Recently, I went into this facility to inquire about a problem that I was having with my video transfer to digital media. I had to buzz in (which I think is a great safety and security measure).I was greeted by a very technological associate. I was encouraged to bring my equipment in and we could see whats happening real time, which that is an excellent idea. Although they are moving to Phipps Plaza, I feel great about the perceived outcomes at their new location.Before I left the store I couldnt help but notice the Drones. I was given a very knowledgeable briefing of insight and capabilities. Hmmmm, something to consider on our next project. Thank you Broadcast Hub team.

Saw a couple of bad reviews before we came but they were nothing like that. The employee showed us the best 2 cameras for our budget. Explained in detail the differences and showed us the best accessories to use. Place was very clean and neat. Employee was very friendly and we felt very welcome. Would definitely shop here again 🤝

Refund policy is HORRIBLE!I brought a product back in less than 10 days and they wouldnt allow me to return or exchange the product because it was opened! I dont know how you can be sure if a product works for your purpose or not if you dont open it to see.You will be better going to Amazon then coming here!

I bought a microphone from here that was broken out of the box. They refused to let me return it or swap it out for one that works because I had opened the box. So I have been forced to deal with Rode customer service which is horrible. Its been a month and half since I bought this $500 dollar mic and I still dont have a working shotgun mic. Thanks so much Broadcast Hub!

Stumbled across this store and me and my partner were AMAZED. Very clean, professional, and efficient establishment. Came in there with no idea what to get and Ladé made sure I left with knowledge and a GREAT DEAL. B&H is cool, but come here for all your cinematography and video needs, and ask for Ladé, he’ll make sure you’re good to go!

Definitely dont waste your money here. I brought a greenscreen kit and return it the next day and was charged 10% to restock it. I brought over 100k worth of film equipment and sometime they have a small defect. So they charge me for something I didnt do.If you go here just try out the equipment then order it from online and save the money. I see alot of items overpriced. They have a long way to go if they want to be like B&H

Today I have experienced one of the best customer service a filmmaker can ask for. Mr. Rakesh and Mr. Mali provided outstanding, above and beyond service that made me feel confident with my purchases. I highly recommend taking a trip to this place for all your camera gear needs and more. Also if you are a beginner, these guys will definitely steer you in the right direction.

I will never buy from Broadcast hub again they are overpriced and they sell used items and charge restocking fees on items they claim are new. Also like ronin try to trap you into policy’s that go against our american trade laws. Any item bought should be returnable within 30 days period this shouldn’t be an issue. Also price matching is something that benefits everyone just do it and you may be able to keep the store open... As of now there needs to be a purge of the rip off artists in there admin.

Bought a lens for $599 in store. Went on Amazon and found it for $399 brand new from the distributor. They don’t price match. That’s a crazy upsell. I’m going to return it and use my other camera and lens until the brand new one from Amazon comes. If the prices were more reasonable, they would be able to compete with other retailers and gain/ keep more customers. Customer service was great. Can’t knock that. However, they are EXTREMELY overpriced. Will never EVER shop there again for lenses or accessories. Manufacturers usually don’t budge on camera prices but for lenses and accessories, this is insane. I actually liked the people there too so it sucks cause I’d love to give them my business but oh well.

Constantly changing locations and employees lie about restocking fees and whether they are applicable. Then management laughs at customers for explaining their sales people are telling customers otherwise. Don’t bother relying on the receipt, it doesn’t clearly state what exactly the restocking fees apply to. You’re at the mercy of the employees.Edit: you can also see their apathy with how they respond to their low-star customer reviews. UNPROFESSIONAL.

Buyer beware:They do not honor their own return policy, nor do they have any signage in store stating this. Was given horrible customer, after complaining about an issue with a gimbal that I purchased.I spent $80 more dollars to buy this item in their store vs getting it online, I also bought 2 additional overpriced items in their store.A simple fixed would have been replacing the battery charger, but instead, they gave me a hard time, hassling me, to the point I wanted a refund.Then they said my item was missing a single screw and proceeded to charge a 30% restocking fee, which would have $120 for a 5 dollar part.then I was told since my items were bought during their moving sale, I would not be eligible to return the items, since they were discounted by 5% as stated on my receipt. Even though there was no signage anywhere in store that stated this, and they only way I would have been made aware of this was after purchasing an item, thus making ineligible for return;.Edited to add, the missing piece again as stated was a $5 part that went missing when the guy in store put together the item.and I was declined a refund due to it being 5% off due to the moving sale,but dont worry,i will be sending legal correspondence toInCorp Services, Inc. / Marks, Matt2000 Riveredge Pkwy. Beware of strict return policy (15 days, unopened box, must have receipt). The salesperson helped my wife select a drone for my Christmas present. Christmas was clearly outside of the 15 day return policy (she purchased in early December). The salesperson neglected to mention that I would not be able to return the drone if I didnt like it. I called the store to discuss the issue. They did not budge on the policy. The strict return policy makes it tough to purchase a gift from this store.
