Waiting in line wasn’t too fun but once we were in the staff were pleasant and helpful. My wife got what she wanted after looking at multiple bags. A woman in the store actually ended up buying the exact bag my wife came in the store with which I thought was neat. I will never understand shopping here, but happy wife, happy life.

I didnt feel very special for my $2000 purchase. It was a big deal to me, but they are shuffling people in and out with a long line waiting to get in. Therefore, nobody is really special there...The LV boutique in Saks at Phipps has a larger purse selection and much more personable service, shorter lines aswell. Oooh and Phipps feels a bit safer too.

You can’t find a competent enough manager for this location so you place an inexperienced, untrained, under-qualified amateur in place of one?Once upon a time, two sisters thought it would be nice to purchase their loving mother a bag (from the Tampa International mall), but it turned out to be a heaping mess of a decision, all thanks to this Lenox location.My poor mother was not provided with appropriate care in this specific store. She was there to make an exchange after first checking store policy with someone beforehand, then an associate named Alan began the process of the exchange from Lockme Shopper to an Artsy. An up-sale. PLUS, she wanted to PURCHASE a Graceful MM bag in addition to this exchange. Another sale for the store. Should be simple enough, but no.One look at the receipt with my sister’s name printed under client and everything spiraled out of control. Some poser named Kiana—the store manager—treated her like a thief when she was there to make a purchase. Not only that, but she accused my sister of having purchased our mother’s Lockme with a RETURN CREDIT. HA! HAHAHA! I will reiterate: Are you serious? This is how you treat your customers? I was standing right there when my sister made the Lockme purchase, Kiana. Were you there? That’s strange, I don’t remember you being there. So basically, you made some pretty wild, unfounded, and not to mention offensive, accusations here. What system did you look my sister up on? We don’t return our Louis… we never have.My mother just wanted to make an exchange for a nicer bag. How is this a crime? Perhaps you were just feeling lazy that day and didn’t want to trouble yourself with the lengthy process of a return. OOPS! Wait. Have I gone and made a false accusation or something?No worries though, Kiana. Weve visited a few times over the years, and the staff is always extremely nice and helpful.Today my partner and I shopped with Aaron, and he upheld the LV service level. Walked up to the line and the associate pulled the stanchions right in our face. There were only 6 people in line with 2 hours left until closing. We shop all over the world. We are visting this weekend from Dallas. The associate did not care nor did he bother to look up our LV profile to ser how many items have been purchased. We have never experienced such terrible customer service at an LV store. Lenox mall is no where near the level of Paris , Dubai or Italy so they certaintly shouldnt be so stuffy!

Literally the worst store that I have ever purchased from in my life. Waited an hour in line just to buy a hat that I was told was in stock on the phone. When I arrive it’s out of stock, they say it will be delivered in 5-7 days. It never comes so I end up calling the store and can’t get ahold of them. Had to call corporate to help me out,corporate finally gets ahold of them and they say they sent it out again. Long story short it’s been 3 weeks now and they’re telling me my order was cancelled . Do yourself a favor and just go somewhere else

Let me just start off by saying that I received some of the best customer service at the Lenox Square location. I originally stopped at the Phipps Plaza LV directly across the street from Lenox. While there, I waited in line for about an hour and a half. Let’s just say I was very displeased with the service I received from the client advisor. After leaving empty handed, I tried my luck at the Lenox Square location. Robb went above and beyond for me. He made my mom and I feel very welcomed. I had only intended to purchase the Graceful MM, but I ended up purchasing a matching wallet thanks to Robb’s friendly assistance and knowledge about the products. He really set a positive tone for my entire shopping experience. I will definitely return to this location for future purchases.

Big mistake. Huge! very disappointed with costumer service. My husband get me pair of boots online for my birthday. I was so excited! They happen to be a little too big. I brought it the store, all excited that I will have my boots just perfect. What else would you except from LV ... Sales person called fo a manager. Women came and from a get go start to talk to me in a ver cold demanding way. Keep saying its not salable because bottom has a needle point spots. I explained over and over again that I never wore them. I want to exchange them for a smaller size. Well... by the end of it I feel so small... I asked what solution would be. She basically told me to leave. Im in shock. Doesnt matter if you first time experiencing LV or return client, nobody should EVER feel like that... Bought a wallet and the first thing I asked before purchasing the wallet was if the one that was being shown to me was display and they said no, it seems like they sell returned merch first. The wallet after proper inspection looks used. I bought a wallet online and it was crisp when I got it in addition to the blue transparent protectors on zippers but this one did not have it. I’ll be returning it but from now on I’d prefer to wait for my online orders.

