The Pharmacy Staff are so unprofessional! This is the second time I had to deal with the attitude. They will get smart with you ignore you and purposely take a long time to see you or fill your prescription! It’s unethical and dangerous to someone’s health to treat ppl like this. The GM is great and does listen and follows through. Unfortunately when he left they went back to the same attitude. I wouldn’t recommend coming to this location for any Health or Pharmacy needs

Horrible Pharmacy and staff, as a provider calling in to verify a Px I incredibly long wait times to speak to a provider. They picked up the phone and hung up on me 3 times. It took over 45 min to get someone to pick up the phone. I will be sending a formal complaint to the corporate office.

Filthy outside! have to walk through a handful of beggars to get in the door. Then security eyeballs you while youre actually trying to browse the store

Very clean store. Nice staff. Upstairs pharmacy and medications leaving the groceries and sundry items on the ground floor is convenient for people who are just getting one or two items!

Ran in with a friend from work because she forgot to bring some food for our event. We Were in and out under 10 minutes. The line was a little lengthy but it moved rapidly. Too bad this place isnt closer to the house.

I went to this location and want to use the rest room and as a woman I find this disrespectful and Unsafe I asked a woman security guard to open the rest room only to find out she put me in the mans restroom and a man was in the stall I was so scared

I work at Grady near here and I walk up.here sometimes on my lunch break..overall, the store is nice and the employees are nice. Its just that whoever does the ordering for the frozen foods and shelf food items apparently does not care. These college kids would and do buy this stuff..Pizzas, frozen meals, etc.. are college kid foods. Every time I walk through this store, I notice big open holes with nothing on the shelves in the freezer section. Wow! The manager of this store must not realize that you cant sell it if its not ordered and KEPT STOCKED! What a shame...Get it together people. Feed these college kids...if the current management cant do it, hire someone who can and will. This is not rocket science...

I had the worst experience today at walgreen at the corner of peachtree/ edgewood Ave. The pharmacist was horrible. Ive been there before had my prescription prescribed but this time she wouldnt prescribed my medicine because she said I dont live in the area.I went to my area walgreen and call her. She talk to the pharmacist who stated she didnt have them and its hard for her to get them and she still would prescribe my medicine. Glory needs to do better. I am at home hurting because she wouldnt prescribed my medicine because I do not live in the downtown area. BAD pharmacist

The cashier seriously asked all 3 of us for our IDs for purchase of alcohol....including my 12 year old daughter. I am obviously WAY over 21, and she refused to sell us alcohol. I understand you have to be careful.....but seriously? Get out of here with that craziness.

EXPRESS PICK UP Staff is VERY slow in refilling prescriptions.Was told over the phone at 9am,to arrive at 12 noon to pick up refills. But upon arrival, I was told I had to wait another 10 minutes. [ SAID ON THE PHONE ,IT WOULD TAKE 2 HOURS TO REFILL PRESCRIPTIONS.BUT THEY WERE NOT REFILLED - AFTER 3 HOURS.]When asked why refills were not ready,staff called security. Got refills finally - well after 12:45. While waiting ,other patients picked up their refills with no problem.Supervisor pharmacy owner got upset with me and told me his staff , were doing the best they can .

Got here at 9:58, in hopes of running inside to buy some medicine for my sick gf, only to be rejected by the security saying that the manager said no, “we’re closed”. Horrible customer service.

I went in a few days ago got assistance from Samuel. He was awesome very patient while hunting down a pack of tissue for me that was on sale he definitely went above and beyond! Im always at this local Walgreens since it is in my neighborhood.

Super cool Walgreens. Its set up in a funky way, but considering the location, it goes with the vibe of the area. The staff is friendly and fast. There is a pharmacy. They also sell some alcohol. If you are on foot, this is a good place to grab some food or other goods quickly.

They are something else in the pharmacy they want to replace your medicine . for what other medicine if they dont . have the medicine that you have been taking .they wants to endanger your life with other medicine that they claim is the same . you should know what the pills look like . they may have the same name brand . theyre not the same medicine that you have been taking . then get a attitude when you tell them .

