My experience at the Vitamin shoppe was very educational and satisfying. I was excited to leave the store with information i can share and a product that is best for my needs and some. Everyone was friendly and professional. The sales rep Ravin was so helpful and knowledgeable. He explained the products, the ingredients, the benefits and what to look for when Im deciding on products. Thank you .

Usually pretty good but they arent restocking the shelves and it is showing. Out of stock with what I wanted to get so tried one of the Vitamin Shoppe brands for a quick alternative. That was a mistake that I wont be making again.

When I shop for health care this is where I like to go. As soon as you walk in the store you are greeted. They have a wide selection of products for a variety of health care needs to choose from. The employees are very helpful and knowledgeable about what you might need or recommend to you.

Welcoming staff and enjoy how organized it is. Easy to find the vitamins/supplements needed that I usually get online. Might get them in-store from now on.

Whenever I go I always call ahead to see if they have the item I need and usually they do. Great customer service, they are patient and knowledgable. Ive given general descriptions of what Im looking for like the best fish oil supplements, insect bites, etc. and they give good recommendations. Its a great feeling when you encounter salespeople who are respectful and welcome questions.

This is one of their largest locations in the Atlanta area. Although, you may seek out assistance, theres enough selective products to choose from as well.

The store clerk assumed I was with another woman because we were both black. He didn’t even acknowledge the fact that I was in the store. It was the most ignorant experience I’ve ever had then he had the audacity to say “he’s doing the best he can as 1 person”. Why is your store under staffed? He tried to blame me for the scheduling issues at this location.

Went here last weekend with my boyfriend and wont be coming back to this location any more. We spent about 20 minutes in the store looking at different protein powders and bars. To my surprise, the store clerk was following us around the store. Every section of the store we went, the clerk was magically there with us as if we were going to steal something. Even more odd, was that the clerk was a young black man with glasses. We spent over $100 in the store and that will be the last amount of money we will spend at this location. The Vitamin Shoppe needs to better instruct their staff to not racially profile their customers, poor customer service.

Great customer service! I called from my car while parked in front of their store. They not only had in stock what I was looking for, it was waiting for me at the counter as soon as I walked in the door less than a minute later.

As a card member, I expect better customer service. Not one person greeted me or ask if I needed any assistance. The worst Vitamin Shoppe ever. No more shopping here... Debating if should stop going to company altogether.

They sent an email advertising a $10 discount for online purchase & then in-store pick up. Arrived at the store & the store did not honor the paid purchase and and tried to go further by charging $5 more than already paid on-line. What a rip-off!
