They have terrible customer service. They never want to refund money even when they have caused the problem. As a dentist, I have worked with many representatitves in my field. This company by far has the worst reputation in the dental community. They just want to sell and take your money. Nothing is ever their fault even when they have caused the problem.

I had a Hiossen implant that actually split within less than a year after it was done. My dentist had to remove the implant (which was extremely painful) and redo it. Due to the removal of the implant, the bone graft had to be repaired and Hiossen refused to pay for it so I was billed a second time for the same procedure. After contacting Hiossen to get a refund I was told they would not pay for it and they were only responsible for replacing the implant itself.Based on it being their inferior product that failed, they should be liable for all reimbursement as I would not have had to go through this if there product had not failed.I have never gone to an attorney for any kind of issue, but this time I will be contacting an attorney to get this resolved fairly.
