Thanks for your van driver passing a line of four vehicles on a blind hill on a double yellow line at 07:25 this morning on South Fulton Pkway. The tag number was RNZ8267 and he is based in Red Oak according to the ID on the van. They almost ran me off the road while driving very aggressively. It was a very dangerous situation for all.

While in was at a wedding and unable to do myself, a hydraulic line broke and o called this company since normal repair guy was not available. He explained it would be an hourly fee plus 100 for Saturday service and I agreed since this thing normally takes about 30 min. The service man got to my place at 5:15 and stood around before he started working (we have over 20 cameras on property). As he started working, he had trouble getting the line through pipe and tried this with a string for around 3 hours off and on and a steep hourly fee. Common sense would tell you to push from the top side and I explained we had a half inch flexible pipe we use for clogs elsewhere. He didnt take my advise. In the end the hose was run above ground and out the door which leave place unsecured because door had to stay open. My issue is this: I came in 2 days later and ran the pipe directly through immediately and then reran the hydraulic hose correctly. THEY CHARGED ME $869! And I had to redo it! They first told me bill was for 6 hours, well, 5:15 to 8:45 is not 6 hours and he claims to have lowered the price but 869 aint low. Main issue I have other than wasting so much time pulling a clogged area the wrong direction(go top through bottom since bottom is where things could get in), is that he took so many cigarette breaks while I being charged an enormous fee hourly! My guys even told me that he smoked more than worked. I explained I wasnt happy about this and he just said they could take the hose with them and was unwilling to listen to any facts even though I said I could send numerous screen shots from the cameras I took as I watched from wedding. I have never seen a company take advantage of an hourly bill like this and still leave the job unfinished! Trust me, I spend several hundred thousand a year on services so I know how a lot of people do business. Also, I have never paid more than $300 for a hydraulic line and that was 65 long. This place does not do an honest business in my opinion and apparently someone else left a similar review regarding the outrageous prices. I will post pictures of work

$600.00 bucks to cut 2 - 8 ft 3/4 in lines, shorten 2 1/2 lines and provide 3 fittings. BIlled for 2 hours what should have taken 30 to 45 mins. The tech did a great job, but the price is unbelievably high. Cant afford to use them again.
