Will greeted me before I got to the reception desk. He listened carefully, understood I had some unique circumstances, and that I was unsure about what I really wanted other than a Honda. Ive driven BMW and Mercedes most of my life. He showed me many options and continued to listen. He helped me weigh benefits, costs, etc. I never felt pressed or rushed. I had to ask many questions and he didnt mind repeating information until I understood, yet never was patronizing. He made it work, and Alan in finance was just as patient and helpful. I love my new leased Sport, and felt comfortable this morning going back for phone linking and asking a few more questions. If these guys are representative of all Honda associates, the company is doing things remarkably well.

I bought an awesome Certified PreOwned CR-V today, and I couldn’t be happier! Lindsey was great and so patient. I was definitely having a tough time and struggling with decisions, but she was so thorough and genuine. We purchased a used Odyssey in 2019 with about 60k miles on it. Weve had Phil Hughes Honda do the service since then. Weve had no real mechanical issues, just replaced brakes and tires and now have 120k miles. Jake has been great to work with and very timely. They needed my car all day for the 100k big tuneup and they were kind enough to give me a loaner vehicle and made everything very easy.

Finding a car in this environment is tough! One dealership I visited showed me on paper a car with amenities I wanted and said it would be in next week so I provided $500 deposit.Then I called Phil Hughes Honda to see if they had inventory after seeing similar car online. They replied no on the inventory, but cars were arriving that weren’t pre-ordered. I told them what I wanted, he said one would be arriving this week and it did!!! They provided great service from the internet sales associate (Jesse) to the Sales associate (Hugo) and even the finance guy (Andrew)! They even were able to get an even lower rate than my CU (which was already below 2%!

Ive bought 2 cars from this Honda. Each time was a good experience!But the true reason Im leaving a review is because of the service center. They are wonderful! I travel frequently for my job and always let them know when Im about to have to travel across the country. Each time they do an extremely thorough inspection and catch anything that could cause me an issue. The most recent person I interacted with was Jake, who has been there since I bought my first car from this Honda (7 years). He did a great job, as do many of the guys at the desk. Thank you!

My experience from beginning to end was incredibly amazing!! The salesman do not pester you with emails and phone calls (like other dealerships do...) I was welcomed upon entering and the facility was very clean. Will and Jesse were knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. These guys dont work on commission, and you can tell. They really do everything they can to make sure that the car buying process is flawless and most importantly, affordable. The finance team was even able to get me an better rate for my loan. The car I bought was the cleanest used car I have ever seen!! It truly felt like I bought a brand new car. They even gave me the price I was asking for on my trade-in (well above the KBB price!!) Will even followed up with a phone call to make sure I was happy and that all was well. Service Advisor Ron Harris took care of all my service needs on our Honda Pilot with an oil change and rotation of tires. He explained the multi-point better than anyone had done before has done before and he didnt try to pressure me into having work done.

I wonder about the reliability of a company’s workforce when a manger has to step in and make necessary repairs, as was the case with my CRV on 7-22-21. Usually very timely, but I waited over 2 hours for my car that was only suppose to take an hour and a half. Not a good visit despite the “discount “ I received.

Hector was the best sales person. No pressure. He was very knowledgable and gave us a lot of information on the cars we were looking at. Once we found the one that suited our needs the buying process was good. Andrew helped in putting together the financing and was also very pleasant. Phil Hughes Honda has recently been doing several repairs and general maintenance on our daughters car in preparation of her pursuit of education out of state. I specifically request to speak with service tech Chuck Henzy with each visit. Any frustration in the tone of my voice when I hear of new and unexpected minor issue is not amplified by how Chuck responds. Great customer service skills and the price of service or repair is communicated up front. I had a very negative experience with this service department 25 years ago and really have not used them recently except for warranty items. My recent experiences for non warranty items have made me more open to continuing to use them moving forward.

We purchased a pre-owned vehicle from Phil Hughes Honda this past weekend and had an excellent experience. I live in the Atlanta so it wasnt the most convenient dealership but they had the exact vehicle I was looking for at a very fair price so it was worth the drive. I initially communicated by phone and text with Shad and then dealt with Jose when I arrived at the dealership as Shad was busy assisting another customer. Hector completed the paper work and I found all three of them to be very friendly and easy to do business with throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend Phil Hughes Honda and will definitely look to do business with them the next time I purchase a vehicle.

My husband and I purchased a Honda Odyssey 3 days ago. Our experience was horrible. From my husbands first visit with various sales associates circling through giving him different responses to questions, leaving him for 20ish minutes, blocked in his parking spot. He finally moved the parked van that was blocking him and that’s when a sales associate returned to help him. He returned the following day, still interested in purchasing, and asked the manager regarding removal of added “options”. When the manager said the added “options” couldn’t be removed my husband was told “if you don’t like it you can leave”. He went to car to leave and realized he had already transferred insurance from our trade in to the new van, hence he could not leave.The entire experience was frustrating, and despite the rude, angry demeanor that was shown we still purchased the vehicle. In addition we purchase a trailer hitch to add to the van. We were told we would have to make an appointment to get it installed. We called and were told we could not make an appointment on Saturday, despite the service department being open 8-6. We were then told we would make an appointment but the time could vary by hours depending how busy they were. So not only can we not have the hitch installed on the day that’s convenient for us, our “appointment” we are required to make could vary by hours.I am glad so many people have had good experiences at Phil Hughes, but that was definitely the case for us and we will definitely not being doing business there again.

