Very warm and welcoming office. Dr Barnett - the audiologist - is very pleasant and patient and gives all her attention to have the best solution tailored to your particular hearing condition.I highly recommend her and her office. Though, the prices of hearing aids seems to be on the higher end.

I purchased hearing aids through Connect Hearing last January, which connected to the Phonak app on my iPhone 6. With Apples latest software upgrade, my hearing aids would no longer connect to the app. Sandi Darby-Bowling, Hearing Care Professional from the Covington office, has been commuting to the Atlanta Piedmont location three days per week to assist clients since that office closed in March, due to the Pandemic. After unsuccessfully trying all I knew to correct the problem, I scheduled an appointment with Sandi and she was a lifesaver for me. She pursued the problem I was having and determined the reason. Throughout the lengthly ordeal, she was so patient, pleasant and resolved to find the solution. In addition, she answered many questions and concerns I have been experiencing in the interim and printed out additional instructions to assist me. I am so thankful for her help in this frustrating situation and she is continuing to follow through with my progress to make sure Im connected again! I truly appreciate her assistance.

I was in total denial about needing hearing aids. Monica was extremely patient with me and made me feel very much at ease. She worked with me, found the perfect fit and listened to all of my concerns. I would not go anywhere else. I trust her completely. She is professional and extremely caring. Our experience at Connect Hearing has been wonderful! I take my Mom who is 90 years old and new to hearing aids. The entire stafff is very professional and helpful. Read entire review before going anywhere else!! Awhile back even a few years ago Monica took such good care of my grandfather when he went through the lighthouse program. He actually lost one of his temporary hearing aids while his were getting ready. I was ready to pay for his lost aid and Monica says “things happen I completely understand, if you can find it please let me know but you do not have to pay for it” My grandparents both don’t speak English so they don’t feel comfortable going to any kind of doctors that aren’t Korean but me being protective wanted the best treatment for them. It didn’t matter my grandparents love going to see Monica and her team! They joke around, while her and I converse about her family and kids. She puts everyone at ease, so when my grandmother needed her hearing aids done we waited till insurance would cover and my grandmother was embarrassed about having bulky aids, Monica and her team Melissa and I believe her name is Jenny(who I’ve only spoken on the phone with) worked with their insurance plan and got her a pair that is stylish, comfortable and now we don’t have to yell when we all talk. She knows every in and out of her field, she even realized my grandfather was eligible for upgraded ones. I am very diligent when it comes to my grandparents healthcare but when it comes to hearing aids I never even have to question if their getting correct treatment, utilizing insurance or anything. She is a hidden gem and just a kind person. It took me awhile to write this review because I could write pages on how good she is. She is witty, kind and just a real pleasure of a person!

When I have an audiologist appointment with Monica and Melissa, I feel like I’m going to visit friends! At first, I thought I was a special customer, but after I observed them with other clients, I realized that they have an excellent relationship with *ALL* of her clients. I have lived in many places and worked with many audiologists over the years, and I’m happy to say that Monica is the best. She is genuinely concerned about my hearing and will always do her best to fit me in on short notice if necessary. She will work with you to help you get the most appropriate hearing aid for your budget and stands behind whatever products she sells. There is no reason to go anywhere else!

Monica and Melissa are amazing. From my first experience, on the phone several years ago with Melissa and finding their new address which was not current on website, to my most current visit yesterday, these ladies are phenomenal. The products are great and they have worked with me until I am satisfied, they did not mind my multiple questions and calls. I cannot recommend this office and Monica and Melissa enough. My sister lives out of state and I want her to see them on her next visit. By the way, the products are great but I am a huge customer service person and I promise they do NOT disappoint. I have been going to Monica for hearing aids since 2008 and love her and her team!!(I found her after trying a few different hearing aids with a different provider when I needed new ones and hating the way they all sounded. That provider was basically like, “Well we can’t help you then.” She had even more options/brands to try and knew more about programming all the ones I tried to make them sound “right” and was so understanding and helped me find one that I loved).

Melissa and the Connect Hearing staff have become my life line and extended family. As a child growing up with served hearing loss, I was introduced to “Ms. June”, who then became my audiologist up to my college years. When she passed after finishing college, I was introduced to the new company and audiologist, Melissa Wikoff. Not only did her expertise provided me security but her compassion towards me and others, won me. The staff goes far and beyond to accommodate anything I ask. Even when I am in the wrong. If it’s ever an emergency, they take me right away. Any extreme request I have, they do their best to fulfill them - which is 100% of the time. Anytime I call, they remember my voice and name, which is unheard of. It’s like we pick up right where we left off . If you’re looking for a new audiologist or hearing aid, and wanting a family/friend feeling environment and very professional, who’s not just about selling you a product; give them a call. Words cant express how good the Connect Hearing office in Buckhead is! Monica is just the sweetest, most patient, most knowledgeable audiologist out there, and she goes out of her way to help, every time! Her front desk person, Melissa, is just as sweet. Whether you make an appointment or drop there unexpectedly the two always welcome youso warmly and make you feel at home with family. Enough to say that after moving to Duluth i am happy to drive a full 45 minutes each way for all my hearing aids needs ....and wouldnt change it for the world!

Apparently hearing protection isnt as lucrative as hearing aids, so they were all booked up to get custom ear plugs made. There was no offer for a distant future appointment. They flat out refused my business. I guess if no one wears ear plugs, theyll have more future patients. Thats good business sense, I guess, although, theoretically, not good moral sense.

There is a parking structure. It’s in building 2 right on main floor. The people that work at that department are wonderful and pleasant.

FIXED MY HEARING AID - I went to multiple ENTs but always feel pressured to purchase and they reluctant to fix my dead hearing aid. but when I called Connect Hearing they told me to bring my aid in immediately to see what could do cuz they understood how crippling it is without.
