I went to buy a gift card for the manager of my credit union as a gift. Rather than coming out to help, someone just yelled from the back room that I needed to order it from the website. I will never understand why, when I was the only customer in the store and right in front of their face, they sent me away rather than offering to do it online right there. Not everyone has time and money to be running back and forth. They didnt even have to take time away from other customers to just offer to do it there.

I have come to the Cumberland location 3 separate times. The website will say its open but its always closed. No sign on the door indicating why and no one answers the phone. Voice-mail is full. Ive come on a Saturday and two different week days. Today is Friday 12:43 PM website indicates open but its not

I ordered a cake from here 5 days in advance for my boyfriends birthday and after paying was told i had to go to a new location to get the cake. The cake didn’t come to me as expected due to some communication issues but Candice was so nice to explain what happened and refund me immediately. So I will be giving them another chance when my location reopens

We walked by this adorable bakery on a Saturday evening about 30 mins before closing time and decided to pop in. The staff was so friendly and sweet. The pop tarts and milkshake we purchased to go was all divine! Great little small business bakery. They take care of their customers and can tell that they enjoy what they do!

This is a small place. There was a birthday party going on. I dont know if that contributed to them taking an hour to make our milkshakes. The food came out first. We were trying to not eat it all before the milkshakes came but that was just taking way too long. The food would have been cold. Good for kids.

On milkshakes, the presentation was spectacular but the flavor was only okay. We had birthday party and cookies and cream. My kids loved it. The fried pickles were tastey, but the mozzarella sticks and vegetable spring rolls were very obviously reheated from frozen, thus nothing special at all. The cashier and waitress were very nice and accommodating, and the eatery was very clean. I imagine it would be a big hit on birthdays, so I would return for one of my kids birthdays for fancy milkshakes and cupcakes instead of a traditional bday cake, as they are VERY pricey. $8 kids, $10 for a 17oz, and they have a larger one too.

Once I got my cake home I noticed it was lop-sided. I wouldn’t have given this to a customer. The strawberries were very old and withered. I would have preferred no strawberries. When we finally cut into it, it lacked flavor. It was dry and tasted like a box cake. I was so disappointed but I supported a BOB. I hope the owner revamps her business and start selling quality cakes. Her brand is out there and I would only want the best for this business.

I enjoyed my Going Nana shake. There was some separation in the shake but it was still delicious. I visited on a Wednesday at 1pm and it was not crowded. Yes, it is a pricey shake but its uniqueness makes it worth the $10. The regular shake was too much for me alone. I will return with others so we can purchase the 4 mini shakes for $20 (not sold separately).

Amazing shakes. The donut wasnt good. I recommend they bake their own or use Krispy Kreme but other than that, I will definitely be visiting again! It was me and my friends first time visiting and we came from SC. Shakes were great and they had a deal on Saturday. Shakes are pricey but, other desserts and food are offered at lower prices.

The sweets are not that good and there isnt much of a variety to choose from. This had pre-cooked cupcskes, but none of the employees knows exactly when the cupcakes been cook. And the employee are okay. The prices are pretty decent. But I dont recommend coming here. The worst part about here is there is NO PARKING!

Not sure if the lady at the cashier was having a bad day. But when I walk in she did not speak and I felt like she really did not want to help I feel that customer service is everything and if you don’t like working in the public then that may not be the job for you .

My cake was not moist at all and lacked flavor. We sadly ate maybe 1/8 of the cake and wasted the rest. There was A LOT of icing and it justed tasted like a bunch of sugar..however, I may be bias because I do prefer a cream cheese icing. The cake was pretty, hence the stars!!!

We were quite excited to check out this place and was sorely disappointed. Not only was the service awful, but the milkshakes tasted horrible and looked nothing like the photos. Theyre completely overpriced and just not worth it.

The shakes are ridiculously expensive but tasty. The service was horrible felt like I was a bother to them. The ladies were in the back had to call out to them over the excessively loud music... But the shakes were pretty good.

We wouldve given this place 5 stars but we had a few issues when we visited the kiosk in Cumberland mall. The first star was because this poor girl was all by herself. On a Sunday. She had several customers in line. She kept a great attitude tho considering. It take a while to get our shakes as she kept stopping to take new customers orders. The second star is for not getting what was advertised. We all ordered the strawberry shortcake shake and it was nothing like the picture. We had no strawberries or drizzle on the top. The shake had so much whipped cream it completely overtook the shake. When we asked the young lady about the difference in what was advertised and what we received she said that they didnt carry what was needed to make them the same way and only the store in Atlanta made it that way. Should definitely advertise what is made. It was very disappointing to finally visit this place and not get what was advertised.

