It is a great store. I am shopping there more and more. Now it is my first stop for shoes/handbags, clothing, make-up and accessories. It has a large selection and great service and pricing.

Ms.Barbara was very kind, knowledgeable, and patient when helping my grandmother find the perfect outfits. We really appreciated her. The selection was excellent and everything seemed very well made. It was fun to see my grandmother feel so pretty.

A great overall shopping experience. Associate Kelly on the mens department is fantastic. She helped myself and my son pick out suits for his graduation. She suggested shirts, ties, socks, shoes and pocket squares. Every spring she helps select my vacation wear. Overall, my favorite mens department.

Everyone always tells me dont go there its to expensive and the employees are snooty. Totally wrong on both accounts. I went there a couple of weeks ago and was treated extremely well and got an outfit for under 50 dollars. Plus when you see things like this....extremely well merchandised...it makes shopping fun!!!

Always a pleasure just simply walking through this store. Not sure if they still have the live pianist, but one thing for certain is that this is one prestigious company offering realistic prices for quality product AND satisfactory service. As long as the basic things that got this store to where it is today remains the foundation for this company, I will forever be a patron and guest.

I’m truly disgusted by the staff in this store. I walked around for about 30 mins trying to find different items with zero help. I literally had to call front desk and ask them to send someone to assist me. Before the person arrived another blonde hair lady tells me I’m not on the clock yet. Lol I have never seen anything like this. I will not be back.

Goodness I didnt think Id ever see another overpriced upscale Goodwill store but here one is.

Macys has become a dump over the years. And so has Dillards. Nordstrom and Von Maur are two stores where I can go to pay for convenience and service. The store is nicely arranged and has staff waiting to help. It reminds me of Parisian before it merged with Belk.

Got hung up on 3 times now.

Best store to shop at .... a little expensive... but ultra classy and a totally different experience

This store is incredible - from the beautiful baby clothes, to the clearance shoe room, to the immaculately kept restrooms. The staff is more than amazing. I had gotten overheated one day and wasnt feeling well, an associate immediately came over to see what he could do. He ran and got me a cold bottle of water and stayed with my husband and I until I was sure that I was ok. I have many wonderful stories about this place but this is one that I wont forget.

Hard to get me worked up about anything....much less shopping.That said we went to Perimeter Mall to get me a suit for my sons upcomingwedding. We were waited on by Kelly Lee, who was nothing but amazing. Within minutes she had found me a suit that matched my wifes outfit and fit me perfectly. Additionally she got me a discount and found ANOTHER discount on- line, such that my really nice charcoal grey $650 suit cost $130!!! I was so impressed I bought a bunch of other stuff. Great quality, incredible price, in and out (great for a man)...I was truly impressed. And again ask for Kelly. Shes the Terminator.

Von Maur is one of two places where I get what I would call service. It is super clean. It exudes class, a definitive pride in who they are, their clients and their stock!! At a different department store recently a cashier asked if anyone had helped me as she rang up my $300 merchandise. I broke into laughter which I then did my best to hide. Help me? Help me? No, I wanted to respond. Where do you think we are? Von Maur?! But I held my tongue. I always go to Von Maur first!

This is an amazing store at the mall. They pay attention to detail. During the holiday season they have live piano player for the store by the Christmas tree. Very nice and elegant and beautiful. Decorations and fireplace are just spectacular!! Recommend this high end store.

Von Maur has an incredible selection of items - and many that are not seen in other similar stores. There doesn’t seem to be much help but I am always able to find someone when needed. Their customer service is stellar. I had a few issues and they were handled professionally and quickly. They will also wrap all gifts, free of charge! The sale racks are plentiful with good prices - you just have to check back often!

This is truly one of my favorite and absolute BEST places to shop. Ive never had an unpleasant experience here. Even my husband, who hates to shop, is impressed with the stores appearance and service. I love their shoe department; its a rare occasion Ive left empty-handed. RICH and the other associates in womens shoes are all very attentive, courteous and professional. This is a great store in every aspect.

Purchased a dress at the North Point Mall store a couple weeks ago. The salesperson there was wonderful. Then MIL purchased same color dress for same wedding. I had to come back to town to return. The salesperson here at the Perimeter store was curt. I know it was a return ( with tags on and receipt) but still.

This is one of my favorite department stores ever. Great customer service, always a friendly smile even when purchasing low priced items. Its a privately held, boutique department store. They carry very specific brands and theres something for everyone. Wonderful selection of special occasion dresses, childrens clothes and shoes, and even unique greeting cards. They offer complimentary gift wrapping, coffee and hot chocolate on the 3rd floor. They have the BEST restrooms and a quiet and separate feeding/changing are for the little ones. Deals can be found by going straight to the round racks - sale items. Check it out and youll be hooked.

This is where I go when I need a really impressive gift without breaking the bank. I go straight to the wallet/handbag area and look through the sale drawer. They only carry high end brands so anything you pick will be good. A Coach coin-purse for $35 - perfect gift.

For many years Nordstrom had my favourite public restroom. Von Maur is my favourite now. Von Maur has the cleanest public restroom in all of Atlanta, GA, hands down. It has a lovely sitting area outside the restroom with chairs amd couches so comfortable you could sleep in them.Ive also never had bad service in this store nor is it hard to find assistance if you require it.During Christmas (and other times as well) the live pianist really sets the mood to get you in the present buying spirit.

Really love Von Maur. One of the few places that still has a very good petite dept. Always a good selection in all departments. Will say their website does not do them justice. They could improve on that.

Great place to shop for apperal of any kind for men , women, and kids as well. Casual, sporty, dressey, just a plentiful variety of items that will put a smile on your face !!! Quality from names you know and product understanding from highly motivated sales personnel. A no pressure sales environment , well kept and well lit areas for the best viewing of all items for sale.A baby grand piano greets you upon entrance and can be heard throughout the store, fire places ( winter ) warms as you pass by. Multi levels of professional service with escalators to take you to 3 floors of oooos and ahhhs with a visual experience to remember. One more thing its not draining on the bank account either !! Stop in say hi, and get a complete outfit that stands out.

The biggest reason why I love Von Maur is that its so clean and organized! Its not like your other large department stores where its so cluttered and messy. Plus their prices are same as other department stores. Its more elegant and peaceful to shop there cause of the piano music they play versus loud pop music at other department stores, and did I mention how clean and organized it is! :) Von Maur and Nordstrom are my go to then Dillards.

Discovered 5 years ago and always drop in from time to time to see the latest trends. Love the fact they carry clothing that a man my age consider appropriate.

I had never heard of the store, but it seems to be nice. I didnt purchase anything this time, but I will return when I have more time to shop. Prices are reasonable.

I just walk through when visiting Perimeter Mall. Overpriced clothes that are not very appealing. There are a few CUTE overpriced items. They have a live pianist many days. The store is always clean and bright.

Ugh! never getting my gifts wrapped here again! Got all the way to SC to see my mom’s questioned face on Christmas morning as to why she had a 7 1/2 boot and not a 9.5 J. Renee Pump (and I got it at a great price at that!)ALL because the giftwrapper (who had one job) gave me someone else’s shoes!! Hard earned money gone cause the lady was “ready to go home”...never. again.

This store is extremely nice. The store offers free shipping and free wrapping of gifts.
