Absolutely, the worst eyeglass buying experience for my wife and oldest daughter. We were told different things about the arrival of my wifes and daughters glasses. Logistics were completely sub-standard and unacceptable. My oldest daughter did not receive the correct pair of glasses. She received a pair of glasses that did not have the Transition (darkening) Option, even though we paid for that option. A miserable experience and we will go elsewhere. I will tell others NOT to frequent your establishment.***UPDATE***To be clear,That is the least you could do. The day I picked up my glasses nobody even knew my daughter had glasses ordered. I should have been told on the phone what was going on. I do not have a problem with what happened, I have a problem with how it was handled. No transparency. Calls do not get returned. Today Susan called back like she said. She has been the most effective. It seems as though no one knows what is going on. Take responsibility for things that happen in your company. The response says it all. Where is the sorry this happened and we are trying? Never again!!!

I have been coming to this location for the past few years, and while I love Doctor Rogol, the customer service has gone significantly downhill over these past few years. They used to be so attentive and able to help, and now it takes weeks to hear from them again. It took two weeks to get the call that my glasses were ready, however for the past week I have been unable to get them adjusted and they have been falling off my face. The staff have been understanding but have not been very helpful outside of suggesting to wait another week, bringing my total time waiting for glasses a month.

Eyeworks of Brookhaven is an outstanding facility! Friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient doctors and staff. You’ll have lots of frames to choose from so you’re bound to find one or even two that suits your style. I highly recommend anyone in the Atlanta area to check them out. They have a new customer for life! :)

Forest is very patient, professional and nice. He answered all my questions about my contacts and suggested replacing the lenses in my glasses for my new prescription, which I didnt even know was possible. Dr. Miller was very efficient, yet thorough in her examination. Ill definitely be back!

I can’t say enough about the service I received. Forest and Dr Birdsong offered patience, knowledge and professionalism I haven’t experienced in some time. My previous pairs of progressive lenses just were not working for me. Dr Birdsong gave me the most thorough exam and Forest suggested the Blue Light lenses. Forest is a perfectionist and it has paid off for me. Not only does it not feel like I’m wearing progressive lenses, I forget that I’m wearing glasses at all! Thank you so much!

Costco refused to put new lenses in my old frames so they referred me to Eyeworks of Brookhaven. I walked into Eyeworks and was quickly greeted by the receptionist Johnya. Forrest, the optician, was great to work with and very knowledgeable. Not only was he able to work with my old frame, but he made my new lenses in 20 minutes. This is what I call customer service at its best. I will be recommending to friends and family from now on. Thanks again!

Had the best experience working with Forest. He helped me thoroughly to find the best glasses and lenses as well as contacts! The receptionist Johnya, was very welcoming and helped me when I didn’t have my insurance. She offered me a Groupon that gave me $200 towards frames AND lenses! The best! I will definitely be coming back next year and will be letting everyone know where to go for the their exams and glasses or contacts!

Forest flat out lied to us, refused to return our calls for a year, now. Glasses were so blurry, we couldn’t wear. We returned the glasses, per his instructions. He won’t call us back and won’t give us back the glasses to try to take elsewhere for correction. $250+ down the drain. HORRIBLE experience and they do not even care enough to return our phone calls. Think before you visit this location. Avoid.

Incredible service and staff. The optometrist was very patient and informative. I found some frames that fit my face perfectly. I was very surprised they could have my glasses ready in just under 30min...never heard of that before. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for quality frames and fast/efficient service.

Forest is hands-down the best optician I have ever seen, he will spend more time walking you through options and trying to get you a good deal than almost anyone in the world does these days (including multiple adjustments of frames, replacing contacts when you get a bad pair or three from the manufacturer, and making recommendations about the most cost-effective way to get what youre looking for).Definitely worth it to wait on getting fitted for when hes available since he is very concerned about getting it right - also just generally pleasant and professional in about every way you can be.I do strongly recommend seeing Dr. Birdsong over Dr. Rogol if you need to leave with a confirmed prescription in a timely fashion.

