Jiffys used to be a town staple when I was younger man they had great food you could order good juicy burgers till like 10 at night and the pizza was great and they were know for the gizzards, livers, and chicken breast. Man it was great but then it got sold and now everytime I go the chicken breast does not taste the same the livers are dry the food just went down hill a couple years ago and I have stopped going to this jiffys and started going to the jiffys on Hwy 31 and it was great to begin with then the pandemic hit the owner sold and Im pretty sure to the same people cause the food in the last year has went down just like the others !!

Fried fish was really good. Plan to stop again . Recommend it for a great lunch.

This place used to be so much better.

New hours are 6 AM to 8 PM. Wife drove by at 7:45 tonight, door locked, lights out.

I love this place. They have the normal stuff a quick stop gas station would have, but what makes it special is the workers. They are super fun kind and funny. I go there some times to get a drink just so I can shoot the breeze and catch up with the ones who have been arround a while.

The cheeseburgers are awesome! Honestly I dont think that Ive ever had anything bad from there. Ive been going for over 20 years.

I love the jiffys on Hwy 31. The one on market st. is not as good anymore. The food isnt hot and the warmer lights are never on to keep the food hot.

I have been a patron if Jiffys for over 30 years. You could always rely on Jiffys to be open when everyone else closed due to weather, etc. I have spent thousands of dollars buying gas, cigarettes, chicken, cheeseburgers, etc. Most of the employees knew what I wanted before I even ordered and were getting it already. I could call and order a cheeseburger and they knew what I wanted on it. Some even called it the Carol Burger. It was very rare that I could not find what I needed there. In the last month everything has changed. The last 5 or 6 times I have stopped for cigarettes, they have not had them. I have asked each time if they could order them since I come in every other day for them (approx. $14/day). They still dont have any. Jiffys is about a block from my home. Ive been driving across town to buy cigarettes, gas, dinner, etc. If they dont have everything I need, then why stop at all. I dont know who bought Jiffys, but obviously they do not care if the long time customers (and there are many) are receiving the service they were accustomed to. They have hired mostly new, young people who dont know their *@! from a whole in the ground. Stopped the other night and they didnt even have the outside lights turned on. Ive been told 3 or 4 times that they didnt have something and then found it myself. They do not want to go out of their way to help you. They do not care if they lose their job and act like they are doing you a favor by waiting on you. I have a feeling that perhaps they actually do have my cigarettes. They used to keep them in the back. Nobody has ever offered to go look there. I have already asked two different stores to please order them for me because I cannot depend on Jiffy to have anything that I need any more. Its really sad to see such a wonderful neighborhood icon turned into just another money maker store where nobody cares about the customers. As I stopped by this morning only to be told no cigarettes, I did notice that there was only one car in the lot. Its usually packed this time of day. So apparently I am not the only unsatisfied customer these days. And believe me, I am not happy.

Hey visited jiffy food store yesterday on West market Street and I had to wait 20 minutes at the deli meat section just to get two sandwiches and I think the store needs someone standing at the deli meat section all of the time ready to wait on customers and not make the customers wait 20 minutes just to get two sandwiches its not no sense in it. Either speed it up and have somebody standing at the deli meat section at all times or get turned in to the health department and state and please clean your store up or somebody needs to have your store on the restaurant ratings on t v. The quality has gone down drastically and rapidly. They always had the best breakfast. Now it cost even more and is smaller.

Since the original owner sold it this place whent down hill. They didnt even have anything in there hot box at 10:30

I live close to Jiffy and I go there at least once a day sometimes twice. The people there are so nice to me and I know that theyre nice to other people too because I see it theyre great!

Employee smoking in the front door. Three disrespectful teenagers running the store. Had to wait for kid to get off phone to take my order. Chicken fingers dry and flavorless. Store smelled and dirty. Store wasn’t busy so it should have been a better experience.

Food here is excellent. Good prices. Store could use a good cleanup.

The cashiers were somewhat rude. The store has very little inventory. I was charged 4.99 for a bag of Doritos that was marked 4.29. The whole experience was lousy.
