Top Notch Service and impeccable customer care! Everyone from the new Manager, to Matt in Finance and James Younis who worked as my Sales Brand Specialist was simply spectacular. I was in and out in no time! They all made my car buying experience such a joy! You dont find customer service like that these days. Sometimes youre rushed in and out and so many details are left out. But these gentlemen were very patient! I actually chose this dealership over the Atlanta store because I wanted a more personal experience and they did not disappoint! Super happy Customer :-)

I called on a Saturday and asked if someone could bring me a Black with Red interior- Stelvio SUV Alfa Romeo to test drive. I live in Woodstock. They’re 35 miles away. They said no problem and someone literally came out within an hour. I drove the beauty and wanted to buy it immediately. They brought me the car back detailed and ready to buy the next day! BEST EXPERIENCE! I hate the hassle of going to the dealership and the amount of time spent there. Ask and you shall receive! I also received an Alfa Romeo hat and key chain. I adore my new car and the fact it’s unique and it’s all mine! Cheers! 🥂💯

Whenever I go down to the dealership for service, I am greeted by Jamal Diamond. He is awesome. He does a great job in the service department of explaining what they are going to do with my car that day or if they find any issues. He also alerts me to any warranty replacement issues and if he can fix them that day.

Jerry was very helpful and knowledgeable. I went in for a normal 30k maintenance but they found out that my intercooler was broken. So they fixed and Jerry got it covered under warranty. The car is running great!! I just got back from a 600mi road trip to Nashville and back and not a single issue. (PS: driving the QV on a TN mountain road was amazing!!)

Tool my Alfa Romeo in for service. I went in a day early thinking that was my appointment day. They still took me and got me in and out in a reasonable time frame. They inspected n found a leak and repaired it since it was under warranty. Then followed up with a phone call a few days later.The oy thing I didnt like was that a young guy sitting at a desk was eating breakfast at his desk rather than the break room. Not professional amd not what a customer wants to see as soon as they walk in. Other than that, great service. I wont dock the company a star and give 4 stars because of him but normally O would oy give 4 stars. Ill give 5. The better outweighed the worst. 5 stars. Excuse any typos.

Buying my Stelvio was a great experience. Didn’t waste my time. But their service department is lacking. Not only does it take over 2 hours of waiting in a small area (because we are out of town) but they can’t tell you how much the estimated cost is for each mileage increment service. I expected a yearly service to be around $400 but OVER $700–a little ridiculous and they couldn’t explain why the cost was so much more other than well we changed your Cabin Air filter. I would say shop around for service from different Alfa Romeo dealerships because this one is lacking. I will do this next year for sure.

Their sales teams may be excellent, but that service department deserves an absolute zero. No communication, no return phone calls, an Alejandra has the nerve to get an attitude because her communication skills are non-existent. She pretty much lied to me. I question her about a text message she sent me in an attempt to mislead me about the status of my vehicle. Which I still have by the way

Oh sure, thx for taking the time to read our insights as well. Means alot, also makes you stand out that you do study your proapects.I understand its covid season but stocking up inventory is key to buying. Else we google nearst dealer and go do business in a typical world, unlike myself i like my sales team Keny and his finance team Sankar. Therefore, i shall wait until true inventory comes over to buy what i truly desire vs. Setteling. Besides, Jim Ellis is not discounting anything due to such. I understand the Stalvio is not a tyoical Suv but hopefully you can readjust your lot and bring in more inventory to meet the basic criteria i requested. Kenny can not deliver if Jim Ellis buyers are holding on too tight to old inventory.We took every Angel with your Finance team Sankar to make a purchase but again, either i settel for a sedan which you have a beautiful perfect one but based on price point its 1k less. So after i took a test drive i fell in love with it but knowing i could just drive to FortMill, SC and get exactly what i order was a turn off. Because if you transfer such suv over to meet my buying needs, it would cost me extra 4k or so, i got turned off and didnt return.But i will keep intouch with Kenny, until the exact one arrives then if your buyers are truly doing thier part i may end up buying the exact Stalvio i am looking to enjoy and drive.Thank you and Happy Holidays to Folks...

Today I picked up our Brand New leased Alfa Romeo Giulia from Jim Ellis of Atlanta. Dealing with Michael Cook was a pleasant experience. Did everything over the phone and emails. Right from the start Michael was extremely forthcoming and honest with the price and the leasing procedures. All the negotiations were finalized before we stepped in to the dealership. He also spent a considerable time explaining and showing different features of the vehicle including setting up some per my preferences. I’m over 62 yrs. old in all of my life I’ve never had the pleasure and yes it was a pleasure if dealing with a sales representative like Michael Cooks, never did he tried to pressure us in any way at all, we finance through our own bank, totally fine on their side, when we arrived to take delivery car was ready, papers ready, and even had all weather floors mats that he got for us at no cost at all to us, my banker said that it had been one of the smoothes transaction ever because not once did she had to call Michael due to any information or paper missing for the transaction, and to the best part yet is the deal he got for for us, ONE call only, told him the stock number of the car we wanted he asked a few questions about trade in, how we were planing to finance the purchase, when he call us back to tell us what he could do for us exceeded what I though I could purchase the vehicle for, to summarize this if you are in the market for a car reach out to Michael Cooks at Jim Ellis Maserati and Alfa Romeo for professional and stress free dealing which will indeed when you drive away with your new vehicle you’ll feel very good about your purchase.Luis M.

