Sometimes its hard to get through to them., they close too early... if you need something say before the event starts, good luck... last minute equipment rental fail. And yes, the 5 star reviews are from the few well paid employees who are great people.

Very organized, great and friendly staff

I used to freelance for Magnum, they never once paid me on time or without hassle. The labor coordinator is temperamental and will get mad at you and not give you work. The equipment they rent is old and not maintained well. Prices are hugh and the other two positive reviews are employees of the company.