I really liked this stores look. It was so different than the other optical stores I checked out. I felt very comfortable and the lady that helped me was very friendly and helped me chose the glasses I ended up buying by showing me frames that looked really good on me. I usually hate picking out a new pair and end up getting the same type but she showed me a lot of different choices I wouldnt have tried on if not for her. The selection was good and they got my glasses back quickly.

Because Forest is super responsive and very helpful, I am giving this location two stars. The front office manager/receptionist/administrator is unapproachable, inconsiderate, and very dismissive.The store was clean, but the glasses were not very professional looking with how they were displayed.I received the wrong prescription for one of my eyes after notifying the optometrist that my eye felt “off.” I tried to set up a new appointment and was called five times in one day. When I notified the person over the phone (same woman I was referring to above), she appeared to not care by the tone of her voice that the repeated phone calls during a work day were extremely disruptive and made it appear there was an emergency.Forest did call to try and make my complaint heard, but honestly, I would recommend another eye company.

Ive finally found a good optometry office! Ive spent many years looking and always let down. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and spent plenty of time with me to my utmost satisfaction. They had so many great frames that I didnt leave with just one. They listened to all my concerns and took care of business. I highly recommend this place to anyone, especially the finicky!

I DO NOT recommend Eyeworks at Brookhaven! The fill-in Dr was GREAT!! However, the manager and his assistant are pushy salespeople! They tell you what you want to hear in order to make the sale!I went in on 12/24 for an eye examination and to purchase glasses. I had lost my last pair and I was in desperate need. The manager told me he could have them for me on 12/27. I explained to him I couldn’t drive at night without them.I called on 12/30 (they are closed on Mondays). I called back on 12/31 to see if the glasses were in. The saleswoman told me not yet. I told her I needed to speak with the manager because I could have just gotten the free eye examination that my insurance paid for and got the prescription filled somewhere else. The pint of me paying $314 for mediocre glasses was because I needed the right away. She put me on hold for a moment, and came back to the phone stating he wasn’t available. She said they would be closed the next day because it was a holiday.I called on 1/3 to see if my glasses were in. I was told, not yet. I asked to speak to the manager. I was put on hold then told he was on a conference call. I asked for corpoate’s number. I was placed on hold. The lady came back stating they are privately owned. I asked for a contact number or email of the owner. I was out on hold.The manager then came to the phone. He said he doesn’t have control over the mail! Well, why do you offer same day/next day glasses. He said it was the holidays. I told him that’s not what he initially told me when he wanted to make the sale. I told him I wanted to cancel my order. He told me technically it hadn’t been over a week because of the holidays. I asked him for thevemail address of the owner.I went into the office on the same day (1/3) to get a copy of my prescription. I grabbed the manager’s card and realized the email address that he gave me belonged to him! The following week I canceled the payment and ordered glasses online. I got them back in 5 days! Eyeworks started calling me on the 1/10 stating my glasses were ready. 2 weeks after my initial visit. I didn’t respond. On 1/17 I received a text msg telling me to come pick up my glasses. I had already stopped payment.Last week I received a message from my bank stating they ended up giving the $314 back to Eyeworks because of their explanation. The manager lied about dates and the chain of events. I don’t even want the glasses from them even though I paid for them!I have NEVER written a bad review. If I don’t care for the service I just won’t go back. I was so displeased from the beginning of the pushy service to them not fulfilling their promise. My boyfriend told me when we first went in and made the purchase, to go right back in and cancel the order because he didn’t like the pushy sales tactics. We sat in the car a few minutes contemplating. I should have listened to him. I was in dyer need of glasses. Lesson learned!Do NOT go to Eyeworks!

I am a patient of their midtown practice but went here because its closer to my condo. Great selection from contemporary to traditional frames and as expected got a great detailed exam. Have recommended to many.

My neighbor recommended Eyeworks of Brookhaven. I went in for the first time and they were great! Everyone was really helpful and they helped me pick out a pair glasses. Their turn around time is really fast, I got my glasses in 3 days and I am loving them.

Its a place for you if you are willing to pay $300+ for frames that could cost $10-15 if you buy it online and $200+ for basic lenses. This place is ridiculously expensive.

