Had enough time to kill due to a long flight delay, so we came over to Concourse D, and the wait wasnt long at all. We had the chicken & waffles, the fried catfish sandwich, and mac n cheese, which were all really good. Also, get the hot honey sauce for your chicken/fish. For drinks we had the Stand Up & my wife had their coffee stout. Service couldve been a little more attentive, but at least they were clean and constantly sanitizing. Well come back.

I had some time before my flight to grab a bite! I ordered the HIP-NOT-IT 1998 cocktail and it was so good!!!!! It was strong and not watered down! Definitely ordering that again. I wanted to try the other cocktails on the menu but they ran out of one of the ingredients. I ordered the CIDER GLAZED TURKEY WING w/ A SIDE OF MAC N CHEESE which was also bomb! I wasn’t too fond of the cranberry bread pudding but overall I will definitely be coming back! I have to try everything else! Oh Yes! I know that every time I come here, I have to order the Mac N Cheese😋😋😋😋 OMG!!! The picture I have isn’t great because I was running to get to the next terminal and the broth leaked out, sorry in advance. Oh I almost forgot that I also ordered the FRIED GREEN TOMATOES 😋😋😋 that was good too!!!

Solid choice by airport standards. Prices were all very fair. Fried chicken dish and the chicken and waffles were both pretty good. Collard greens had great flavor just a little over salted. Decent beer list for an airport, including local beers. Service was okay by airport restaurant standards. Little odd that ketchup was in hunts fast food packets, and hot sauce was in packets too.

First time here and since we had a couple of hours we decided to sit, eat and drink. The staff was amazing! Kind and fast service. I ordered the caesar salad with fried chicken & had a mixed bourbon drink. My fiancé ordered the double cheeseburger with bacon and had a few drinks lol he enjoyed the whisky take flight (comes with 3 shots and a chaser) and of course a shot of crown. My salad was amazing! I highly recommend ordering it if you’re here in the atl airport. My 3 star rating is due to the cheeseburger! It was disgusting. Not sure what kind of patty they use but maybe they should try something else. Overall I would come back here because of the customer service and that salad.

Some of the BEST chicken and waffles Ive ever had, and I have had my fair share! Absolutely worth seeking out, should you have time (located in D5). Only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because the service is SLOW. If you dont have at least 45 min-hour before getting to your terminal/gate, you might be pushing it. If the staff moved with a little more urgency and politeness, it wouldve been the perfect experience! Still worth the try!

On my way back Montgomery, I have a layover in Atlanta (4 hours). While looking for something to eat I found Chicken + Beer. The waitress advices me that the chicken and waffles was a best seller. After trying the chicken and waffles, I not only agree, but these are the best chicken and waffles I have ever had. Chicken had a sultry flavor and so, so juicey. Waffles and honey butter--- mind blown. Individual flavors were great, together this dish is phenomenal. Must Try

!!!Better than HMMM HMMMM GOOD!!!Okay, I highly recommend you visit Ludacris aka Chris Bridges location in the ATL Baby. Now, Im from the country and we love fried chicken. But when I tell you I bit into my wings I had to sit that wing down!!!!! I had to marinate on that bite because when I say it tasted UNLIKE ANY FRIED CHICKEN, I had ever eaten!!! I think I stood up and gave them a standing ovation. Then, that waffle was so right and light, I ate the whole thing. I have never eaten a waffle by myself. Listen, I almost dropped a piece of my wing and I was about to flip the table to keep it from hitting the floor. OMG! It gave me life!!! My husband and daughter said their shrimp and rice was awesome!!! I am allergic to shrimp or I would have taken a bite. I did taste their yams aka sweet potatoes and they were the best. All I can say is that if you are in ATL Airport, you will do yourself justice, especially if you got a wait, and visit this place. Even if you feel its too expensive looking at the prices, its worth EVERY PENNY. The food and the service. I saw the manager greeting, cleaning tables, and making room for guests!! Chick Fil A grade food and service!!