I only needed a service light to be reset which by the way they should have done as part of the regular maintenanceThe service team told me they cannot do it and I must make another appointment (6 weeks out) for a 30 second jobThey just reminded me why I did not buy my Alfa at the first place from them.Funnily enough, I had a friend at dodge dealership who did the reset for meWith their stuck up attitude and lack of common sense / customer service, I will never be going there again for any thing - sales or serviceAlfa of Birmingham might be 2 hrs away but totally worth it

Asked to have my car routine maintenance done before it expired, asked to have a buzzing sound and burning smell looked at after my car was rear ended. None of those things were done once I got my car delivered to me. The 360 dollars I spent to replace a tire that had a nail in it, once I received my car tire was still low and leaking air. Would give negative stars if I could because I kept asking to make sure it gets done before I had it shipped back to me.

This was one of the best car buying experiences Ive ever had. We drove in from Chattanooga, and the guys at Jim Ellis Alfa were very patient with us throughout the decision-making process. I HIGHLY recommend GAVIN, our sales rep. He was very professional and helped us get exactly what we wanted at a price we were comfortable with. He wasnt pushy AT ALL and was extremely thorough in showing us all the Alfa features. We ended up taking a lot longer than expected, and didnt leave until 30-40 minutes after the dealership closed; but, Gavin and his team were kind throughout the entire process. We LOVE our Stelvio. These cars are ridiculously fast, and feel more like a sports car. You wont go wrong with this place.

Hey Jim Ellis... whats going on at your Alfa dealership? I called the service line 3 times and no one answered. Eventually called the sales line and they transferred me to a vm. Left a message and never received a call back. Called again the following day and was told you didnt have a service appt for 4 weeks - too many issues w Alfa or too little staff? Were told we could drop it off and you would squeeze us in but of course no loaners were available. Youve had it for several days and we cannot get an update after leaving several messages.We had our Audis serviced at Jim Ellis for several years and never encountered poor customer service like this. We just upgraded to a Quadrafolio and love the car but disappointed to say the least in our experience with JE Alfa.

They perform albeit expensive, but good service on your vehicle. However, if you actually intend to take your car in to get said service, expect never being able to make an appointment by call or web. There is no option to schedule service online, and the phone number that is provided is never answered. The only way youll be able to contact them is if you physically go to the building and wait to talk to someone.

Went to the lot today to look at a car on the website. The salesperson was really nice, but seemed a little confused. I asked if the car I was interested in was on the lot, and after walking around for a little to find it, he turned around to me and said “my manager has this car as his demo car. So it’s not on the lot, and he’s not here today”. Kind of a bummer, as I was ready to buy. Oh well. Landmark, about .5 miles down the road, has an Alfa Romeo on their lot, that I will probably go purchase now. Don’t advertise a car on the site, and then not have it to test drive. Doesn’t make sense.

Purchased a 2017 Alfa Romeo Giulia in May 2017. After the initial and random dashboard warnings which would either resolve themselves or a dealer visit for updates, the vehicle started moving to Neutral while in Drive around December 2017. After that it has happened numerous times once on I85 at 70+MPH and multiple times while making left or right turns.I have to instantly move the car to drive mode to avoid a collision with an incoming car at the intersection. What has followed in the past few months is software updates, shifter change and brand new transmission but the critical issue remains.No complaints with dealership as they are merely third party to this end. The service staff is courteous and has maintained good communication with us all the way.But Alfa Romeo Corporate response is unbecoming of a premium brand. They moved our case to a Third Party Dispute Resolution Center, who offered us pennies as compensation for putting our lives at risk.A better and smarter company would have seen the seriousness of the situation and quickly replaced it with a new tested vehicle with matching or upgraded features. But our patience and positive approach has been met with indifference and lack of sense if urgency.We deeply regret buying this product from Alfa Romeo. As it stands today my garage is empty and I am paying on a loan for a fruit.

Interesting to see how polarized the comments are, and clearly a lot if not most of the negative comments are related to servicing. I recently leased a 2018 Giulia from them and have had the most amazing experience till date. Michael is a great salesman and really went out of his way to figure out a solution to meet my needs. I can say the same for everyone else Ive dealt with, including my recent servicing related experience when I went in for a software update. I ended up waiting longer than anticipated, but they were super nice about it. Overall, a really positive experience and super happy with my Giulia.