Awful experience with absolutely no customer service. Apparently, once you buy an item, you are no longer a valued customer. Return process was a nightmare - cannot reach your client advisor nor your local store. I was routed to the national “customer service” center and after ONLY 30 minutes on hold I reached a representative who neither wanted to help me nor could help me. I would say the same for the store.Both the phone representative and the store took what was an opportunity at an exchange and handle it so poorly that it became a return.I am currently in line (40 minutes so far) to return my purchase and to never return again.I am glad they have so much business because they no longer have mine.

LV craftsmanship is very poor quality. I’ve owned my LV for 4 years. My LV was not an everyday purse. I’m surprised to see the leather cracking around the top of the purse. The lining tears easily. In 2020 there was no away to reach customer service for repairs. After finally reaching customer service after a year. I was informed that my lining could be repaired for $240 US dollars and the cracked leather or whatever the material is couldn’t be repaired. I’m disappointed with the quality of the product and the service. There are other designers with better quality than LV. I was looking forward to a smaller purse with LV however after this experience I can’t make another purchase here with a sound mind. Don’t shop LV!!

Cant put together that a visa card is a visa card, despite what it says on it. It said Crypto.com on a visa card and they became frightened because of the word crypto. The dieing generation is not going away with grace. Its embarrassing for them. New things scare the old folks. Maybe just write a check if you want to buy from them. I had a horrifying experience at this store. Id only purchased from the Phipps Plaza store before, where they treated me with kindness and were very helpful, so I had no idea when I walked in what I was in for.My husband purchased over $10,000+ in items (just at this store) AT ONE TIME for my birthday at this store, I was not with him. Because they did not have one of his selections, a wallet, in stock at the store at that time, I had to go back at a later date to pick it up. He was told that all I needed was the email confirmation/receipt and my license and they would make a note on his account (and he even gave me the business card of his rep) so that I could pick it up. Unfortunately, the day I went in, that is not what happened.They treated me as if I were attempting to steal and Im pretty sure I was being judged by my physical appearance – I dont look like their average client. Not that it should matter, but I was polite and did everything they asked, even gave them the backstory and they Could not give me the wallet I asked to speak with the manager, he was busy and would not be able to speak with me. Embarrassed, I called my husband, he called LV CS, she asked me a few questions and was also surprised at how they were treating me. She then asked me to give the phone to a sales person. The current person who was attending me said, Im not taking your phone and Im not talking to anyone as I tried to hand her the phone. I was horrified, standing in the middle of the store. Eventually after the LV rep on the phone asked me for her name, she THEN took the phone, a minute conversation later, and my wallet was in my hand. I was shocked.Something beautiful for my husband and I is now a terrible memory. I learned a very important lesson and will never step foot in that store again. I also question exactly why I would even buy from a brand with that culture to begin with, but thats a story for another day.

The shop has had my bags for repairs since 18 June 2020. I call and call, sit on hold. No one has ever gotten back to me. I have emailed, DMd ANYTHING possible to get a hold of the store and locate my bags. One is VERY important. A (now) Vintage gift from my now deceased father and one of the first backpack available for retail boutique purchase created by LV. The bag has been around the world with me, through deployment and deployment. It means the world to me. I was VERY clear in the letter I sent with the bags HOW important it is. I have no invoice number for the repair, just the mailing label that the Lenox Square boutique sent me. I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT ELSE TO DO!!!! I WANT MY ITEMS BACK!!!!!

On October 20th my friend took me to this location to purchase a wallet for my birthday, Khoe was our advisor who help us at the time. We paid for it and had them send it off so we can get my initials imprinted on it and were told it will take a week or 2 to arrive. 3 weeks later after not receiving any information about the merchandise, we reached out to them only to find out they could not be located the wallet. Unfortunately, we were on vacation so going to the store is not an option. Here it is December and I still have not received my wallet or any updates pertaining to it. I would not recommend this store especially if they have to send off the merchandise out. At this point are planning on driving 8 hours for a day in order to get this situation resolved. Never expected this from LV.

I called Louis Vuitton store and they had a master key and welcomed us to come when it was convenient for us. We actually found the key in her Ugg boot. Love this store!

