The Atlanta Audio & Automation helped install a multiple zone solution in our corporate training facility. We needed the install to happen in a very short window over the year end holiday season. They were more than responsive and designed and installed a Control4 system. We enjoyed the experience so much that we had them come back out and install additional zones and speakers in other areas.I would recommend Atlanta Audio & Automation to anyone looking for a professional group with experienced management and installers.

Had to purchase new air cushions for my b&o H2 headphones. It was pleasant to deal with Cheryl and the order and transaction went through quickly. It is really nice to deal with such professionals who know what they are doing.

I reached Rob W and he scheduled his visit quickly. Got a quote to me quickly. Scheduled the items we agreed on to be done. Arrived on time. Did the work, cleaned up, we’re polite. A couple of items couldn’t be completed, and Rob came back out with his team in 2 days to make sure the items were addressed.Everything about the experience was professional and quality. Highly recommend AAA.

Atlanta Audio & Automation is without a doubt the best home automation company I have used in the 15 years I have been purchasing electronics. Rob Whitlock has been helping me design my home theater and outfitting my home with a control 4 system which at first I thought would be out of budget but he has been creative in helping me utilize the areas I use most often. I strongly recommend anyone looking for anything home theater or automation to check these guys out.

Frank was incredibly helpful and polite! He set up our TV quickly and everything was clean when he left. He also walked me through using the remote which was greatly appreciated. Highly recommend.

UPDATED REVIEW Written on July 3rd: Rod did end up calling us back and coming out to view our home. I appreciate him also trying to make us happy by listening to all of our concerns. He was very professional and gave us our quote for security and tv /setup in a prompt manner. I am glad that we are able resolve any prior issues or questions I had about doing business with Atlanta Audio and Automation. I hope to do business with this company in the near future.WRITTEN JUNE 25TH: I hate to give one star..but I am giving it strictly off of customer service. My husband and I went here to the Old Milton location and met with Rod who was a very nice guy and quite knowledgeable. We decided that we did want to go with this company..so we called to have him come out and give us a price quote on security and tv/audio set up. When we called.. he told us he was busy and would get back to us. For 3 days we called twice and sent him 2 text messages.. he responded finally with I am in a meeting and will get back to you and he never did. This sucks because we were hoping to use them based on the wonderful reviews.. but if you cant even call us back.. it makes me wonder if the same service would be this way if we have a security issue or any question for that matter! Unfortunately we will not be using this company or recommending them to anyone.

I am happy to recommend this outstanding company to anyone interested in any aspect of home Automation. The options are multiple and often confusing, but Philip and his team make the experience fun and exciting. Most importantly, the equipment works and they are always there to keep it that way. We needed automated window shades for six windows located 19 feet above the floor. Phillip got us what we wanted at the right price. Installation was ahead of schedule and efficient. We can now use our kitchen and great room comfortably on bright sunny afternoons. Should have done this years ago. Well definitely be call Atlanta Audio and Automation as our renovation continues. I worked with this company to install an audio system and had a very unpleasant experience with a salesperson. I found him to be arrogant, unhelpful and not always responsive. He liked to name drop and remind that I was not one of his higher end clients. His attitude was unpleasant, he was not able to answer simple questions about the system and he did not follow through with requests for estimates. I have since moved on to another company to help me complete my automation project.I give two stars only because the other people at this company were great, they were helpful, communicative and friendly. I think if I had worked with these others from the start, Id have a much better impression of this company.

Atlanta Audio & Automation is professional, kowledgable and thorough. They offer products and services connected to leading industry brands in audio and automation like Control4, Lutron, VuTec and many more. I strive to partner with companies who do the right thing even when it’s difficult. I watched that unfold on one job that had many moving parts from whole house audio, custom framed televisions to automated shades on every window. Everything went very smoothly and perfectly with the exception of one window which they could not seem to connect the power to the shade. I watched them tirelessly troubleshoot until they got it right. This was indicative of their core values as a company. The client was thrilled and I was too. Rob and the whole team stuck with us through a large and difficult installation of very long shades. My wife and I are real happy with the results. Our family room is much more livable.

I had a home theater system installed. Unfortunately we have been suffering with problems with our system, present since initial installment. We continue to have the same reoccurring problems and now even though our issue were never fixed, they are now charging an hourly rate to evaluate and repair. After spending this kind of money, we shouldnt have to continue to pay for them to get it right.

I would Highly recommend Atlanta Audio and Automation I was impressed with the first visit and the skill used to help me boost my wifi signal in my home as well as the recommendation to also install Sonos home audio. There was a discussion of what would work in my home and not someone trying to oversell me. Very impressive from the first sale, to the install. The installers were on time, and meticulous in the set up of my products. I am thrilled and delighted with every aspect of Atlanta Audio & Automation.

Awesome experience, whether asking for a home install or simply picking up an electronics part.I walked in, they had my product sitting out and ready, and I played with the pups while they ran my credit card. I kind of want to buy something else just to play with the pups again :)