Really nice bakery! Beautifully decorated. Good service. The ladies were friendly and eager to help. I had a brownie plate, fried pickles, and we ordered a few of the sundaes. They were HUGE ! Everything was absolutely delicious. Unfortunately the pickles were a bit salty, almost rendering them inedible, but the ranch was great. If they were to add less saltbto the fried pickles, I promise you Id order them everyday. They were crunchy and the batter was amazing. The red velvet sundae was OMG I want to live here good! The cupcake was moist and delicious. The ice cream was creamy, smooth, and it literally tasted like red velvet. Super yummy. The brownie plate hands down was my favorite. SOOO good. It was really rich so I only finished half, but that was ok with me because then I had more to eat the next day lol. I highly recommend my fair sweets. Tell them its your birthday and theyll put together a really cute moment complete with sparklers and a birthday song.

My first experience was unfortunately at the Cumberland mall location ( Pre-Corona). I have always wanted to visit the original location and get the authentic version of this place that Id heard so much about over the years. The mall location was lack luster in appearance, service and taste. There were flies everywhere but since I had begun my order I continued. I ordered a milkshake and the portion size to price ratio is off. The portion size was small and the cookies were stale and there was way more whipped topping than milkshake and it wasnt very cold. My friend ordered a cupcake and it was also stale tasting as well and lacked flavor. I still hope to visit the original location one day and get an authentic experience. Hopefully the mall location can be revived and since it ge to alot of traffic.

Okay so after eating at Stoney River on Valentines Day, we went into the mall (Cumberland) and I wanted something sweet. I had looked up My Fair Sweets before and was telling my husband that there was a cupcake place somewhere in the area but it was probably closed. Well after walking into the mall I saw the boutique stand of My Fair Sweets. At first there was a sign up and it looked like it was closed, but I saw the young lady behind the stand and asked her were they closed. She said no that they were opened and removed the sign off the counter. I ordered 5 different cupcakes because they looked pretty good. My husband wanted a lemon and a key lime cupcake. I had the birthday cake, chocolate, and red velvet cupcakes. The young lady asked if I would like a bag and I said yes, being that we were still walking around in the mall. She put the container of 5 cupcakes in the bag, but they were horizontally in the small bag. We could have just carried the cupcakes in our hands because it wasnt a help to hold the bag handles and walk freely. Anyway, about the cupcakes. We get home and my husband eats one of his that night and says it wasnt good and that it taste like cornbread. I was like yeah right. So the next day I tried the birthday cake one and it wasnt good either. I can eat just the top of a cupcake with the frosting if I dont like the cake itself. I didnt even like the frosting. It wasnt creamy it was crumbly and the they all had NO TASTE. I am sorry to say I dont have to go back.

So my coworkers and I decided that we wanted treats for lunch today and we know that My Fair Sweets is up the street from our place of employment. So we hiked a few blocks in the hot Atlanta heat to indulge in cupcakes and milkshakes to be welcomed by a closed business. We knew that they opened at 1pm because we looked at the website before we left. So considering it was 1:25pm we were reading the door to make sure that it wasnt an over site on our part, when a young lady opened the door and stated that they were opening late today because they have a new location opening in Cumberland. What that has to do with the Mitchell Street location puzzles the heck out of me. We asked a couple of questions because we were really looking forward to indulging in Friday treats. The young lady was rather rude and lacked adequate customer service skills. We all bared a work identification which was a dead giveaway that we came from work for this. We left with no treats and no form of apology or indication of when the establishment would be open. We left with no form of satisfaction or desire to return to this establishment. Had we been offered some form of comfort or incentive we wouldnt have felt like our lunch break was wasted and the desire not to return to this establishment. Hopefully this will not happen to anyone else but we dont have plans of returning or recommending this place to anyone.

What a great stop. A really well thought out balance. Enough small plates to prevent sugar comas, I recommend the deep fried pickles. The desserts, if foolish enough to eat a whole one, will push the best dessert eater toward a nap. The service is very helpful and the atmosphere is fresh. Dont miss it, we drove 45 min for it and it was worth it.

I loved this place! The shake i had was delicious! And my husband had the funnel cake and ice cream which was also great. Only downfall i saw was they only offer the smaller shakes in a set of four. You cant just buy a small shake. Or at least thats what i was told when i asked.

