I heard about these cookies through the real housewives of Atlanta. Also I had mutual friends from Atlanta tell me how delicious these cookies are. So, I took temptation and placed an order because they ship nation wide. My cookies came in two days. They came beautifully packaged well and fresh. I ordered a cookie jar cake as well. The cookies are so thick and delicious. They’re very rich too and the flavor of the cookie you order is the flavor you will get. The white chocolate Oreo is to die for you. You can tell love and dedication was put into them. There’s a HUGE variety of flavors as well. I will definitely be ordering again. The only negative I would say is the shipping cost but if you want delicious cookies I would recommend. I’mIntrigued to order a cookie cake next.

This place has been around for two years and for almost a year and a half I’ve been coming here regularly. I’m always excited to see new cookies pop up and i have to try them. They have a Leto cookie that’s pretty good, i wish she’d explore more keto flavors 😬😬😬. Some may call me an addict, but I’m more of a stan. I wish they were open 24/7. I’m never disappointed in the quality of these cookies. They look as good as they taste and will shut your cravings down! You won’t want a cookie from any place else.And the owner Shiana, is just as sweet as her cookies. Always a lovely interaction even if she’s busy.

The owner is awesome. The staff is super sweet. This is one of the few places I can say that customer service still exist. The cookies speak for themselves...yum! There is no dessert I love more than a good cookie and these are simply the best. I proudly travel 30+ minutes for these cookies and will continue to do so after my diet.

Ive ran into issues with trying to purchase cookies in-store. The last few times I have went the store was closed with no signage explaining why. Although the cookies are good it has been troublesome for me to go and buy them during business hours.

The owner is super nice and welcoming. The cookies 🍪 are on the highest cookie level imaginable. While visiting Atlanta for the weekend we ended up going there twice because the cookies 🍪 were so good. I can’t wait to go back soon. This is the first place I am visiting when we go back to Atlanta.

I don’t know what type of secret formula they got going on but it’s those Strawberry Shortcake cookies for me!! My gosh they are good! I’ve tried the others and they were pretty good BUT it’s just something about the strawberry shortcake cookie. 10/10 would recommend!

Literally the best cookies Ive EVER had! I am not a lover of desserts or sweets but I REALLY enjoyed my fruity pebble white chocolate cookie! They are the perfect consistency and the flavors are incredible! So happy I found this place! I plan to take my little ones next week and will be sharing this place with everyone I know! I notified the store via email the same exact day ... 7 days ago ... and I still have not received a reply. I absolutely love this place, and Ive never even been in person. I live in Cleveland ohio, and this is the only place that Id trust having cookies delivered. One suggestion, I would love to have a few more pictures of the larger items like the cookie cakes/pies. Its sometimes hard for me to decide which one I want just from the description alone.

My Friends and I came to ATL from DC. We wanted to try these cookies! But we had no idea we would have Zora bake us fresh cookies to send back home. Zora is the best!!!! I ordered cookies on a Wednesday for a birthday on Saturday, and I did not know that cookies only ship out Monday and Tuesday (because I did not read the shipping policy very well). UPS will not deliver on Saturdays. Anyway, the owner took time out of her day to call me and let me know and thought that it would be best to overnight the cookies. She allowed me to pay the difference for the overnight air option so that it arrives in time for the birthday. I appreciate her customer service and her ability to be honest and human in this situation. I am looking forward to the cookies, thank you!

Wow. The cookies were amazing. There were some miscommunication on my first experience but my friend was able to grab an order for me today. I was pleasantly surprised with everything. I didnt know what to expect when they offered to blend a chocolate chip cookie into my milkshake, but wow. It was absolutely stupendous. This place smells like fresh baked cookies (in the best way possible). They have ice cream, various fresh baked cookies, and ice cream sandwiches. They also have frozen cookie dough bars that are pretty amazing. Cant say theres too much else to see/do in this mall (or whatever you might call it) but definitely check out Haute Cookies if youre here...