Forest was perhaps the best customer service person I have ever dealt with. I usually take someone with me to the eye doctors because I can never make a firm decision on frames; however, this time I didnt. I was having a difficult time finding a frame that I was happy with and kept browsing the rows multiple times. While I was looking around, multiple staff members were trying to help me and offered their opinion on glasses and gave me different ones to try on ( which was fantastic- I felt like I brought my friends to the store) . However, Forest blew them out of the water when he actually took the holder and started walking around with me and refused to leave my side until I found a pair that I was happy with.I know I made him stay after the store had closed but he didnt even seem to mind. He kept insisting that it wasnt a problem and that he enjoyed helping me find a pair that I was happy with.He even sat down and kept going over my options until I understood them and could make a decision that worked best for me and not the stores cash register which was so refreshing.

They have a good selection of frames, and Forest is very knowledgeable and helpful.

This place is a joke. the staff cant get their act together. theyll say whatever when youre in the office just to get your business and then go back on their word later. ive spoken with the owner once. it was an unpleasant experience. no wonder he stays in the back, pretending to stay busy.

This place is awesome! Best experience i’ve ever had at any I doctor. The staff including Dr. Miller, forest Jones and Sherine were amazing! Together they went out of their way to provide me with great customer service. Sherine greeted me and made me feel very welcome despite the fact that I was late! I’ve tried several I doctors in the area and have had doctors at the same location give me totally opposite advice! Forest went above and beyond and helping me select a pair of frames that best fit my facial features as well as my budget.Other places has pushed me to purchase the most expensive frames even though they didn’t best fit my facial features; with him, this was not the case He clearly and professionally communicated everything and explained my different options for glasses and contacts. I truly felt welcomed and no he had my best interest at heart!! If you live in Brookhaven Forest is your go to guy for anything eye related!

I made an appointment through ZocDoc and Eyeworks accepted my appointment with my provided insurance. The day of the appointment, I received a call from Eyeworks prior to my appointment telling me that my insurance wasnt accepted, to which I said Id make an appointment elsewhere. A few days later I received a phone call from Eyeworks demanding $40 for missing an appointment without 24-hours notice. I refused to pay on the grounds they accepted my insurance on ZocDoc and later called to tell me they didnt accept it on the day of the appointment, making 24-hour notice literally impossible. They wouldnt even try and understand that this was a ridiculous policy and will be submitting this late fee to collections.So, before you consider Eyeworks Id recommend either achieving clairvoyance or acquiring means of time travel to appropriately notify them of cancelled appointments.

Eyeworks of Brookhaven has exceptional customer service and a wide range of frames/lenses to choose from. A one-stop shop to get your eye exam and get your glasses done as well. Their staff has an excellent understanding of customer service. I called them yesterday requesting to come in the same day for an eye exam. They informed me that even though they had no appointments available, to come in and I would be seen by their optometrist. As soon as I walked in the door, Janecia, the receptionist, greeted me nicely and with a smile! She said Welcome to Eyeworks of Brookhaven! You must be Leighann! She made me feel very welcomed and not as if I was a burden. During the eye exam, Dr. Moore was very informative and made me feel very comfortable. She encouraged me to ask any questions I may have, since this was my first eye exam ever! After the exam, the owner, herself helped me pick out a pair of glasses. There is a huge selection of glasses, and I didnt feel overwhelmed at all since she already narrowed them down and showed me the ones that really match my face shape and style. I was undecided for a bit but she was very patient with me. I did not feel rushed at all and was able to take my time. This business cares about their customers! I would highly recommend them! Spent nearly $200 dollars to fix an eye problem here, took the prescribed medicine for an entire month and problem was not resolved. This is simply a place to get glasses. Do not trust any optometrist working at this location. She didnt even bother to look at my eye. Avoid this business at all cost.

Very friendly staff. Scored some awesome frames, and the one on one service was nothing like the big stores that treat you like a number. Id recommend Eyeworks to anyone who really need quality eyecare and hates the the hassle of the cattle drive.....COSTCOSMOSTCO!
