Workers are always friendly and helpful. Good selections and love that they have some local wines available as well such as the ones from Cases Cove Cellars. They are not always there but most the time. Still usually can find something good.

Friendly helpful staff! Will help you find anything youre looking for, and if they dont carry it they will check to see if they can acquire it for future purchases. If you arent so sure what youre after then they will gladly help point you in the right direction based on your likes. Service that goes the extra mile in these days is rare and even more bizarre when its from from an unexpected place. Who knows maybe values and respect should be thought here instead of homes and schools Js! 😶

Dont go here anymore because they will not allow you to use their restroom even if you are buying 30 plus dollars worth of stuff. I understand about the covid but your staff can go behind and clean restroom after use. Also they have increased their prices by 5 dollars a bottle. I now go to Cleveland to buy my liquor because it is cheaper and they let you use the bathroom.When I asked if they had a restroom I was told no they do not but yet I have been there in the past and have used it so I guess you are okay with lying to your customers. No worries I will go else where thank you.

The staff is extremely helpful but there was one who women who was rude. Besides that, they have everything you need to make drinks.

I liked it. It was a specific thing we were looking for while passing through Tennessee. To my surprise they had a HUGE DONATION Table right as you walked in to take donations for grade school kids and supplies they need for the upcoming school start. This was nice to see. For that they get the extra 🌟. (Sadly I left my ☎ in the car so no pics) Was an extremely WELL laid out store. Very clean. My only suggestion since I do not drink and my husband does. Is offer CBD GUMMY BEARS to your line of products. Not the cheap garbage with 10k ingredients. But the good ones do your research because I would like a choice and a one stop shop. IMHO working together with the hemp industry allows more choice. That said fact is it will equal more profits for you guys. CBD will give us the customers more choices. Just a suggestion. Thank you to all non smokers who support and educate theselves on the hemp industry and their benefits for all people. #ediblecbdislegal everywhere. As far as Muddy Waters I would go back if passing through that part of Tennessee again.May 15 went back today and again service is just outstanding!!

They carry most of your well known spirits as well as some more obscure local ones. Decent prices great staff always willing to give suggestions if youre not sure what to pick. Plus its near Russel Stovers and a tobacco shop to get some chocolate and smokes with it

They have a fair selection for how small the population size of Athens. Prices are the same as ALL the other stores in town, however you will find better prices if you go about 20 mins up the road and better service elsewhere. Service is friendly but only if you are at the check-out, as I have never been asked if I need anything or if they can help with anything any of the many times I have shopped there.

The people that work here are friendly and courteous. Also everything that i have purchased there so far, they have all the others best on their prices. They have wonderful employees at both their locations. Athens store has extremely large selection . If they dont have it in stock already they will try their best to obtain it for you.

This place is just as good as the original Muddy Waters in Etowah! Everyones always really friendly here, especially the guy with the ponytail! (Sorry I dont know your name!) Its always organized, neat, & tidy! You definitely have a relaxed feeling when you go to either one of the locations. Im definitely loyal to this business when I need to take the edge off!

Very helpful ...I dont know what goes in eggnog but I KNOW I dont like it with southern comfort cause its too sweet. The clerk discussed it with me at least 10 minutes...showed me all the whiskey options and I settled on an Irish ...The Sexton Irish. We shall see!

Many options here as well as on tap avalibility. You can buy a growler and fillbit up drink it then come back and try something else. They have a points plan and after 300 or so points are saved up you get in store credit. They always have on sale or clearance items and are decently priced.
