Great store with friendly staff! One of the very few Patagonia stores in the city!

Super friendly and helpful staff. Clean store!

Really helpful and respectful. Due to COVID you cannot shop in person but they’re still taking online orders, pickups and returns. I came by to look at some colors in person and they were very accommodating. But don’t expect to try stuff on during these times.

What service! We saw on Google that the location was open for in-store shopping, but when we arrived it was only open for curbside pick up. Sloan was very kind and gave us a personal shopping experience, curbside! He selected various styles of shorts and we ended up buying two. Possibly better than an in-store experience!

Fantastic staff, super polite and helpful. Excellent customer service and pretty good selection in store, and they also will repair your old Patagonia stuff if you take it in. I took in my ripped puffer jacket and they sent it off to be completely repaired, free of charge.

What a great store and the team here is first class. If you need the best outdoor gear then stop here first. The stuff just lasts and lasts and never goes out of style. Best story about this store is the extra mile they went to get me some board shorts straight from Hawaii.... pretty cool.

Ive been to plenty of concerts in Atlanta, but the Beautiful Oblivion tour was my first time at Buckhead Theatre. Hands down one of my favorite venues to have visited. My brother, sister, and I had a PHENOMENAL time. Its in a great (and safe) location...we were able to walk there from our hotel. The drinks were reasonably priced and the food was SO GOOD! There was a lady bartender at the bar to the right first thing when you walk in that took very good care of us, so we kept going back to get drinks from only her! I cant remember her name, but shes AMAZING! All in all, the venue is great and cant wait to go to more concerts there.

Great brand thats durable and their fashions stand the test of time. Staff is attentive and kind. Their stuff is crazy expensive though so dont be surprised if you break your wallet.

This place is fantastic, besides the limited up front parking. Every staff here is very friendly and willing to help, even if they dont know everything about each product theyd will find out for you. I personally love Patagonia jackets as they. Are fantastic construction and Patagonia stand by their products and will fix and repair anything for the life of the item. It is a little pricey but I find it is worth it.

Limited selection, absurdly high prices. This company caters more and more to the hip and the high end and their outdoor apparel would likely not survive getting dirty. I was looking for some tough outdoor pants, the only options were a couple of varieties of what basically look like canvas painters pants in a variety of hip colors. I left and went to REI instead, would recommend anybody do the same.

We didnt know Patagonia had a brick-and-mortar store. Was surprised by the selection, and almost everything I got was 50% off. Awesome experience look forward to going back.

I wasnt completely satisfied with the Pat shorts I bought online, so I brought them into the store expecting them to turn me away since I didnt have a tag or receipt, but instead they offered to exchange the shorts for the ones I wanted, without any additional hassle or charge. The staff was so friendly and helpful and made sure I left with what I wanted!Thanks yall!

I havent even been there yet and Im already assuming that the service will be outstanding and beyond impressive... I have never had one problem with any of the clothing that I have purchased from Patagonia. I also like their motto as well. Nothing should be made that cant be fixed. The clothing I have from Patagonia is made of superb quality and sure as hell last a lifetime.

I called this store and spoke with Leah. She found what I was looking for immediately. I asked if she would hold the item while I drove to the store (about an 1hr away). She asked if she could ship the item for free so I wouldnt have to get out in the rain with my kids. About an hour after my order I got a UPS notification that my item was already on its way. AMAZING customer service. Its been a very long time since I have received this level of service. Thank you Leah.

The shop is set up very well, has an outdoorsy feel with everything very easy to find. All tags are very informational and the employees were always willing to help and gave great advice and insight on their products!

Best place in Woodstock to get your outdoor clothing! Not as big of a selection of gear but its still a cool shop. Definitely check it out

Nice big store but they lack a lot of products I was looking for. The California stores have better selection in a smaller footprint.

Cool store but the parking situation is horrendous, watch out you dont scrape the bottom of your car in the back lot.

Customer service was less than expected. Store lacked stock on multiple items that I was interested in. Staff was lackadaisical and did not show interest in solving my needs. “Yeah we are out” doesn’t sound as good as we could order it and ship it to you for free. Quality clothes and hopefully I caught them on a bad day as far as staffing is concerned.

After my felt bottom Patagonia wading boots came apart on the Chattahoochee, I dropped in and the staff helped me with a full replacement. This is why I buy Patagonia. My new boots arrived in 2 days!
