Love this place so many classy dish-ware and spices and knives and kitchenware but random sets I moved so many times and changed my kitchen so many times I’m just want this Exclusive look but I don’t know it’s like I haven’t seen it yet just screaming at me lol but it was cool I got there at 6pm so I didn’t get the customer service I expected which is not good everyone was just in a rush to leave and the lady was very rude to me so hmmm 🤔 I’ll come another time early SMH 🤦🏻‍♀️

The huge shop for who love cook or take care a job in house. A lot of items of houseware. Ladies and housemates will happy when see everything in there: pan, bow, cup, dish, plate, knife... and coffee machine, slowcook... accessories for kitchen...

I have long loved Williams Sonoma, and have been to this location before, but will have to find another location to shop at from now on. The store assistants hovered and asked to bring my items to the counter (I was carrying a small spoon and a set of kitchen gloves) at every opportunity, as though convinced I was going to try to steal, or that I needed to hurry up and leave. The check out experience was also awful, my items were rung up with my friend’s, instead of separately, as asked, which I understand was likely an honest mistake, but felt like another attempt to get us out of the store as quickly as possible. Very sad to have had such a nasty time and felt so unwelcome, and also pay $150 for the experience.

It’s been awhile since I’ve shopped in WS but I’m so glad I came in. My milk frother died on me and I needed a few other kitchen items.I was disappointed in the quality of my previous handheld frother.Marietta, who helped me, was knowledgeable about the frothers and I’m excited to have a great quality appliance rather than what I had before.WS might be a little more $$$ but the quality is exceptional. My spiralizer/ mandoline I bought four years ago is still going strong and I have not had to change out the blades yet!

I received the Cup Board Pro as a gift for Christmas and when it came in it was broken. Customer Service told me to take it into their retail store and they’d help me exchange it. I called the Lenox store beforehand to see if they carried it (which they did) and explained the situation. The lady who answered told me since it was bought online, the only way I could exchange it was to ship it back, receive an e-credit, and then buy it again. I tried explaining customer service told me I could just bring it in for an exchange if they carried it in that store, but she said if I came to the store she wouldn’t allow that and my best option was to call customer service back. It was disappointing that she wouldn’t even consider helping and immediately started the conversation with an attitude. I called the store at Ponce City Market and the manager there was so kind and said that isn’t their policy and to bring it into their store for an exchange. Overall, I’d avoid Lenox and go straight to Ponce City Market where your business is at least appreciated.

Had to return a gift, was told it couldnt be returned because it was a food product. That was completely fine, and that employee did a good job explaining, however they went to double check with a supervisor. Had the supervisor come over, and said the item couldnt be returned. Still no issue. My issue was the supervisor then proceeded to explain how great of gift it was and push saying who wouldnt want this? Me. I try to be patient, but it came off as condescending. Two stars thanks to the first employee, otherwise would have been one.

Their prices are a little high at the mall but you can find some interesting things there I will say. All I know is that if you are looking for a good kitchen item and you have the money saved up and go in there and check it out! I know I got a spatula in there thats not what I really wanted, because I had checked other places but I knew that I needed one and it works pretty good its not as wide as I needed it to be but I make it work.

Three days before Christmas. No help. The two employees that are running around trying there best to help people are swamped. And then the blond manager with the Christmas sweater comes out the office tells the two Girls that they will be by themselves for thirty min. Then has the nerve to tell me to move out of line because the Fire Marshall wants the aisles to remain clear. Thats what you worried about. A person thats not even there. Not the shoppers in your store because God help it if you could get off your lazy butt and actually help anyone. But nope walked right back in the office so you could sit and prop your feet up. How about doing you customers some service and quit you lethargic ass.

Went to this Williams-Sonoma last December because some of the things I wanted to buy were not listed. I also wanted to look at the store and see how I liked it.I was really impressed. The sales woman that waited on me could not have been more courteous or helpful. I was able to order exactly the Christmas gifts that I wanted and get a new Chemex Drip Coffee Maker for myself.

Great store till you may to return a product. I have shopping at WS for years and thousands of dollar at the store. Returning products was never an issue. Recently they changed the return policy. I had a terrible experience returning a frying pan that was supposed to be non-stick. The store manager was rude and just told me that I must have mishandled the pan. My sincere advice to all - use bed bath and beyond and get Lower price and great return policy no question asked.

Although the general customer service was pleasant, one cashier really ruined our experience so much so that we wont be returning. We entered the store with a return but had also picked up an item for purchase. We stood in the line we had been told was designated for returns. The woman, Nicole, at the register asked us loudly what we were doing in the line, we responded we had an exhange. We told her we did not have a receipt. She rolled her eyes and huffed at us. Then informed us that there were four people in line in front of us. Then exhasperated, she told us to go stand in another line. Why she addressed us in the first place is beyond me. The only difference between every person in front of us and us is that we are not white.Hire people who have better manners. Nicole is a bad example for a good brand.

I placed an order in store because they didnt have the item available at that time. The shipping fee was not waived and I found it out right after I placed the order. The cashier promised me she would talk to the manager and waive the fee. But after a week she didnt do anything and ask me to call the store instead. I would have canceled the order if I knew the shipping fee cannot be waived. At the same time, there are a lot of coupon codes online to waive the shipping fee. I can just place the order myself without paying the shipping fee.... Terrible experience there.

I was pretty excited when I got a shun knife for a present here on june 30,2018. I did have to wait some time before being helped. Still excited nonetheless. However when I came to return the knife today because the person already had a knife very similar to the Santoku I bought. I waited at the counter while three workers passed and looked at me without saying a word. That’s fine. It happened on our first visit to this store. Someone finally helped us after I rested my elbows on the counter with an irritated look. I wanted to return the Santoku for credit on my card. They told me without the receipt I could get store credit. That’s fine. It was my fault I lost the receipt. But after that they said that, changed their mind and said I had to switch it out with another item. At this point I was irritated that they didn’t even try to look up my rewards number or my credit card to track my purchase when I told them I signed up for the rewards program the same time I bought the knife. I looked around the store for a while and just left the $145 knife with the folks. I was just tired of their backwards ways. Shame I wasn’t a middle aged white woman they seem to prioritize before me.

I like to go for WS for specialty kitchen gifts. While the online store is great for hassle free gift wrapping and shipping, its hard to get a professional opinion or ask questions about an item. Also you miss special promotions which I notice this location & Perimeter always has. All the items I bought at this brand have lasted for many years: Italian espresso machine incl. grinder, a set of pie bakers and a knife sharpener. This store is a little crowded with merchandise and I find Perimeter to have better Feng Shui. However in looking for a versatile spiralizer and Grace was knowledgeable and helped me find the right item.
