This was a daunting task. New flooring.Shopped around. Myers sales staff listened, followed up, matched me with products I loved, worked with my HOA rules, set appointments and finished with an excellent install. It was more $ than I wanted to spend... but the service and quality was worth it. Especially when comparing it to big box store. Thank you Susan and Stoney.

Awful customer service. Will be told they’ll give you quote and timeline for carpet and it will take months to get them to even call back. We had to do everything ourselves as our Myers employee wouldn’t even bend over to help measure our rug we were getting binded. Find another carpet/rug/flooring store!!!

This is not a customer centric business. If you enjoy working with hospitable customer service reps, do not go here because youll be disappointed. Receptionist is unfriendly with no greeting or smiles. I asked a woman to help me find a similar match to my basic white carpet and she told me they didnt have it without even looking at it. Would absolutely NOT recommend this store.

One of Atlantas best secrets. Their team is a pleasure to work with, with luxury rugs that I one can only dream of, along with rugs that my family can actually afford. Thanks Renee for all your help! We will be back!

If I could do zero stars, I would. We are in the process of renovating our home and our contractor (who is known for high quality renovations in Atlanta) sent us here to look for carpet for our upstairs and basement. When we arrived, we quickly realized that we needed help and asked the front desk for sales help. The woman that helped us did not seem overly interested in helping us and after about a minute of looking at carpet, she sent us to the back of the warehouse and told us to look here. When we asked, how much are those? She told us, the price varies and walked away. I had to track her down AGAIN for help and gave her my carpet allowance from my contractor. I was then informed that my carpet allowance was not reasonable and that my budget would only cover low-end carpet. She also asked me how much my house was worth, which I found to be tacky and completely irrelevant. Note that my carpet budget was the same as other projects three times my size in homes much bigger than mine. She sent us to a corner of the room, told us this is all we could afford and walked away. It was pretty obvious that we werent worth the time. They may have nice carpet but their customer service is low-class.

I was warned by my designer that Myers Carpet has a reputation for not having the warmest store associates, however, the three times I visited this location both with my designer and without I was always given help when requesting it and the front desk associate was as friendly as she could be. The selection is great and Myers has everything from budget options to the high end. Plus, their installers are the best in the business - we have used Myers in multiple properties for the last 20 years and the installation has always been perfect, which is something to worry about especially when installing carpet.

I purchased a runner for our stairs and the team did an amazing job with the installation.Fast forward 3yrs and when I called to get help with some puppy damage to the runner, it was like pulling teeth to get help.I have a fairly simple question and a fairly simple problem to solve but if you need help, the customer service does not exist at Myers.Horrible customer service.

First trip to Myers we had to ask for a sales rep to help us. After explaining my situation of needing to install a stair runner and area rug to for my dog we were taken out to the warehouse and hardly ever checked on. Had to go back and find the girl helping us. I still had them send someone out to measure. Once the measurements and photos were sent back to my sales rep I didn’t hear anything for 2 days. I finally called her and it happened to be her day off so I left a voicemail saying I’d like to move forward and figure out what I need to buy and that I wanted to get the process going. I waited until 1:30pm the following day for a call back and never got one. So I called the main line and asked for her and was told she had been with a client all day. I figured if I left her a VM the day before I could be her first call today especially since I told her I was ready to move forward with the buying process but I am still having to chase her down. I am running out of time to get this ordered so I can get it installed. The sales reps have no sense of urgency to get back to you and they are not warm and welcoming at all. VERY bad customer service. As someone who has worked in sales before the service at Myers is TERRIBLE. Don’t waste your time.

Myers Carpet totally caters to the designers assisting homeowners with deep pockets. Their lines are moderate to high-end in both quality and price. However, in the back warehouse is an enormous assortment of classy options with ridiculously reasonable price-tags. From nylon to wool, plush to loop, youll easily find something out back. They also can bind a selected carpet to make an area rug. The staff is helpful but arent quick to offer assistance, as if theyre playing hard to get. #Atlanta #WestSide #Carpet

Is there a zero star selection? I did not realize that to go to Myers, you must have a designer, and Pam does not want to help unless you do. Too busy to help customers without designers. I have never been in a store where when you ask someone to help, they breathe heavy and say I guess. She ran back and forth to her desk and would sit down and I would have to ask again. There are other carpet stores that I can go to and not subject myself to such rudeness. Never can understand why people who are working in stores act so arrogant. Would they be working if they didnt need job??? Maybe management needs to assess the employee situation. Or maybe thats why the ladies act the way they do, because management has allowed it.

Weve made 3 purchases from Myers. The first was sea grass flooring for our living room. The first install crew completely botched it, so they had to send their fixer out to redo the entire project. Candy was salesperson. Shes remarkably rude and apathetic. The second were two custom rugs. Those turned out nicely and we were happy with them. The third was another custom rug and its bad. Multiple imperfections in the material. Informed salesman (David Patrick) immediately. He wont return a phone call or return an email so I had to keep calling until he picked up his phone. Asked me to send photos that he sent to Chris (presumably a manager). Was told Chris would call me, which he didnt. Now Im having to chase him down.Very disappointed and shocked that they struggle so much with what theyre supposed to be good at...which is carpet!
