Very nice place. Prices are high but food was delicious. Basil Pasta with salmon and the burger were our choices and both delicious. The seafood dip appetizer was amazing. It was more of a soup like texture than a dip but it was most definitely my favorite. They do have a huge drink selection and atmosphere was nice. Service was great too. My only reason for not 5 star was the prices very pricey and the kettle chips they claim came with burger was basically lays plain chips.

I always enjoy stopping here when I have a layover in Atlanta. Its very peaceful as its tucked away from the organized chaos of the airport. They have a great selection of loose-leaf teas, both flavored and unflavored. I particularly enjoy their white teas. Ive also enjoyed their hot chocolate, and I recommend looking at their pastries as well. Their fruit tart included redcurrants on it, which are difficult to fins, and it made for a particularly delicious treat. Service is friendly and prompt. Would highly recommend!

My spouse and I stopped by here as a result of being stuck in the airport for more than two and a half hours after processing through customs in border protection. We came upon this restaurant getting off the escalator looking for something to eat. We saw that there was no line and figured why not lets go in and give it a shot. I ordered the Mediterranean spicy wrap with hummus and pasta bowtie. My spouse ordered the Viennese Salmon with spinach and orzo type pasta. Our server, Tai, was capable and knowledgeable about the menu. Our server did a very good job and was tipped accordingly. Our meal came out, I felt, a little bit on the expensive side. We had time until our flight departed so we didnt mind the extra expense at this point.

Decent breakfast at airport restaurant price. My boyfriend and I each ordered a coffee and were each served our own personal pot. Not sure if that is the standard or what. I also got a mimosa and it was a good ratio with not a lot of juice. The traditional eggs Benedict were ok but the potatoes were not very good which was disappointing. Service was professional and friendly. They gave us the check as soon as we finished which I LOVE in an airport.

I just had what were possibly the worst eggs Benedict in my life. The yolks were cooked to the point of being hard boiled, the English muffin was toasted only along one edge, and the Hollandaise had no discernable flavor other than the hot pepper powder sprinkled on top. The fried potatoes were over cooked on one side, not cooked enough on the other. So the food is a solid one star. My server on the other hand, was simply marvelous. She offered to have the food taken away and re-done, but I didnt have time. So she sent over the manager, who was also wonderful. She took a significant amount off the bill, which was very kind. Apparently the cook is new and still learning, which happens. Hopefully hell get better. So the service is a solid five stars. Ive been eating here for at least the last ten years, and this is my first negative experience. Ill give them another try when I come through this June.

High quality food, crepes and coffee. I have confirmed the quality is consistent after 20+ visits to this restaurant while transiting through ATL concourse B over the years. On several occasions I will go out of my way to this concourse specifically to have a Chicken Florentine or a Nutella Crepe and a cup of black coffee, which is served in a silver carafe. They no longer serve my favorite dish, the herb crusted chicken, however the Florentine is a even better tasting albeit heavier entrée. If you are really in for a treat, the Chicken Deluxe Crepe is worth splitting with a companion. The Nutella Crepe is a great snack, arguably as good or better than I have had at any establishment in Western Europe. This is a must visit for anyone passing through ATL. See attached photos.

Mmm...Cafe Intermezzo has been my go to bakery even before I moved to Atlanta. I remember making the drives into Atlanta with my old roommate from Augusta and just stock up. There are so many varieties to choose from. You can go savory with the chicken and pepper flakey pastry or the the hotdog buns. You cant go wrong with many of the sweet buns too! My favorite is the custard buns and the little Japanese cupcakes. I love their Thai tea boba, although at times their teas are a bit too sweet for me. I wish they had a biodegradable to go container instead of their usual plastic boxes for those who are doing carry out

Im not above spending $5 on coffee, its just when I do spend that (or 3x that in this case) I expect a quality product.Others experience may vary, but mine was rather disappointing. The food took 20 mins to come out (it was just eggs on bread and a side of potatoes) and it wasnt hot, or even warm when it did. They werent even busy as to have a reason why it would take that long. The bread was burned on one side (at waffle house Id accept it, but this was 4x the price of waffle house) which added to the already lackluster, overpriced meal.Got it, airport places are more expensive. There are better places to spend your money than here though.

I rarely give five stars. My opinion is that an establishment has to EARN five stars. Cafe Intermezzo earned every last one. I forgot I was in an airport. Everything from the books, to the mahogany wood panels to the unique and quality menu options, it all speaks to a unexpected fine dining. Suddenly I was transported back to Europe with numerous elements of the dining experience. I happened to sit across from a giant flat screen tv exquisitely mounted and framed displaying a photo slideshow of grand European sites. The ambience is almost perfect. Seating arrangement is a bit tight, but it’s obviously in an attempt to accommodate its bustling clientele. And then there was the food. Fresh. Fresh. Fresh. Did I say fresh? Fresh and light. The salad greens and vegetables were especially fresh. The Naan and Lox light, fresh and tasty. The savory crepe with artichoke and spinach is light, fresh and allows you to appreciate all the flavors at work. After such good food I had to have dessert. I was full, but felt that I must give them a chance to ruin the five star rating I had planned to give. They had no intentions of doing so. Tiramisu. Excellent!Staff were attentive, helpful and courteous. I think I’m going to make it a point to make my layovers in ATL a little longer intentionally so that I can eat here.

I was flying through Atlanta on December 18th and stopped here for lunch during a long layover. I had been here before and remembered liking it. This time, however, I got a hair in my food, and a nasty case of food poisoning! I ordered a hummus plate, which was good except for the hair (which I found after I had eaten almost all of the dish). The dish also did not come with nearly enough bread for the hummus, so I asked for carrots or something. They didn’t have any, but offered me a cucumber (for a price). So I ordered that. And I’m pretty sure that’s where the food poisoning came in. I don’t know if they didn’t clean the knife or the cutting board, but they were clearly in a hurry. The cucumber came out cut very unevenly with some pieces very thin and other pieces close to a half inch thick. The hummus plate with my tea and the tip cost me more than $20, and several hours of nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and dehydration. Don’t eat here.

Reasons for 5 Star Review: The food, service and commitment for doing the right thing! The flavors, presentation of meals, and just the deliciousness was a welcomed airport meal! Our Server, Alaye, was attentive, knowledgeable and personable. We left behind on the floor a briefcase with computer, etc in rush to catch next flight. Someone (unfortunately we dont know who) found it and put it in a safe place in the restaurant. After calls (which were promptly returned to me) to the restaurant manager and corporate office, no success...until almost 10 days later when the briefcase with contents in tact was found in this safe area and a call immediately placed to me. This past visit there was no host waiting and as a result several people waiting in line actually walked away. When I was seated the service was ok, but the drinks menu was in terrible shape. In fact, nearly every drinks menu I saw looked battered. I ordered the croissant chicken salad sandwich. It came out quickly but was first taken to the wrong table. The sandwich wasnt better than anything you can get at a grab and go vendor at the airport. The croissant tasted old and wasnt flaky at all. The chicken salad was all in one spot as if it was put on the croissant with an ice cream scoop and wasnt spread. The balsamic tomatoes were overripe and therefore also tasted terrible. For a $15 sandwich and side it was a massive waste of time and money. Ill probably go again next time Im in concourse B, but based on previous experiences, not this one.