When purchasing a vehicle it was an overall good experience. The salesperson wasnt pushy and was very educated on the vehicles for sale.The service department has been outstanding to deal with. I had a few minor issues that took longer than expected to fix, but they were kind enough to give me a loaner vehicle for 2 weeks, clean the car, and return it with a full tank of gas. Absolutely not complaints there. Overall they are very accommodating.

I’m an exceptionally thorough and researched car buyer. After spending months narrowing my pursuit of my next vehicle down to an Alfa Romeo Guilia, I spent the next several months calling 10+ dealers until I found the exact car I wanted at the exact price I wanted. My experience with Arthur Pigford at Jim Ellis Alfa Romeo was exceptional and the best car buying experience I have EVER had!Geographic limitations meant that my purchase had to be done by phone and e-mail. As I was calling dealer after dealer after dealer, I had so many different experiences. Several failed to get back to me when they said they would. Many more would listen to my budget for a vehicle, and send a quote over for an astronomical price way above what we had discussed. They never remembered who I was or what we talked about. Fortunately, I kept diligent notes on all the conversations because they apparently couldn’t.My experience with Arthur was drastically different. I was looking for a specific model, specific exterior shade of gray, specific interior color and specific specs and trim. There can only be so many of these cars out there. As they did not have my car in inventory, Arthur went out of his way to research cars for me all over the country before finding the car I now drive in Chicago. His proposal was only slightly above my range (this is to be expected), until he voluntarily dropped the price even further after a small delivery delay that was completely out of his control. AND THEN... had the car shipped on its own to my location with some Alfa apparel waiting for me in the passenger’s seat.After making a deal with Arthur but before committing, the other dealers were still calling me. I would explain to them that I was about to pull the trigger and if they could beat the rate, they’d win my business. They couldn’t even come close. I had more than one rep tell me to “take that deal” and “that is the best rate I’ve heard all year. I don’t know how they’re doing that”... and that’s how I knew I was being treated fairly.Price is by far the most important thing to me in a vehicle purchase. But Arthur’s level of customer service, sincerity, professionalism and care is above and beyond expectations and greater than any dealer I’ve ever worked with. In retrospect, I’d pay a little more just to work with a guy providing the service that Arthur did. Although I’m sure I’d try to bargain anyway.I cannot advocate for Arthur and Jim Ellis Alfa enough and I FREAKING LOVE my Alfa!!! Arthur, if you’re reading this, thank you again!

Terrible service. Rarely has loaner and currently even out of loaners with the Rental Car company. Taken Alfa back AGAIN for the same problem that seems to be continuous. So glad we leased.....makes the decision easier to buy when lease is up, lease again or MOVE ON! Very disappointed in the entire experience. :(

I trusted Jim Ellis Alfa Romeo. I Tried to resolve problem with service advisor but he wont respond.... 20,000 mile oil change which runs $120-150$ at any other Alfa Romeo dealer but @ JimEllis runs $415.00Im still trying to resolve this issue ....Oh yea forgot to add, he also gave me a quote for a small spoiler for $2,271$ ??? Really ........Thank you for your help............. Had a wonderful experience car shopping with Rahul here this week! I normally dread the entire car shopping process, but Rahul helped guide me and my husband from beginning to end without ever feeling pressured or confused. We knew a little bit about the history of the brand, but not a lot about the changes they’ve made in recent years, and Rahul was honest, fair, and up front about everything. We ended up with a beautiful, unique car that was within our budget and with all of our “must have’s” - I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Luke guided us through the financials seamlessly, and Tony introduced himself as our go-to for maintenance. Rahul also made sure the car was ready to go with every detail polished before the end of the night. Can’t recommend these guys enough!

Live in Alpharetta and a former Jim Ellis Audi customer (for reference...I am local). Called their Maserati/Alfa Romeo store on Tuesday, November 21st. First spoke to receptionist Krista as no brand specialist was available. I was in Doraville for work purposes and wanted to come to their dealership in Chamblee to look at a new Stelvio -and- test drive. Explained that I had a free hour to do so at 1:00 PM. Krista was pleasant and understood that I wanted to make the most efficient use of my time. A half hour before my visit, I called to confirm and spoke to brand specialist, Arthur. Explained (again) that I wanted to come to their dealership, look at -and- test drive a new Stelvio at 1:00 PM. Arrived at dealership. Arthur was nowhere to be found. Spoke to Dick though and looked at two Stelvios. Test drive was mentioned by me (again) but for whatever reason, I was ignored. Dick was pleasant and knowledgeable with regards to the brand. They have 140+ Stelvios in stock! Confused by all of this and hesitant to go back.