DELICIOUS!! Allright Mr. Luda!! This is a winner in my book. The food was yummy and the waiter... Don/Doug (Something similar that begins with a D) was AWESOME, extremely friendly, and knowledgeable about his beers and sweet fruity drinks. I enjoyed a catfish filet and collard greens with a pineapple-orange run punch. My entrée had a little kick to it with the right amount of seasoning. My hubby said his waffle and chicken were delicious as well. Definitely will visit again the next time I have a layover in Atlanta.

So I finally got a flight during hours of operation to stop by here and all I can say is I’m mad that there are no locations outside of the airport! On my departing flight I stopped in and got hotlanta style chicken sandwich, This is by far my favorite chicken sandwich now! Creamy coleslaw that is not too sweet, pickles and the hotlanta sauce is everything.!! Sloppy but oh so good 🤤 Wedges were nice and crispy. I had a beer flight which was delightful to try tasty local beers and price for the flight of beers was good! They also offer whiskey & scotch flights! My server was great! She has multiple tables but attended to all of us equally and was fast and friendly. She asked what time my flight was and made sure I would make it, that was very considerate.! I’m definitely doing another for when I return, will try something else.

A gem hidden in a terminal, at an airport!!!The beer selection was great, awesome way to support local while giving guest a unique taste of the city in their short visit. The food though is where its at. Very well made, flavorful well presented, just so good I cant wait to try more things on the menu.I had the blackened Catfish which was spiced just right.. I know I should have gotten the chicken but wasnt in the mood for fried food that day so the fish was the perfect substitute. Again full of flavor, not too much, and very well prepared.I look forward to another Southwest flight layover in ATL, my favorite layover airport in the US

This restaurant is located near the D4 terminal. It was easy for us to get through using the tran system. Once we arrived, it took us about ten minutes to get seated for 4. We had the best waitress of all time here who made sure to check in on our needs. We all ordered chicken and waffles and ate in silence because it was so good. We tried a variety of drinks including their cider, whiskey flight and beer flight. You cant go wrong with any of the options. I highly recommend checking this place out for lunch lunch.P.s. menu online is not menu in person. Ill have to try their ribs the next time I am in town.

No sense of urgency and we had to constantly ask our waiter about updates on our food.In regards to taste the food was great, but we did not get it in a timely manner, it was very very late, and the restaurant wasn’t that busy at that moment. We had to ask for our fried green tomatoes to-go, eventhough these were ordered as appetizers, when they finally brought them out...the sauce was spilled (pictured below) and we were not given any utensils to eat them with. These should have been removed from our bill. Presentation is key.

After we found such table it took about 5 minutes for someone to come and clean it off. The food and drinks were pretty good I had the ultimate satisfaction about 14.00 but worth it. My entree, the blackened catfish was nice and spicy served on top of a tomato, black eyed peas, and greens medley 16.99. I also added a honey butter biscuit. I would have gave it a 1star if it wasnt for the manager & bartender with their great customer service skills. I respect the fact that managers value employees by standing up for them. But sometimes situations can be misinterpreted by employees purposely. As a server with 10 plus experience it is easy to see when a restaurant is understaff. Our waitress repeatedly asked for our i.d. twice with two separate guests. Taking accountability was the best thing to do but when your server has an attitude because you were corrected twice it makes the whole experience worst especially for a tourist. From that moment she never came to our table & decided to instigate with employees before they dealt with us.

The bartender was running back/forward to the kitchen area. Im standing there and I said, excuse me, he turned around and stated to me, you need to take a seat. I looked around, like who is this little thing talking to. I ask so customers cant ask you questions. He stated, yes! I responded, its time for us to board and we need the bill can you get the waiter. He responded, catch her, which was a female waitress who darted pass. Again it was a little busy. Now I was not able to catch her, but the there was 2 people, standing flight attendants standing waiting on an order I believe.
