I had my fitting today with Matt Russell at the Atlanta location. What a great experience, he was very knowledgeable and was a pleasure to work with. I cant wait for my new clubs to get here so I can put them to work. Thanks for the extra time you took to make sure we had the clubs dialed in just right Matt!

Went in for a driver fitting with Tommie. Best $50 I have ever spent on golf (obviously that doesn’t include the club cost). Top notch facility and service, everyone was really nice and engaging. Just know you won’t walk out with a club - they are always custom ordered and take a few weeks. Ultimately I got my club, tried it for a while, and went back for some tweaks which they were great about.

Had an issue that occurred in transit and Alexandria Oren was absolutely amazing in assisting with the process of dealing with FedEx. She was my point of contact of placing my order, along with facilitating all other needs/requests as well. Without her communication, responsiveness, and understanding this would have been a horrible process. To make matters worse, I am not local to Atlanta area, but that did not interfere with how she was able to respond and get things taken care of! There were no issues with PXG but rather FedEx, and I greatly appreciated her assistance! I would certainly recommend others to shop at this store, especially if they are considering PXG products, not to mention, ask for Alex!

First time customer at the Lenox Square location. Went in to get fitted for the right Putter. Store was really nice and set up very well. Alex really took a lot of time with me to help find the right putter for my game. She was Great to work with! Her Customer Service was better than 5 stars! Great PXG location to deal with! Thank you Alex!

The store is very well setup, the guys working are top notch. I was able to get my irons fitted purchased a new driver replacing my M6 and got a new bag. My distance went from 250 yard to 270 yards with the new driver, Im PXG all the way! I will be back next month for sure to get the rest of the Woods. #integrityairatl #milliondollarinspector

Really like the look and feel of the putter I bought which is why I’m giving two stars. But from a customer experience standpoint the person fitting me seemed less than happy to help and after purchasing my club on December 28th it has not even started to be built yet... when I reach out for delivery updates they say I can switch grips as the only option to speed up the process but I customized this club for a reason, and waiting over a month for it to start when they told me it would be finished and shipped in 2 weeks is not my idea of customer service.

I just left this store the salesman had a very nasty attitude. He was looking at myself and my sister like you don’t golf, which I don’t but the clothes are very cute. You’ll need to offer your salesman a customer service class. The black guy with the bald-head 1-21-21 time 2:45pm

Tommy and Travis (club fitters), are best in class. Tommy took his time discussing my game, reviewing my stroke and making a suggestion that’s helped my game. Travis set me up in the fitting bays for an iron recheck and found a minor tweak that has helped immensely.Don’t go anywhere else but PXG @ Lenox. Front desk staff is welcoming, fun to chat with and just as knowledgeable as Tommy and Travis.I’m looking forward to adding more to my bag in the coming months. Keep up the great work PXG and the Lenox team.

I was a bit disappointed in my experience.Paid the 50 dollars for the fitting, spent about 45 minutes looking at and swinging different combos of irons to realize there are up charges on the configurations. I went there expecting the first responder/hero pricing was fixed. But 6 clubs at 200 bucks each caused me to rethink my game improvement plan.

Went for personal fitting and absolutely loved it. Great location, awesome staff and the best fitter “Travis” was so knowledgeable and helped me a lot. The fact that PXG Honors Military Veteran’s made me very appreciative and proud! ⛳️🇺🇸😎

Got more attention during my fitting then I have experienced at the big box golf store.

It is a fitting shop.Made a reservation and went.There are two practice water wings.Fitting manager price? 50 dollars!Head weight. Shaft selection. Grip.Helps you to choose from.I bought the latest version.Water and drinks are given free of charge.Golf wear is rare.The raincoat is simple but fine.After practicing on the putting field, I chose to putt.The gloves are soft black.I also bought regex.Parking is available right in front.Parking is difficult and crowded on weekends.We are a little lost in the store near downtown.In the mall, there is Starbucks. It is located on the first floor inside that side.

As of JulyIt took 3-4 weeks to order from a ball home.(Utility, Wood)They say it takes two weeks to order hereClothes and hats are sold outIts in the store here.Most of all, the staff are very friendly👍🏻

Its nice to be able to buy cheaper than Korea. The staff are friendly and the parking is convenient, but it is a pity that the size is missing. Still, I was able to buy what I wanted by contacting me after I got the item.