The milkshakes were pretty good and really extravagant. Went on Saturday, the only problem was the wait time and seating. Took an hour to get our milkshakes and couldnt get them to go because they were out of cups. Not sure if it happens often or not and only been once. If I had gotten it faster would have been a five star rating.

Not the greatest place to get desserts. We got multiple items because everything looked delicious. First of all, stall worker was on her phone the entire time (but I guess thats what we get for going to the mall). The doughnut we got had stale cereal, the banana pudding was nothing but artificial flavors, and the cheesecake was so dry! We were so bummed about the entire experience.

They lack employees. Told us our wait time was 20 minutes but didn’t get our milkshakes until 48 minutes later. There is not a lot of seating inside so if a lot of people come they are really crammed and can’t eat your milkshake in peace. The business itself is cute but lack employees and kinda musty/hot in there.

They have a variety of treats to satisfy any sweet tooth! Cupcakes, cheesecakes, macaroons, milkshakes, EXTREME milkshakes, donuts, cookies, etc... and a variety of fresh made lemonades.... you wont be disappointed!

For 3$ a cupcake I expect more. The flavor of the cupcake itself was good but the icing on the top was nothing more than a big hard blob of sugar. Recipe needs improvement for that price

Cons:Wait time for the shake was pretty long, probably about 25 minutes.Most tables were dirty and the young lady cleaning tables said she didnt even work there, just lived upstairs and decided to help out. Its sad that the actual employees of my fair sweets were not helping out, and were seen hanging out outside, or on their phones.Pros: Milkshake was pretty good, and the place was pretty cute.

Spoiled lashes studio came 2 times while in the city for super bowl. The food and shakes are the best, plus their customer service is amazing. The owner is the sweetest and she make sure everyone is comfortable and enjoying themselves.

One of the people in my party overheard the guy making the shakes ask the young lady at the register if we had tipped (we had). Me and my close friend were dying to try this place due to the buzz and hype it received on social media. However when we got there it was an completely different story ! We ordered Cheese Sticks , a Chocolate Chip Cookie milkshake and the Wings and Fries . In my honest opinion the food taste great . It came out fresh, and hot . I can appreciate that, however it took the shake forever to come out to us ! It looked like the young lady who was in charge of making the shakes was way behind in orders so the outcome was the shakes came out not up to the standard I expected. The shake was melted , messy , and the cookies on top was extremely stale ! I was highly disappointed because one of the main things that attracted me to this place is the milkshake . Like I could have went to Steak & Shake saved money and it would have tasted a lot better !

Our experience was HORRIBLE. we walked in and the tables were DISGUSTING!!! there was left over milkshake and splatters on the table. we do not recommend AT ALL. we ordered a cookies and cream milkshake and a red velvet cupcake jar. we got the jar first thing and we went to go sit down at the DISGUSTING table and the woman cleaned all the tables next to us but not ours. we sat there for 20 minutes when a couple walks in and orders two cookies and cream milkshakes. then about 15 minutes later a cookies and cream milkshake is sitting on the milkshake bar. the milkshake lady rings the bell and the waitress is meanwhile talking on her phone. about 5 minutes later she comes to get the milkshake and delivered it to the table who ordered the cookies and cream milkshake 15mins later than us. so we are kinda confused and we are kinda mad. then another cookies and cream appears on the milkshake bar. we assume it’s ours. but, it’s delivered to the same table. at that point we tell the cashier we want a refund and we were skipped. she asked “are you sure you you’ve been skipped?” and we said yes. she gave as a refund and put on the receipt that we left because we didn’t want to wait. no apologies were given. AWFUL experience and HORRIBLE customer service. do not recommend.

This place is incredible!! The desserts and milkshakes are honestly mouthwatering. My favorites are the banana pudding, and this cinnamon milkshake with Churros that you have to try.Also, surprisingly, the wings here are some of the best Ive had. I promise once you eat the double fried BBQ or Lemon Pepper wings, the world will be a happier place.

While ordering a cupcake I was watched a worker make a milkshake. She wore gloves (great I thought). She opened the refrigerator door, using same hand grabbed and crumbled some cupcake pieces for milkshake. Then grabbed a plastic container with fruit loops and using same hand grab two handfuls of fruit loops for shake from the container. While making the shake she scratched her forehead with her hands. This is not sanitary. The young man at the counter washed his hands and handled cupcakes in a very sanitary manner. However, the lady making the shakes need training.