The first time I came in I checked out a few price tags out of curiosity. The closest item was an ugly bathrobe that looked like it came from K-Mart. It was $2,200. I checked some other items, and while they werent as ugly, they were just as expensive, and looked no better than what I routinely find for a tenth of the price. Staff came out greeted me and asked for my name to put on their list to go in. She then proceed asking what items I was there for, I provided. Waited about a good 15 mins and was our turn. Staff informed need to sanitize hand when entering. As soon as we did so, we were greeted by the sale associate. I informed her what I was looking for. She showed some of the pieces on my wishlist that was available. I normally inspect all the pieces prior to checkout. Sometimes you will be handed the defected ones or ones that looks like it has been brought back after someone purchase. Been a customer of LV long enough to know different craftsmanships on all pieces. No matter what countries the pieces are made although it should be flawless.I made the purchase and while the sale associates took the items for boxing up, I was able to walk around with my husband and looked at other items w/o the sales associate under my nose. Great experience during pandemic times! Plus she was helpful and knowledgeable about LV products. Did not feel rushed at all. Well done LV!

They have a good selection of Louis Vuitton items and generally get many of the newer releases. They are also helpful if you choose to place a phone order. I live roughly 3 hours from this location and choose to drive here even though there is a Louis Vuitton store inside of Saks where I live. The selection is understandably much better in the Lenox location, but the primary reason I travel to shop here is the quality of service. Forgive me for forgetting his name, but the gentleman who is the store manager is absolutely wonderful. He is courteous, knowledgeable, and makes sure each client receives the highest quality of service possible. I find it hard to believe that the reviewers stating they were treated poorly because of the way they were dressed is true. On my last visit, I was dressed very casually and was returning a bag I had purchased in Paris (a store managers nightmare, a return!) and I could not have been treated more graciously. Both the sales associate and the store manager were patient while I decided on another bag, and because of their help I ended up spending even more money than I had intended. Shopping at this LV location is an experience that is worth traveling for.

I visited the Lenox Square mall store about 3 months ago to have glazing issues on my Speedy 40 handles (date code 10/18). After waiting around for 20 minutes for my bag to be photographed and sent to LV corporate, I was told that I would be contacted within 2 days. No one ever contacted me! This is the one thing I do not like about high end stores. They have a tendency of judging a book by its cover. We waited 50 minutes after purchase for my wife’s bag to be “gift wrapped.” After 20 minutes with a 4 week old baby I advise my wife I’d wait and let her leave to feed the baby. Top-notch service from the time I entered the store until they gave me my purchases. The Client Associates are warm and welcoming and addressed my issues with an exchange that another store brushed off. All of the associates are great, but Jordon White was fantastic!

My mother went in to purchase a bag for me for my college graduation. After talking with someone, the woman who helped her assured her that she put in the order and that the bag would be delivered in the next 3 days (in time for my ceremony). Unfortunately, the woman never placed the order and my mother had to call a different store to get the same bag in on time. However, after hearing that the order was never placed, a staff member reordered the same bag. When we went to return the duplicate/second bag, (on Mother’s day) we had an unpleasant experience with the staff. We had the bag, unopened and with the receipt and card used to purchase it.After asking for assistance with returning the bag, three women passed my mom off to another staff member.My mother and I were dressed semi casually and it felt as though no one wanted to approach us due to what we looked like. We waited at least 20 minutes before getting real help (when at least 4 staff members were waiting by the front door of the store for customers) and very little word was said to us in the process. Extremely disappointed.

When paying 1000+ for a bag you would expect better customer service. Note Louis Vuitton does not stand behind their bags. Its up that particular client advisor. I had my never full for 2 years and was told that the damages was regular wear damages (it was not replaced). I have a coworker that had her bag for 5 year and damages appeared far worse than mine and it was replaced. She stated that if you look like your going to spend more money they will replace it with no problem. 2 months prior to me inquiring about this particular bag I purchased a Speedy 35.I noticed with the handels where pealing now unable to claim normal wear and tear on a 2 month old purchased purse they agreed to fix the handels. The client advisor and myself inspected the bag and it was no other marks. I picked up my bag today and a total different client advisor tried to return my bag with marks on it that was not on it when I sent it off for repair. She then went on to say after not being able to successfully remove one that it was there when I left it. When thinking of purchasing a purse choose a designer that stand behind there bags. Louis Vuitton does not. No matter how frequent you choose to purchase you should be treated the same. Less expensive designers last longer, but will still stand behind their merchandise.

I am currently out of the country on a business trip and I tried to call the store directly and speak with a salesman from a previous visit. The number listed is a corporate call center that will not transfer my call to the local store in order to speak the salesman we used with on a previous purchase. The call center is only authorized to send the store an email that may take 48 hours for a response. This is an unacceptable resolution from a corporate call center for the purchase of a handbag from the salesman of our choice.
