Again such a lovely helpful experience.

I bought my first couch with Rooms To Go online this week. I was very excited to get a couch that I wanted and to get with the 50 months financing. Well, I got approved on the last day the financing was allowed, but things became quickly stressful when the Credit Card company told me they could not see or release my information to me until the following day. I was working on buying the couch online in Live Chat with Nikki R., who walked me through the entire process to check out. I informed her that I was unable to retrieve my new account number for the credit card and she informed me not to worry, to call her personally the following day once I had the information. The following day, she went above and beyond and worked with me to get the financing that I needed. She was extremely nice and helpful from the time I talked with her on live chat, the phone, and text. Because of Nikki R., I will definitely be buying more products from Rooms To Go. Walked in with a very specific couch in mind my sales associate (Lanny I believe) super helpful not hovering answered all my questions. I was about to walk out when another couch caught my eye. He sat with me discussing my needs how many pieces gave suggestions which were spot on. Got my furniture this morning (the delivery guys were awesome) and I am in love seeing it in my living room.

I was searching for this sofa. When I reached check out it said out of stock so I did a live chat. Nikki made my day when she said she could have it delivered to me. Paid for my table in February, they gave it away to a different customer and l had to wait until September to pick it up. When I got the product, it was defective, missing crucial holes on one side for the bolts. They said I would have to wait a month, with this defective table taking up space in my house, for either a technician to try to fix it or refund or an exchange. Without a doubt the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. You are not a valued customer. They do not care about honoring their commitments. They do not care about inconveniencing you. Do not shop here. You are not paying for quality. They will lie and tell you something is solid wood when it is mdf with veneer.

10/1/21 Update - Again, not showing up when they set the schedule!!!!!Dont waste your money on this lousy company. First and last order ever!!!Bought a chair that was to be delivered 9/4/21, between 9AM and 1PM. They never showed for the delivery. Now I am told they will not deliver until 9/20/21. They set the date, time, and delivery window but didnt show and punish their customer (me) by delaying delivery more than 2 weeks. LOUSY INCONSIDERSTE COMPANY. This was the 1st time I ordered from this company but never will again after being treated so poorly. I will be canceling the order. Have nothing good to say about such lousy service.

I was at Rooms To Go to buy beds for the lake house I purchased with my sons at Lake Lanier. I was buying four queen beds and two sets of bunk beds. I worked with Alison Reid, Sales Associate, on the four queen bed frames, headboards and mattress selections. Alison is very knowledgeable and showed me several different options I could choose from for these beds. It was obvious that Alison has a lot of experience and knew what she was talking about when it comes to furniture. I worked with Renee Brown, Sales Associates, in the Rooms To Go Kids/Teens area and she assisted me in selecting two sets of bunk beds and mattresses. Renee is also very knowledgeable and was very helpful and reviewing the pros and cons of the various bunk bed options they had to offer. I found my experience at Rooms To Go to be very positive and enjoyed working with Alison and Renee, who both gave me their undivided attention.

The in-store experience was as expected with a long waiting period to have items sent out, but the delivery experience is terrible. We live in a gated apartment complex, and the drivers called at 12:56pm to let us know they were here and that they have a 20minute max wait time once at the address. My wife went through the security app system to open the gate, which malfunctioned and didn’t open. She spoke to the driver on the phone again at 12:57pm as she prepared to run out to help open the gate with her fob. By 12:59pm, the truck was nowhere to be found and we didn’t hear again from anyone, and were put on hold constantly after being told by customer service that the driver marked us as “not at home” and moved on. Lying. Lazy. And the day is ending without any idea of how soon we might be able to have what we paid for 2 months ago. I was stupid enough to open an account for financing but this company will get no more of our money, and I’d suggest everyone stay away.

Great Labor Day deals, Colleen was helpful and patient as we figured out exactly what I wanted. Not a big fan of being up charged so if you shop there keep an eye out of additional charges as they add up. (Warranty, Delivery, Etc)

Never buying from here again. I work from home and was on a 5 minute call. They called and left no callback number so I had to use the main customer service line. I was put on hold for over an hour. By then, the truck had left and now I have to cancel my trip home to get my furniture next week. No flexibility and I’m Screwed because of their mistake.Update: the online reps that I talked to using the link provided were very empathetic and helped to make sure this doesn’t happen for the next scheduled delivery. Much more apologetic and empathetic than the reps I talked to over the phone.

Placed 2 orders, waiting over 2 months for both. When 1st order arrived, our headboard was damaged in 3 different places (chips, scratching, and paint damage). Called and the replacement will not be ready for another month! When the truck for our 2nd order (dining set) arrived, they looked in the back of the truck and our furniture was not there... So now we have waited over 2 months for absolute garbage service and damaged furniture. Customer service seemed careless and offered nothing to correct the issues. Never using Rooms to Go again. Do yourself a favor and go to Ashley furniture.

Where do I start. I purchased a mattress and platform bed 1/21 and it just didnt work out for me. So I called the store 8/4/21 and spoke with a Beautiful soul by the name of Cinammon. Before I could fully explain the issues I was having with the bed, Cinammon invited me into the store to pick out a brand new mattress and platform. Get this, the new bed and platform was delivered today on 8/7/21, great No sleepless nights here. I will admit I was expecting the worst before my initial call, but to my surprise. Paid my furniture off EARLY...paid the in store credit off...and my thank you was lowering my limit! Tried calling the store...tried calling the bank that issue the credit card...tried calling customer service over 3 days and hours...yes HOURS OF HOLDING time...never EVER will I do business with RTG again. I would not recommend them to ANYONE. Buy furniture from a independently owned vs a RTG chain. RTG are about $$$.

I love this place! They have lots in the show room to look, feel and touch! The sales team is great to work with especially the sales person Oakley! He is knowledgeable about the product and gave us suggestions based on our needs. Saving us time and money!! Great to work with a sales person that enjoys their job and knows the product well. Ms. Colleen was awesome!! She was very sweet, never pushy. She allowed my husband and I to discuss privately several times without being annoyed or bothered.

I had a amazing time at room’s to go and cinnamon helped me on the phone and the customer service inside the store was awesome too. I recommend this location for kids bedrooms.

Oakley was amazing! He’s so patient and helpful. He helped me get everything picked out and paid for.Inventory options were very limited but that’s probably due to COVID.I would recommend Oakley to help you as you look to buy new furniture.
