGNA. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ONCE YOU BUY. RACIALLY PROFILED by LAMISHA LUCAS client advisor. I purchased my wife a hand bag on Saturday June 8, 2019 for her birthday from CHEVONNE (great person) easy transaction. presented it to my wife. After putting her 2 phone and content from her Guuci (will not wear) realized it was too small. Went to the store to upgrade the purchase. LAMISHA decided that it was used and could not help me.I admit I made a few mistakes: going to return anything to a store that doesnt value me or my money. Asking for help from this black women. not wearing gloves while handling the bag.My advice dont purchase from anyone name LAMISHA and never try to exchange or return in the same fashion.AC

This is the third time that i come here they always tell me its close i came at 6:30. I travel 2 hours to purchase a bag. Why do they say they closed at 7 pm they should change their store hours. Also manager is not nice. Will not purchase anymore from here. You are purchasing not wanting things for free.

Great service from Nicole. I went to this location on a whim after seeing the long line at Lenox. There was still a line here due to social distancing practices but not nearly as long. They had all the items I came to look at and my transaction was quick and easy.

Had a terrific experience with a hiccup on my part. I came in with my mind set on the Neverfull and a pochette. However, our client advisor Alexandria was so patient and I ended up looking at about 8 different bags before deciding. She was so patient never complained even when I had to take care of an issue with my bank. I ended up walking out with 2 beautiful new bags and a wallet. She was a sweetheart and just a very personable.My husband and I drove 3 hours to visit the store as we live in East TN and this is the closest LV store. Thank you for your help and kindness today. I will definitely be back.

I just bought my first handbag from there today and everyone was so nice and helpful. I wasnt sure what I wanted exactly, but the associate, Deborah, found many styles with the features I was interested in. She even grabbed some items to weigh it down so I could really see and feel how it would hang. Adriana, a Client Advisor helped with the buying process at the end and setting up my profile. They both helped to make my experience buying there a great one!

I stood online Dec 21st for an hour only to discover they had very little inventory. None of the traditional monogram bags were there. Why is that? Its the holiday season..The line to get in the store was 25 deep. Did they not realize that. Shouldnt an associate have told the people inventory was very low before we stood online for an hour each? This is poor planning and organization on the part of LV. Horrible service.

Worst experience every!!! I brought a boot from the store Labor Day weekend and didnt check the box. Got ready to pack the boot for vacation and only had one boot and thats not remind you I dont live near a store and I purchased when on vacation. Called several times with no response and spoke with customer services on numerous occasions with little to no help. I feel Im out of 1,500$ because I only one one boot and no one will rectify the problem.

I arrived at this location at 6:40pm to purchase a handbag for my birthday the man told me they we’re closed when the website clearly say they close at 7pm I was fine with That until me and my husband walked away and the white man that arrived to the line at the same time as us was able to go inside the store and shop. Needless to say I will not be spending any money at this location ever!

Horrible customer service. Purchased purse on last Saturday for my wife’s birthday and they messed up initials and put it backwards inside it. Had to celebrate her birthday without a gift on Monday. We still do not have it. I would not expect to have such customer service from such a top brand!!!! Frustrated and will never go to this location again.Update: today is the end of Thursday and I still don’t have the purse delivered. No phone calls from store. They simply don’t care. This is not LV customer service!!!

I needed to have a twelve years old pair of loafers repaired due to the Louis Vuitton emblem breaking. I received the run around because they insisted I have proof of purchase. Who keeps proof of purchase for 12 years. I tried everything and the sales associate was extremely unhelpful and refused to repair my shoe. It is their product and they should stand behind their lifetime warranty. I sent an email to corporate and received a very quick response and was assured the part would be shipped to me immediately. The service at this location is terrible and I would never shop there again.....

Everyone here was super helpful. I was undecided about a bag and the sales rep helped me decide, without pressure. As I walked in several people walked in, but they handled everyone very politely, letting them know they would get to them as soon as they could. This is a smaller store, but I would go back any day. The associates make you feel so important and even though the store is somewhat busy, you are the only client there. Do not buy if may change your mind. Bought a handbag and decided to return in 48 hours. They will not accept it because they found a tiny tiny tiny dirt which I brushed off with finger. First bag of LV, hate it. Will never be a LV customer again. Better shop at Chanel or Celine.

Worst customer service ever. Ordered a bag on Saturday and now its Wednesday and still have not received tracking information. I find it funny that I couldve ordered the purse over the phone directly through Louis Vuitton and they would next day the bag to me, but this location said that it will take 3-5 business days for me to receive it. I shouldve ordered over the phone if I wouldve known that. For me to not have received any update regarding my bag and its been 3 business days is totally unacceptable. I will never return to this Louis Vuitton ever again. Also this isnt the first bad experience Ive had here (shouldve learned the first time). The first time I went there a lady was so rude to me and thankfully another gentlemen helped me out and he got the sale!

Extremely disappointed with Louis Vuitton and this store. I received a wallet for Christmas. After 3 months, it broke. I was told it could cost me over $200 to have it fixed!? It’s been over 2 weeks and no word from anyone. Today I called, to find out it’s still at the store. After several attempts of calling the store, no one answered! Will NEVER purchase another Louis Vuitton again!!!

Literally the worst experience. I was treated like trash from the moment I walked in the store. The sales associate made me feel as though I didnt belong. She was short with me and rolled her eyes when I said I was not going to buy at the time. I went in the store with the intention of purchasing but wanted to make sure it was the purse I wanted. I left empty handed after I was treated so badly. I will make the purchase but not from this store. Worst customer service.

I came in there last Saturday on December 19 thinking I was leaving my agenda to be heat stamped for three weeks and it came back on the following Wednesday,I was super surprised and super happy they got to it right away they cleaned it it looks like and I have a box and dust bag and I never had that with it before so Im totally totally happy and very very well pleased and I will be back in the future for my next purchases thank you and happy holidays Louis Vuitton , I talked to a couple different people pointing me in the direction that I need to be the store everyone was very polite and nice and the lady that took my information was super nice working at the desk that took my information for the heat stamping

Go see Javier Blanco! He is such a patient and knowledgeable salesman! He was very helpful when I purchased my beautiful handbag. Also this is completely redundant but Louis Vuitton has the best quality of leather goods I have owned, and I currently own several Gucci, Valentino, and other designer bags-none stand up to my Surene MM from LV. Grandioso!

The only reason I am giving this location 1 star is they had the bag I wanted and nobody else did. But the service was horrible. I have been in several different stores and made purchases all over the USA and this was nothing like any of my other experiences. When the sa brought th e bag out she just sat it there.. .didnt show me anything about or even try to show it to me. She was texting on her phone the whole time. When I said I wanted the bag she acted bothered that she would have ring us up and box the bag. While we were paying them 2 grand in CASH I asked what the return/exchange policy was and she said it final dale which is not true. When I got home and took it out the box was too small and only shut part of the way...she had a ribbon holding it together and the dust bag didnt even cover the bag. Worst of ever....if this was my first louis cuitton experience I would probably never return but I have always had top notch service everywhere else so this is just a horrible location....dont be discouraged by this location...go to lennox square down the street. They are amazing!

Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for an LV store in Atlanta, don’t go to the one in Lenox Square! Pleasant staff, they will make you feel welcomed, ask for Lamisha!! She’s super helpful and patient ( my credit card was having problems, she kindly waited 30 mins after they were already closed) didn’t feel rushed at all.. left with a beautiful purse & beyond satisfied!!! perfect experience.