Love It! Love the building, love the selection. The only thing they need is to sell beer and wine. The signs are there, but it looks like they are still a few months away from stocking the shelves with some booze.

I couldn’t believe the disrespect of one of the employees working in the pharmacy area by the name of Dionna. She had to be the worst employee I’ve ever met ANYWHERE. Not only did she roll her eyes at my simple question, she walked away without answering it. I couldn’t believe it when I read that she was the assistant manager. Seriously. Her disturbing energy forced me to leave the store almost immediately

This is the best pharmacy for customers leery of chain pharmacies with incumbent high prices. The staff are very friendly and they literally go the extra mile with delivery services. They call me to remind me to refill Meds. I can speak to a person when I dial.

Very cool Walgreens. Set up a little different for obvious reasons. Its usually a little crowded but a good place to get something fast and cheap!

Decent place to shop, and customer service is pretty much the same as well as the rest of the team.

It didnt open on time, so I lost a bet; other than that its really nice. They really tailor to the community and the University that is around there. They took an old historic building and brought back the charm of old Atlanta. Besides that its Walgreens, which bets the mess off of the CVS up the street.

This is a beautiful new store with 2 floors. Its so nice to have another pharmacy in this area.

Horrendous service but super convenient location. I live downtown so this is the only store within walking distance open until 10 but the staff treat everyone as if they are angry they came to the store. Many times, I have been made to feel as if I’m inconveniencing the staff by purchasing things, asking questions or for help. They even rush you after 9:45 pm if you walk in. I walked in at 9:45 a few nights after rushing over from work and was told that I had 5 minutes before closing and I told management yet they still do it. Once it was raining and I came around that time and they rushed and locked the doors yet it wasn’t 10. Also, multiple times an employee has gotten angry and clocked out then left while there was a line of us before closing. If they weren’t the only store nearby, I’d never shop there again.

Horrible customer service by the pharmacy assistant (2/13/18 around 1:30pm ). I was being helped and she told me one moment, helped another customer behind me and then promptly left. Just took off! What a waste of a paycheck for employees that offer service like that. When I was leaving there was a homeless man outside the entry with his pants around his ankles. The downtown neighborhood struggles with vagrants, but Walgreens cant be bothered to clean up their own block. Trash everywhere, addicts less than 5 feet from the door asking for beer money. I wont spend another dime at a Walgreens until I hear this location has gotten better.

The pharmacy sucks. The lady looks so nice but deeply hates girls that look better than her. It took me an hour to get a flu shot. I was first in line but she kept putting everyone ahead of me. I asked for a pneumonia vaccine and even though I qualify, she had to wait on affirmation from my dr. Finally my dr called to affirm. I wasted so much time here.

It’s not the first time, that I observed the discrepancy in the prices they post and what they bill. I got my money back two times. Please check the prices after you get billed. They are looting the customers. Today, I picked an item which is posted 13.5$ And when I went to the counter, I was charged for 16.5$ (14.79+ tax). When I questioned the cashier, he told me that the extra amount is the tax. I don’t know what the this double tax is and either the cashier. This might be some kind of looting tax.

Customer service needs improvement. I needed to use the restroom tried to ask for help I was ignored by one pharmacist another called for someone to come and they never came. More people lined up and they called again, but I decided to go somewhere else to use the restroom.

Disappointed in the pharmacy. First of all there is no answering service so you can’t leave a request for a refill. So if you call in a refill during business hours you are on hold for the first available person.....5 minutes later. The tech tells me it will be ready at 3 pm that day. I go there at 4:30 and they can’t even find my request for refill. Then I’m told by the pharmacy tech that she found my RX on file and just put in the request. I asked how long it would be and she rudely said 15 minutes and sarcastically said she was putting mine ahead of everyone else like it was my fault someone else didn’t do their job. I would have been happier with a simple apology. Unfortunately I couldn’t wait and now have to return tomorrow which is 22 miles round trip!

Good location but staff is not helpful. I needed a money transfer and even though I was walking with my clutches, nobody offer to help or even a chair while I was getting things done.