I went to the Cumberland location and had good customer service from a sweet young lady. I chose the red velvet cupcake, which is my favorite and was excited to try them. I took one bite and my whole face frowned. It was horrible. The cupcake was dry and dusty. It tasted stale and was full of disappointment. The icing was not cream cheese but something close to vanillaish. It was sad. Please fix this, I want to come back and enjoy your desserts that I have heard so many good things about.

I had the red velvet shake and I was not impressed for $10. It didnt taste like anything definitely not red velvet. The key lime cake push up was tasty though and my friend enjoyed her chocolate shake. The service was friendly and the decor was cute. I might go back to try the other dessert options outside of the shakes.

My daughter has been telling me about this place for a while. We went along with my son and 2 of their friends. All weekend we have been doing events together. Which means there were 5 of us for most events. Right from the beginning when I walked in, the vibe bothered me. We were never greeted even while walking to the counter to get a menu. We weren’t even 100% clear who worked there. They had on black fitted shirts, can’t remember if the name or logo was on them.I had not read any reviews and I never allow someone’s bad day to disturb mine, so we proceeded to look at menus and decide what we wanted. We were still enjoying the afternoon so I did not want to sit and eat a large ice cream. We decided on the 4 minis. I asked if they could be to go...was told no and then I asked if we could do the “4minis” but add 1 because we had 5people. She told me “Uh no, we don’t do that. They come in sets of 4. I was extremely puzzled. I’m not sure how they look or how they come in a container but I could not for the life of me figure out why you could not add one more mini ice cream cup. She did not offer an alternate or anything.... just a nice nasty smile saying sorry.We decided not to get anything at all and left. My whole spirit was disturbed after leaving that place. I don’t know if the ladies do not want to work there or they were tired. But I am a business owner and have been for over 11 years. I would need to know if my employees are running people off because of their bad customer service! Maybe if they work on that, it could very well run operation!

Visited Cumberland location. Cupcakes were extremely cold and tasted stale like they were leftovers from the other location brought in at the last minute. The texture was similar to cornbread. Definitely will not be back.

I had been looking forward to coming here because the pictures looked so amazing and I love milkshakes. We ordered brownie, caramel, sundae and banana. They looked beautiful, but they tasted like plain milk... They were thick like a shake but had no flavor. We each tasted each one and they all tasted the same. Did not even taste like a vanilla shake. I was so disappointed and especially since they are so expensive. Save your money and go to steak n shake. Also the staff are not friendly at all

Went to the shop located in Cumberland mall. We ordered 2 red velvet, vanilla, and strawberry. The red velvet cake was horrible. It had no taste and had what tasted like whip cream icing! I need cream cheese icing on my red velvet cake, the kids said their cupcake was ok. The only good part was the cupcakes were very moist. Very disappointed

Nice but small. They also played the whole Beyonce 4 album which was a little bit of an over kill since I was there with my fiance and my son. They didnt like at all. They felt like the couldnt enjoy their milkshakes because of all the other girls trying to sing along. They had Cookies and Cream and the Brownie one. The shakes and cupcakes are really good 😋 though. Next time I will ask for less whip cream on my Going Nanas shake, but other than that everything was good.

My initial contact with the cashier she was rude and unattentive. I would not purchase anything from that overpriced place. She was too busy playing with her phone and who has a phone and earbuds on working with food and drinks. I was there to give them a instacart delivery which I walked through the mall to give her two boxes of products that they turned around a called instacart to say they never received-fraud.

I had a milkshake and cupcake. They were not good at all the milkshake had a lack of ingredients, the cup wasnt sturdy, and it was nasty. The cupcake was too hard. The workers arent customer friendly at all. Plus it was dirty in there. Dont waste your money! Your better off going to Dairy Queen or somewhere else.

It took them over 30 minutes to make one funnel cake that was extremely over priced. Service is terrible, employees were talking most of the time and prolonging the customers’ waits. This experience was very frustrating, to the point where I almost left before receiving the food that I ordered. Their funnel cakes are terrible, super thin and lacking in softness. Do not recommend coming here.

Took a nice drive from the Carolina because the website stated it was open. Of course we get there and there is a close sign that stated the Cumberland location was open also the website stated until 8pm. Drove to that location and they were cleaning up. I stated to the young lady with braids that the website says 8 maybe you need to ask someone to change it. She very rudely shugg her shoulders with attitude and continue doing what she was doing. I really like to support the black business community but you have to do better with the customer service. Reading the reviews there was the same issue with time over two weeks ago. Just correct the problem and lose the bad attitude. You need us!