I ordered several items to be delivered to my wife staying in a local hotel, I got scared when I saw the order was being returned. When I called they had an issue with their delivery company, but she personally picked up my order and brought it to my wife. That is unbelievable service and it doesn’t hurt that the cookies were AMAZING!

I came to Atlanta and wanted to try the cookies after the positive feedback on the show. We took a Lyft to the location prior to flying out on 4/5 and arrived to the location to find that the cookies had to be pre ordered 😩. The employee on duty at the time told us that she could accommodate us by baking us the cookies we wanted 😊. While looking at the menu, she informed us that she had a few cookies left over after her pre-orders were filled. We decided to purchase those since we were on a tight schedule. The strawberry shortcake cookie and the strawberry shortcake ice cream sandwich was scrumptious!!! The customer service won me over!! I wish I could have another ice cream sandwich 😋 PS you should teach OLG some customer service skills!!

UPDATE: The owner/baker was not responsible for adding the chocolate icing. She immediately called the following morning and was genuinely saddened by the mistake her staff made. She urgently rectified the situation and assured me that she would speak with her team. She was so sweet and understanding of the situation. She went back that morning before store hours and remade the cake to perfection because she knew I was traveling that morning for my birthday event. She truly made me feel better about how she operates her bakery. And the cookie cake was SOOO good! Honestly, it was too good not to come back. Customer service from the bakers side was great and the product was great. I will definitely be back!----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------I placed an order on Friday March 12th for a Red Velvet White Chocolate Chunk cookie cake. I made the order for pickup on Thursday March 18th and included the instructions:“Order for Thursday the 18th. Please include writing ‘Happy Birthday Debbie Debs’. Also, please incorporate light icing for the border and the writing. Thank you!”I received an email the next day on March 13th stating that the order was fulfilled. I called the bakery and they stated that they did not properly label the pickup date and that they would have it freshly made for Thursday pickup.On Thursday March 18th, my partner drove 30 minutes to the location to pick up the order. When he arrived to pickup the cookie cake, the cake was green. We were told that throughout March, instead of red velvet they use green velvet for St. Patricks Day, and that it is located on their homepage. Throughout the entire online ordering process, this drastic change was not noted. Why would they not provide the option to reject such customization?I spoke to the owner/baker on the phone immediately. She initially informed me that she would be unable to fulfill the order and offered a refund. I questioned why the order could not be fulfilled given there was an abundant amount of time to correct the order. After hearing how upset I was, she generously made the decision to remake the cake the same day being that my trip was planned for the following morning. She said she wouldn’t be able to include the writing and I told her I was perfectly fine with that.They closed at 8 PM on Thursday. I called at 7:30 PM in attempt to inform them that I have someone on the way to the bakery to pick up but it will be a few minutes after 8 PM. I called and was immediately placed on hold. I remained on hold for a total of 33 minutes. At 8:01 PM, the cashier came back to the phone and said she did not realize I was on hold and thought she dialed me. I explained that someone was on the way and she said she would be there 15 minutes after close regardless.My friend arrives at 8:10 PM to pickup the new cookie cake. The cake contains a large round background that is chocolate icing and has the writing in cream icing on top. The amount of icing on this new cookie cake is unbearable so I requested a refund. Even if I wanted to scrape it off, there would still be some on there and I would taste the chocolate icing. The cashier told me on the phone that the owner would not offer a refund and “now you have no cake on your birthday”. I tell my friend to go back in the store and get the cake since I will not receive a refund. I tell the cashier that my friend is coming right back she’s in the parking lot to get the cake. She says ok and then hangs up on me.My friend goes back into the store to get the cake and go and the cashier says she threw it away. She smirks and keeps telling my friend that they are closed and that I should call back in the morning to speak to the owner but I’m not getting a refund. She proceeds to tell my friend, “your friend is too hectic, now she has no birthday cake”

