We go by the office to get CPAP supplies they are supposed to have. They send to wrong stuff. You try to call them during business hours, listen to a long list of prompts to find out to people we need to talk to are not there. Leave a message that they take forever to return, or dont return at all. Terrible company to do business with.

Athens Texas, are the rudest people ever, I cant believe they have anything to do with health care. Because Ashley, could care less about anyone but her self...have been put off, blown off, lied to, hung up on, and its never their fault.. the venom and hate in her voice is terrible. Im a customer not a bigger on the street. I wish there was another choice. Big business always treats you terrible if they know they are your only option. And im sure they will retaliate over my review and make it harder to get what I need.

I went into the local office in September to set-up my account for my supplies. Everything went smooth to get it all setup, they worked with my work schedule and allowed me to come in earlier than they usually schedule appointments. I was impressed. However, after that everything went downhill. I have had nothing but issues with getting my supplies. In November I called to find out where my supplies were and was advised that they showed that my supplies had been sent out and returned un-deliverable. So she said they would get them resent. I received them 12/6/19. During the same conversation I ask for an accounting of everything because they not send a packing slip with your supplies (as of today, 1/29/20 I havent received any detailed accounting). On 1/10/20 my credit card was charged for supplies and yet I have not received them. I went into the local office 1/28/20 to find out where the supplies were and was told I had to call the billing department. They did tell me that there was a hold placed on my account and that the hold was released on 1/24/20 (but couldn’t tell me why there had been a hold). So I called the billing department 1/29/20, I explained my dilemma, she couldn’t see any order for 1/10/20 but she did see an order for 1/24/20. I told her I wanted to cancel my service with them. She wanted to transfer me and I told her no, I wanted her to deal with whatever she needed to so that my account would be cancelled effective today. She put me on hold and actually transferred me to someone else. I was then advised that there had been an issue with my prescription (I mentioned I had never been advised there was an issue, she didn’t say anything about that). She advised that my supplies had just shipped and is due to arrive 1/30/20 (yet I was charged on 1/10/20). I told her, I wanted my account cancelled and wanted written proof that it is cancelled (we will see if I get that). They have horrible customer service, if you can even call what happened customer service. I would definitely not go with this company if you are looking for a place to get your supplies. Find someone else.

Lesley the sales representative was awesome with helping me get the bed and breathing ventilation machine my husband needed. 5 stars do not do this company justice they need many more. All the staff have been wonderful God Bless them all. Thank you very much!!!

My mothers been trying to get oxygen for the last 5 days left multiple messages and still have not received a return phone call I promise you if my mother falls from lack of oxygen I will be suing this particular office Im the son of Donna Sawyer cuz I promise you that if my mother is hurt because she didnt have oxygen and falls you will be my entire focus nothing else will matter

Prmpt polite service.might I suggest that you add a photo of your oxygen concentrator to your website along with instructions. I received verbal instructions but pretty much forgot everything not long after rep left. Aso, I understand that bottled water for humidifirer comes with product.didnt get that & my sinuses have really acted up.

Have been trying since July to get my dads oxygen.I guess they figure if they wait long enough you wont be around to need it. Its October . Would not recommend.

I Love Linncare they come every time we call, traveled to Florida and they had a consentrator waiting for me when we arrived and picked it up when we left. Very good service.
