Love this shop! I have been to quite a few specialty bra stores before and this one really stands out. The ladies were super nice, friendly, and knowledgeable. Also, the bras are supper affordable! Best selection I have seen in a while too, bunch of newer styles. Will totally be back.

I LOOOOVE this place!! Ruth was so, so helpful and I found the perfect bras! I honestly didn’t know it was possible for bras to fit so perfectly. 10/10 would recommend. My only regret is not going sooner.

I had my first visit to Grail today and it was excellent! I should have gotten a professional bra fitting ages ago. They were so accommodating, extremely helpful, and really knew their stuff! Cannot recommend more!

Really nice employees, and they truly helped me find a more comfortable bra. Im only going to buy my bras from here now. They had a lot of different shapes and sizes that you couldnt typically find. They also can order bra colors and such for you. Overall, great place, definitely would recommend to anyone who needs bras.

The owner goes above and beyond to keep the customer safe during the pandemic. She goes above and beyond to find you the perfect fit. Shes responsive to your taste, and what suits you. Shes sensitive to price point, and needs of the customer. If I could I would spend a million dollars with this shop.Also, she was easy to work with as far as making and keeping an appointment. I had no issues with her responding to me and cannot imagine anything different.

It’s incredibly obvious how much heart and soul Carmen put into this store and all of her customers. I’ve never been anywhere that’s so body-positive and it completely takes away any awkwardness that can come from intimates shopping. She’s also very inclusive of all people are looking for a bra and makes sure everyone leaves with something functional, comfortable, fitted, and pretty (if that’s what you want).

My mother and I had an appointment, yesterday. My mother is in her 70s, tiny in body size and has very large girls. She also has back issues and arthritis in her hands. We were looking for a place that would help her find support for her back, give her lift for self-confidence, something she could get in and out of easily and help with her posture. We were not expecting to have all of these issues addressed, but we were so happily surprised that each and every issue was addressed! She found some pretty bras and was so very excited and happy with the experience! As her daughter, that means a lot to me! I would highly recommend this specialty store to anyone who is looking for help with issues like ours or just looking for something pretty!!!

I have known the owner for years. She has put her life into this business and every female should go and get a properly fitted bra from Carmen! She is super knowledgeable and cares about her clients.

I have never found a bra in my size at any store in Athens and rarely Atlanta. To have a local place with welcoming and helpful people is such a treasure. Carmen was super helpful and I was able to find multiple (!!!) Bras that not only fit well, but were lovely, not just the standard black or white or beige.

I have gone into Grail numerous times with my (ftm) boyfriend, and at this point our entire underwear drawer is from Grail. Ive finally got bras in my correct size, and my boyfriend has multiple binders that fit him comfortably while still binding properly. Very body positive, lgbt friendly, just a wonderful experience. Ill wholeheartedly recommend this store to anyone and everyone!

Nice lady who knows bras. She has hired two very nice ladies and should be open to the public soon. She had some issues a few months back with her internet server and even gave me 10% for the inconvenience even though it was no fault of hers.😊

Im a transgender mtf and went in Grails bra specialist today to get fitted for a bra. Carmen did and excellent job very friendly and I was not nervous what so ever about going into her store dressed as a lady. She also helped me with new panties

Carmen was great, me and my friend were way off base in the sizes we thought fit us and she helped us find the perfect bras. This is a trip that can be intimidating to make, but it was a super relaxed and pleasant experience and one that women should stop putting off!

I came home with two very comfortable, well fitting bras in a size dramatically different from what I normally wear. The brands here are not what you would find in a department store. Grail offers a wide range of cup shapes and sizes as well as quality construction. The owner was extremely attentive without being intrusive, respectful of my privacy, and exceptionally knowledgeable. I hope more people will become aware of this fabulous resource for hard to fit women. I certainly intend to return and to tell everyone I know about Grail.
