Food was so good. Family of 3 ate for $50 and we all took food home. Everyone was polite. Food was amazing and came very fast. If im ever out here again i will definitely return

The food there is pretty good, I had it a few times. Reception is friendly and food arrives decently quick. The pancakes are amazing.

The restroom is very clean. They give you lots of food for the price. One chef salad can feed 2 people easily, the chicken fried steak is tender and delicious. I had the crabcake which was dried, over fried and flat as a pancakeThe service was great.

The staff are so nice and make sure your happy no matter what there day they are having they always have a smile and they know me and my family and some of what we love to order and the food AMAZING cook to perfection I can always tell if its a new cook and within 3 days they are trained to perfection, the prices are fair I dont think I can say anything negative if you have not tryed them I promise you will be a returning customer if you try.My bill was between $30-$50 but that was for 5 people at breakfast,but we order all the time it does not matter if we din in or take out and when we call and do take out the food is still perfect and when I call they know who I am and always ask how my family and I are doing they are the perfect family local restaurant. The staff are all amazing if you come in for breakfast Mrs.Wanda is so amazing and in the evening Fez (short of real name) the owner son is amazing kid, the owner he is amazing also please go you will be greatful.

This was our first visit, and we took a chance bringing out-of-town guests. We were not disappointed, and cannot wait to return. The wait staff were friendly and engaging. We each ordered something different, and all were cooked as ordered. The quality of the meats (bacon, ham, steak, scrapple) was top-notch, no factory farmed pork aftertaste (a pet peeve).If you love diner food, we highly recommend the Golden Eagle.

We loved coming here until tonight. Our waitress was great. I only gave one star cause what we saw was very sad and made us so mad that I dont want to go back. We left our waitress a 10 dollar tip on credit card and we went outside and looked in the window and the owner only gave her 5 dollars. So that tells me the owner is stealing their money.

01/20/20 Golden Eagle Diner is a small town restaurant with the small town feel. I ordered fresh toast with scrambled eggs and bacon. I think my food was $4.99 or $5.99. That’s such a good deal. I enjoyed my breakfast while visiting family in Delaware. I’ve only had their breakfast and will check out their other foods when I’m back visiting. Service is also very friendly and attentive.

When we first walked into the door we should have left. The cakes by the front door where covered with dirty covers. My husband ordered a steak and they severed him a pork chop and the owner tried to tell him it was a steak. Ive never seen a white steak! Then we were eating soup and there was a fly in the soup. Owner never apologized gave us our $90.00 bill and only took the soup off our bill. We paid a steak price for a pork chop!!! That had nothing but fat around it. Will never ever go back!!! The owner is a jerk and a thief!

This place was THE WORST! If I could give this place a 0 I would. My family and I went on a Sunday morning. First, there was hardly any food on the buffet. No eggs, no french toast, and no biscuits. The grits were old, thick, and lumpy. Then, when they did finally bring some food out, the biscuits were cold and hard. All of the meat on the Buffet was pork. No turkey or beef. I had finally had it and decided to order from the menu. That took forever but I did finally get a semi-decent meal of steak and eggs. The steak was tough as shoe leather because of all the connective tissue. My husband and I came to the peninsula to visit my family, but we surely will NOT be returning here. I do not reccomend at all!

We usually go to Stargate Diner, but we decided to try Golden Eagle for a change.Our meal was fairly good and our waitress was top-notchHowever, it seemed to us that the portion sizes were slightly smaller than Stargates, as was their salad bar. The Rice Pudding was rather watery and didnt taste that great. Also, the space between the table and booths was noticeably smaller than Stargate booths; creating a tight fit. Not too sure if we will come back.

The sandwich and fries I had were delicious, the fries were especially tasty and different from other fries Ive had. I never eat all the fries , but yesterday I ate every one. Chicken salad and bean soup was also very good.

The food was great. The service from our waitress Wanda was great other than once our food came we asked for more coffee due to the fact we were all out and I ended having to go to the counter and ask the bus boy to get it for me. In Wandas defense this wasnt her fault. From what I can see on the wkenda only they are very much so under staffed running around with their heads cut off (figuratively speaking)

If you love crabs then make sure you make dinner plans on fridays because there crab soup is seriously to die for!🤤😍

The eagle salad was fresh, plentiful, and tasty. Full of blue cheese, walnuts, cranberries, raisins, and grilled chicken. Served with a thick slice of garlic bread.Our server was pleasant and efficient and the food arrived in a very reasonable time.

Despite the delay of receiving the order and some confusion in regards of the status of the order, overall my experience at this location was a positive one. They offered free chocolate pudding for the delay which was a nice gesture. The burger I ordered Double bacon cheeseburger one of the best burgers I have had in years. I originally was going to give 3 stars. However, I had a great evening with someone so that added another star to the review 🙂.

My husband and went to Golden Eagle for the first time and last time. We ordered salad, had no tomatoes,only lettuce and sauce. I ordered steak and soon I tasted it I knew it wasnt right. It was old and tasted rotten. My husband ordered Liver and onions and it was dry and tasteless. Im very nauseated right now. I will never go there again. The manager didnt even come to us and ask what the problem is. He sent the waitress and she was overwhelmed. Nice girl but didnt feel comfortable taking care of something the manager or gm should of handled. Very unacceptable and unprofessional.

Love the golden diner. The customer service is great. The prices or affordable. Im so glad they expanded the building and it looks beautiful more modern and family oriented. Me and my kids eat there all the time. We prefer the Eagle diner over everything else in Seaford.

Great Diner Food! My husband and I went here after church for lunch and were not disappointed. Huge menu, with something for everyone. I had the Gyro, my husband had their special Eagle Burger. The Gyro was wonderful! However it came with fries, I am not a French fry eater and would have liked to have another choice, but it wasnt an option. My husbands burger was HUGE. So big, in fact, that he brought half home for his lunch the next day. The service was friendly, helpful and fast. We will definitely be back.

Clean and modern in and out, this diner has ample table seating and a counter at which you can sit. The staff were cleanly, friendly, and efficient. My visit was at breakfast and I chose the breakfast buffet that allowed me to sample a variety of items. Although the appearance of the buffet itself was not impressive, however, the food was fresh and well stocked. Items included scrambled eggs, pancakes, French toast, ham slices, sausage links and patties, scrapple, bacon, corned beef hash, sausage gravy, creamed chipped beef, biscuits, fried potatoes, fruit, and other items. I found all the food that I sampled to be cooked nicely and not overly fancy. The price for the breakfast was very reasonable, in fact inexpensive. Overall,I was impressed and I will certainly return when Im in the area again. A+++!

This diner has been open for 1 week. It was crowded but service was quick. We went there for breakfast. Their scrambled eggs were so fluffy, really good. Their pancakes were delicious. The servers were knowledgeable and professional. Staff was adequate for such a full diner. Plenty of parking. Well lit and very clean. I will be going back often.
