My absolute favorite consignment store! I have been buying and selling bags for over a year and a half. The owners and associates are helpful and make finding the best bag easy.

Love this store!! The personnel here is always super friendly, and never a dull moment. They always go the extra mile to make you feel welcomed and never pressure a purchase youre on the fence about whether you need that additional bag. By the way the answer is always yes you do need that extra bag ;) FORD has been a great contact at this location and he truly go above and beyond to bring in product you want to purchase that may be outside of your area. Cant say enough great things about SACDELUXE , because words cant describe the fun and light atmosphere you feel just as you enter.

Sacdelux might just be my favorite designer consignment store. They always have a huge variety of bags & shoes that appeal to various customers. I adore the atmosphere of this store as well, its a very chic, modern store that is also very cozy and welcoming. I went by the shop today and I must say I am absolutely in love with the Chanel hightops. Ford helped me with my shopping today and he is absolutely phenomenal. Hes very friendly and helpful in finding what I need. Sacdelux continues to exceed my expectations in attire and atmosphere.

Sacdelux is a great consignment store in Atlanta!I purchased my LV Wallet from Sacdelux and I love it. I get compliments all the time.They have a great selection of products, and they have great prices! They even offer payment plans!Their store showroom is beautiful. It’s clean, and organized. You have no problem viewing every item.They offer you a drink, and have comfortable seating as well.They also greet you with a smile and answer any questions you might have.If you reach out to them by sending a direct message on Instagram, they usually respond within 24 hours.The owners are very sweet. There’s a ton of consignment stores out there but SacDeluxe definitely has the best selection. Not only are they conveniently located but they carry some of the same items that are being sold for full price by other stores in the Shops of Buckhead. I’ve got a ton of really good deals on brand new items and was even able to sell some of my own things for a really good return. The process is easy and the customer service is phenomenal. I would highly recommend both buying and selling with them.

I found SacDeluxe on Instagram 2 years ago and now they have an actual store. Nikki was so helpful during the process & after a few months on a payment plan, my Christian Louboutins came in almost perfect condition with the original box & dust bag. Ive been in love ever since. I cant wait to visit the store!

Waited outside for 1.5 hours because they did not open on time on a monday. (They opened after 12 when the open at 10)I drove one hour to get there because i was told over the phone they use entrupy to verify bags, they lied. Used a program that i have myself. Was a giant waste of time and really unproffessional in many ways. Tried to speak to them about this and they ignored my messages.

Bringing my items to this location I had high expectations, one being that they were located in Buckhead amongst well established brands, and two being that I knew who I was dealing with from our previous college years. I wanted to get rid of a few items and asked HER to let me know exactly what my cut would be vs what commission the store got on all my items....a month and a half goes by so I check in every now and then on my items, and to my surprise 2 items sold. Now this is where the issue comes in, we agreed on the price of one item but she never contacted me on how much the other item would sell for. So my merchandise was sold for was less then I would have wanted it to WITHOUT my permission! And on top of that, I had a Louis V wallet that was sold for a price that I did not agree on! And like anyone with common sense, I pulled all of my other things off of there selves to protect myself from that happening again, my most expensive item was a Hermès bag, so I’m glad that didn’t sell so that I could take it to a professional business who takes care of there customers.And last thing , when I confronted her via text on how unpleased I was about her business handlings, all she stated back to me was, your welcome......wow.......So if you want to take your luxury items to a well established business , THIS IS NOT IT! And you’ll see, no one is ever in the store.....strange
