People, I strongly advise that you do your research prior to purchasing anything from Bassett Furniture. We purchased the Beckham sectional in the Performance Fabric (Straw) and less than a year later, the sectional looks as though its several years old. Our major concern is that Bassett advertises that their Performance Fabrics are not only durable but easy to clean which is the furthest thing from the truth.Simply put, bottled water was spilled on the fabric and we now have huge water stains on the sectional that cannot be removed. We carefully followed the care instructions and attempted to clean the stains with a solvent but unfortunately that was a fail. We even had an upholstery cleaning company come out, but we were told that if the stains were caused by water adding a water-based cleaning solution could potentially lead to additional staining / damage, so it was recommended that we contact the furniture company to file an insurance claim. So – we decided to do just that, and we contacted Guardsman to submit a claim.To say the least, the claim process with Guardsman has been quite cumbersome and frustrating. Basically, after submitting the claim we were sent a bottle of cleaning solution which did absolutely nothing and to be frank we found it utterly insulting after paying over $5,000 for a sectional. The claim was filed in late September and over a month later we are still waiting for a technician to come out and assess the damage. We purchased the Gold Complete Protection plan for $500 which covers fabrics up to 1 year. We are still within the 1 year period (furniture received in Dec 2020) so we’re not quite sure why the process has been so drawn out and strenuous, but it has made us sincerely regret our purchase. This was not our first time purchasing furniture from Bassett, but I can assure you that it will be the last.

Great CS, ask for Kim. I enjoyed my browsing, found several good quality items. Why buy cheap and it last 1 year, not real wood, Bassett has good quality items that lasts a life time. Found enough furniture to fill the family room.😍 Happy. Happy. Now to get it home is thw next step.

Purchased $3800 furniture in February . Custom Order . Wrong furniture delivered on May 15 , still unresolved .. cannot get correct furniture, cannot get attention from the PERIMETER CENTER ATLANTA store to refund or correct my order ... Complete Nightmare .. Continues ...

TERRIBLE QUALITY, DO NOT BUY.Purchased $12k worth of furniture in beginning August 2020, after waiting until end of October received a damaged leather couch and two power leather recliners both withleather damage and wires cut inoperable...took 14 more weeks to deliver replacements...customer care disregarded my delivery blackouts and I had to reschedule...replacement delivery arrives and one of the leather recliners, if there is any weight on it and the foot is reclining, the metal hinge cuts into the bottom metal frame and does not work. Call for customer care and told I would have to wait until Monday to speak to someone...would not accept that...escalated...got support that weekend.No quality control. No care. No service.UPDATE...3 months later and one of the new chair spring support welds FAILED. I weigh 220 lbs and am the only person that sits in the chair...

My wife and I were looking for a comfortable but elegant sectional for our basement, luckily we found exactly what we were looking for at Bassett. The style and quality is excellent but our experience experience was better. Leila was really helpful and attentive with helping us and she answered all of our questions. Sales people werent friendly or helpful. I thought they couldnt wait for me to leave. I went down the street to Havertys and got better friendlier help. I was able to purchase order my couch there.

Came to the this location hoping to purchase a new living set. Not one employee asked me if I needed help or acknowledged me being there. I do not recommend this location the employees lack customer service and are discriminative.

I had purchased my dining room table there and fell in love. The quality is worth the price, and the fact that you can have your purchase in under 30 days is amazing. I just purchased chests for my bedroom and they came out beautiful. I would definitely recommend Bassett Fort Lauderdale!

The best selection on furnitures and beds... Love it! And contemporary ...for all the different taste. Expensive but totally worth it. If you are searching for some very good quality stuff.

From the minute I walked into the store until the piece was delivered; everything was exceptional. Ana, my sales consultant is absolutely adorable and very helpful and honest. The delivery men, were the same as the last time and they are very professional. Keep up the great work.....much appreciated.

Update: I had left a rating previously but it got deleted. They seem to delete their bad reviews. All the positive reviews they get seems fishy. One review from Fort Lauderdale, really??Horrible. Furniture is cheaply made but the price not so much. They claim everything is made in the US but my dining set was made in Indonesia and started chipping after couple of months of use. Sectional is also horrible, I made sure the linen material wont fray but sure enough it did. Their so called decorators who are supposed to help you but in reality theyre nothing more than an eager salesperson out to get your money.I bought their insurance for my sectional and of course they claim theyll do this and that but when you call them out they arent willing to do anything saying it isnt covered. I once talked to the manager and she was confrontational and rude.All in all, youre getting cheap furniture for a lot of your hard earned money. I would not recommend this place.

I bought a couch and after telling the sales lady about our family she assured me the upholstered sofa we wanted Was perfect for our growing familyAfter 2 months of literally only myself sitting on the sofa (my husband has a great leather recliner from Lazy Boy) it pilled. I called Bassett and the told me that was normal and that I needed to shave my sofa. REALLY?!?!? They sent someone out to look at it and I was told the fabric was brand new. So obviously the sales lady knew nothing about the fabric and just wanted to make a sale. I have sofa in my basement that is 30 years old and is in better condition than the brand new sofa from Bassett. I then wrote reviews on their Facebook and they blocked me.Terrible customer service and terrible quality furniture.

Disappointed with the quality of the bed I bought, very disappointed 😔! I paid too much money 💰 for nothing! A big 0 .... dont buy here ! HORRIBLE
