The prices are very reasonable. However, the guy in the yard seemed like he had didnt want to be at work. I had to keep asking him questions because he wouldnt direct me to what I needed. Personally not going back but the price was reasonable per pound for the stepping stones ( 15 cent per pound). The yard man told me a different price when I got to the window it was cheaper. The guy didnt even help with the stones he just stood in the shade. Poor customer service skills. In addition there are not a lot of options for loose stone just bulk.

Been going to Cummin for years! They have some of the best prices around and everyone there is usually super nice. However, the guy who works on the loading side is unbelievably rude! He shorted me on an order then argued with me about it repeatedly saying, “I loaded your truck, I know how much I put in there.” Unfortunately I know how much material I needed and how much I used and what he gave me wasn’t correct. I will more than likely NEVER shop there again because of this guy. Every time he’s got a bad attitude & Im personally over it.

Good selection and best bet intown...Must return to edit review...Poor customer service when it comes to picking out Stone boulders...They would only sell boulders by the full pallet so that they could keep them in inventory for online purchases rather than breaking one up to make a sale of several boulders.... I thought the adage a bird in the hand is better than two in the bush but apparently they would rather wait for a prospective online sale then move the inventory they have as soon as possible... I have bought close to $1,000 worth of gravel for this in town project I am working on and would not help me out on the purchase of boulders so I will need to travel across town to pick up three or four boulders... Most of my other vendors will help me get what I need or accept returns of the unused portion of the pallet but that didnt seem to be an option here..... Very disappointed

If you send someone to pick up masonry sand and pay for it. The guys in the loading zone should know the difference between masonry sand and crush and run. Awesome people in the front the guy that load the material is slower than a turtles and the bad thing is they have machines to do the work. If you hate your job find you another one.

Bought soil for planting and it was very different from what I purchased last year. tons of stones. I wonder if they misplaced the soil order...anyway..my seedlings arent growing as they should and I will have to buy soil elsewhere. Never again!

So close by in the city. Easy and nice people work here who help you out and let you know whats what. Convenience and price is pretty darn great. Selection is great too.

Highly disappointed!!! I placed an order for delivery one material was replenished, which was confirmed, just to be told on the day of deliver that they were out of stock. This was apparently due to onsite purchasing being done before my order was to be delivered. It’s a very poor business practice to charge and confirm an order just to be told that does not guarantee your material. What’s the point of advance purchasing?! The young lady that I spoke with could not answer my questions, just to repeat that their logistics team will reach out with an update of when more material will be in. NOT GOOD BUSINESS PRACTICES!!!

Ive used Cummin Landscape Supply twice in the past year for delivery of sand, rocks, etc. for landscaping. Theyre incredibly prompt and friendly. Highly recommend!

We have used cummin landscape for years for both business and personal. Within the past 4 months we’ve had deliveries delivered to the wrong addresses and on the wrong dates. Last week their website was down and after calling for 3 days in a row and leaving several vm, I drove over to set up a delivery. When I let the woman at the counter know the website was down and I couldn’t get anyone on the phone, she blinked at me and said “ok.” After standing there a moment I realized the conversation was concluded and said thank you and walked away. I have no idea what has changed recently. I am always pro local business but after several costly issues I will have to take my business to Green Bro.

If you are in the lawncare/landscape business, they offer excellent pricing, and seem to have an endless supply of whatever you need. The staff is friendly and had me in and out in quickly. The employee operating the bobcat, carefully loaded gravel I purchased into my truck, which I really appreciated. Most companies dont take the time to care for your property like these guys do!

Great prices and reasonable delivery fees. I used to go to Lowes or home Depot for my landscaping rock needs but now realize the price is way too high. If buying in bulk the price here is up to 90% cheaper than the big box retail stores.

Asked for 2 bags of stone. Charged for 5. Sales person (MK) knew he did this on purpose. I told him I only asked for 2. I asked to change delivery date to Wednesday. I went back to location on Monday after phone call because he left delivery for Tuesday and changed time. I called to speak to him and the person who answered said he was not in. I asked if he was at lunch and they were laughing in background. That person stated he wouldnt be back. I will never use this business again. Telling everyone. Someone may post on another site. Good prices and decent service. I have purchased flagstone, sand, and pea stone gravel from here and have been happy with all purchases. The only thing is that they dont have a long weekend hours which can make it harder to get there when you are a weekend warrior. They have pick and pay stone options too so you do not have to get an entire pallet of stone.

Super helpful, respectful, solid pricing, and good at what they do. From a tricky delivery location that both drivers had no problem with to workers at there location dropping everything to come help, to helpful phone service continually impressed with this establishment.

After a day of working on a DIY landscaping project and going across town to so many different vendors, I was completely swept away by how efficient and professional this place was. When we entered, a totally nice guy approached us and gave us advice about which types of rocks to use. Then, they sent us around to the back, someone who had already been briefed on us loaded up our truck with perfect communication and knew us by name, and then when I checked out, the person already knew the exact amount and pricing!! Theyre using those radios PERFECTLY. We loaded up my husbands truck in the total span of 10 mins. In and out. Will absolutely be coming back here for all our landscaping needs!

I love that theyre so close to Old Fourth Ward. The website isnt really that helpful since you cant email them and what they have changes so much. You have to go to the yard and pick what you need. Everyone is very nice and helpful, but things seem a bit chaotic. Beware the mud. Wear boots.

Maybe these guys are ok at selling rocks but do not buy their compost for gardening. Its horrible. It contained almost pure manure. I dont know where they are getting this stuff but it also contains pyridine carboxylic acids, a class of herbicide that will deform and kill your nightshades.

Got a 100 cubic feet of mulch in a bag and placed in our van.

We needed to get some some various stones for our yard and were able to setup a convenient time for delivery time. Prices were all reasonable and all the staff was very helpful in helping us choose the correct amount to purchase.

Short changed an order and said they would have to check cameras and call be back later that day. The call never came. Had to go to a different supplier to get the materials to finish a landscape project for my business. Its one thing if the orders corrected but another if you pay for something and dont receive. Just sharing my expierence and opinion.Update* they called back a day late and the reason that was given for a late response after a promised response is that there was no managers in. They sent video. The video showed 4 loads going into the truck and not 5. They did put all bales of straw on the truck but somewhere between their location and the site they lost some. Theyve refused to rectify either problem. They had the audacity to ask me to remove my review if you could that would be great if not well jist have to handle it.. Wont ve getting supplies from here again.

They have really expanded their inventory lately to compete with the larger yards north of Atlanta. Thank goodness the far superior city dwellers have a place to buy stone and dirt without having to visit the spoiled lands outside the perimeter.

Bought from east side for years dropped into west location today for a couple of buckets of masonry sand. $9 for a couple of bags of sand is steep but ok. Kid only fills bags half way up and when I ask just for one more shove of sand so Id half enough to make the mortar I needed he said no he would have to charge me for another bag. I at that point asked for my money back and he said ok with a smile. But when I drove back up to office he just moved on a tractor to load someoelse and left me standing there. I had to go into office and find someone else. Now Im driving 20 min led out of my way to finish my job.not sure I will return to either locations in the future.

They let their driver drive under the influence. Female receptionist told me this morning it was a personal issue between me and the driver. I think thats a public safety issue. Horrible! No choice but to call DOT.