I am a nice person however it takes a lot for me to get out of character with that being said I AM A CUSTOMER AT THE END OF THE DAY and I did not deserve to be disrespected the way I was over the concern of a 2 week LATE ORDER and the owner has left me with no choice but to leave this review.I placed an expensive order Cyber Monday sale 59.00, paid for 20.00 shipping, mind you I am located in Georgia NOT ANOTHER STATE and when I called the first time to update the owner about my order she was upset herself it took 2 WEEKS for me to receive my order and she consoled to me that she would never want anyones cookies to not be fresh so she offered a replacement order to me quickly.But being the fact it was a holiday she urged me to call back and have my order replaced AFTER the holidays so I would receive my order fresh and on time and thats exactly what I did AFTER JANUARY 1rst, RESPECTFULLY.Then she had the nerve to ask me what was wrong with the order after we discussed everything over the phone on two separate occasions and offered to send me a replacement of only half of my order. I placed my order November 30th it was stuck in Peachtree until December 6th before it was shipped to Augusta and it wasnt delivered until December 14th and whats wrong with it huh? The point is I reside in Georgia, I paid for it, it was past late, and the owner made a commitment and failed.Find a better way to talk to customers!.

Today was my first time there and I usually don’t rate a place till the 3rd time coming in. But oh my goodness these cookies are so good! The cookies are a good size and the texture is the perfect texture for a cookie soft on the inside and a slight crunch on the outside. My favorite so far is the chocolate chunk and the snickerdoodle! The strawberry sugar one is also very good! I can’t wait to come back and try more! I wish there was one in East Cobb!

Trust me go & take yourself on over to Park Ave to Great American Cookies! Not only do they have just as great cookies but they actually have morals! We all need to be kinder to each other more than ever & I didn’t get that here! Now the cookies were actually really good, but no human kindness at all.

Im a cookie lover, and you will not find a better chocolate chip (chocolate chunk), double chocolate chunk, chocolate chunk Oreo, double chocolate Oreo, red velvet, nor red velvet Oreo anywhere else on the planet. You can taste the quality in the product, and the cookies are big and heavy. The chocolate ice cream is also good. They have lots of other items that Im going to try in the future, but over this weekend I went three days in a row, and every trip was worth it. For those that are sticklers for great customer service, imagine Chic-fil-a, but with cookies instead of chicken, and you have A Haute Cookie.

Service is always great, cookies are okay... not consistent... first time I came the snicker doodles were A-MAZ-ING but the two times after that they have been just alright... not enough cinnamon or something is missing, taste more like a dry sugar cookie... My husband said something similar about his cookies and they are a little stale. Just think for 3.00 a cookie I need the consistency of the first time I tried them! If that was the case I would definitely give them 5 🌟.

As a culinary student these cookies are definitely unique and not something to imitate easily. Secondly, for you people posting nasty reviews just because of what you seen from a Reality tv show. Despite of the owners antics on RHOA, as a cookie enthusiast myself, I felt compelled to take a stab at this place, and I wasnt remotely disappointed. I could taste the love in every bite of Shianas cookies. They are rich and slightly underbaked so that theyre extra chewy, which is just how I like them. If theres any down side, I would say the prices are a little high. But they can be justified with the quality.

By far the best cookies ever!!!!! (Ive tried a lot of cookies before). I think my family has tried every cookie on the menu. Lol... I took some to work and employees wanted more....you will always have my support. Amazing how people point fingers but need to look in the mirror. All it takes is one to hop on a bandwagon. Hilarious and pathetic. I will be in soon to place a couple of birthday orders.

A haute cookie is a dessert lovers sweet dream! In true southern fashion we were immediately greeted with a warm welcome by the owner and guided through our selection process. At first glance you’ll easily be impressed by the “eye-gasm” of it all. Each dessert, artfully prepared and perfectly placed. Inspired options of beautifully baked cookies, gooey, fresh from the oven, s’mores pie and a cookie dough bar served up gelato style to name a few. Of course we tried them all and they did not disappoint! Finally a place where taste, creativity, quality and passion marry. Can’t wait to go back and sample the rest of the menu!