Wow. Great customer service. I purchased a used Honda from Phil Hughes. I took it in for warranty work at my local Honda dealer and got the run around. I drove 2 hours to take it to Phil Hughes and they took care of me. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my service. I would make the drive again. 1st off, was almost 2 wks wait just to get an appt. My car is brand new just purchased in Dec. Developed a loud rattle & had 2 metal plates, one on each side front of vehicle fall off as I pulled into ny driveway. Found both were secured with only 1 bolt but should have been 4. Day of appt, arrived more then 15 min ahead of 10:30 appt, was told to sit in waiting area & would call out when repairs done. An hour & 45 min later were fimally called. In my opinion, this should have been a simple fix & since we had a scheduled appt, it took far too long.

Jesse was very genuine and straightforward. Took the time to go over details and show me features and wasnt pushy. He wanted to make sure I was getting the car I needed. I am impressed with the Phil Hughes Honda team and thank them for such a great experience.

Bought an awesome CR-V from Phil Hughes Honda and will only let them service it. We moved over 600 miles from them but come back for service by them. Excellent and honest service! They genuinely care. This time was really a sweet experience. Jake in service remembered the fact my sister had recommended them in 2017 and that we drive a long way to get to them. When the shuttle arrived, I was just coming back from walking my two pups so I asked the young man if he had a minute for me to put the pups in the house and roll two trash cans up the drive. “Take your time; no problem”’, he said. As I came back around the corner with the two trash cans, he jumped out of the van and took one of the cans up the hill with me. His name is Noel and he really embodies the Christmas spirit! Both he and Jake are very personable and treat their clients professionally but friendly! Phil Hughes Honda, thank you!

I called Monday morning July 12th to see about dropping off my 2020 Pilot for service and to look at a stereo recall. The service representative said that things were busy and could not promise that the vehicle would be serviced that day if we dropped it off. She suggested scheduling an appointment. I thanked her for her honesty and scheduled an appointment for 9:45 the following Monday, July 19th. My wife took the Pilot for the appointment The service attendant took my car and told me it would be a 3 1/2 service I told her that was fine as long as I could get a courtesy shuttle to my dentist office 4 miles down the road at 12pm. She said sure it will be here at 11:30. At 11:40 I went up again and asked politely when the shuttle would be coming because it was late. The service representative told me to be patient and told me it would be here in 5 more minutes. At this time, I still noticed my Pilot had been sitting in the parking lot outside the service department for the 2 hours and not touched by a service technician for the appointment I showed up for at 9:45. After 10 more minutes, at 11:55 I reminder her again that I needed to get to an appointment. At this time they got a receptionist to drive me to my appointment. My Pilot had not moved and I saw multiple people walk in and out and get there vehicle serviced. It was evident that some didn’t have appointments. Then once my dentist appointment was over I had to wait another 35 minutes for someone to pick me up. I assumed After almost 4 hours now my car should be done. Once I arrive, the representative informed me it would be another hour. Five hours later my car is serviced. I know things happen and the service department may be short staffed, but they told me to schedule an appointment in order to be serviced appropriately. I watched them take walk in when there are people with appts. It was a complete waste of my day not to mention rude in making me late for my dentist appointment. Additionally, I feel like I was completely dismissed by the service representative.I had someone call and apologize and offered a courtesy car next time, which he said should have been offered this time. I appreciate the apology, but I do want to let it be on record, so this doesn’t happen to someone else. Hughes Honda needs to take on what they can handle, and I am not sure that scheduling an appointment matters. I felt completely forgotten after buying my car there. It was very disappointing.

The work I have done here is with good assurance that it is done well and on time. Ive had the cr-v in there quite a bit in the last 5 years for service, repair and part replacement, always positive that the job

I’ve been driving the same vehicle for 16 years. I knew it was time for a change. Earlier this year, my daughter started car shopping and had a not-so-great experience elsewhere. She ended up at Phil Hughes and had a pleasant experience and got a great car! So, I decided to try it myself! I had such a great experience! The sales staff are so knowledgeable and personable, it was a great time. I didn’t feel pressured, there were no attempts to add the extra junk that dealerships tend to do...just friendly folks looking to help you make the right decision. Even the financing team was so delightful and explained everything every step of the way.As for safety during a pandemic, they thought of everything. All the staff were masked (there was one gent from I think service who came in doing an ear dangle, but otherwise everyone seemed to be taking it seriously). There was hand sanitizer out, spaced chairs...I felt safe.All in all, I highly recommend Phil Hughes Honda. Here’s to a new car that I’m hoping to spend another 16 years in!
