BEST place around McMinn County and around to get the most amazing flavors for shaved ice. Plus all the extras they have. My favorite is strawberry and cream... My daughter got wedding cake and cream and I think it was spot on. They are some of the FRIENDLIEST people. . you get get what I give.

This place would be great but I wont go there anymore because of how rude the lady working there is. Id rather take our business somewhere thats its appreciated.

Amazingly friendly people sharing frozen joy in a cup. The prices are great, the flavors are plentiful, the quality is phenomenal, the shaved ice is crazy fluffy, and the taste is out of this world.This was my family’s first experience with Sno Biz, but definitely will not be our last.

We go here probably once a week. It is a great cheap treat for the kids especially on hot days.

Great place for summer treats

Very friendly service and order was out quickly for all 5 of us. We had brought our puppy and the owner was nice e ough to give her free water with shaved ice.

The woman working the window is extremely RUDE!!

The snow cones were good. I wouldn’t recommend the sour cherry. The woman working the counter was slightly rude and had a condescending tone in her voice. I will be back but if she is working the window I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Great place to take the family for snow cones. They have over 300 flavors. Nobody has ate all 300 flavors during the summer. Lol

It taste great but the woman working the counter at 315 was rude very unhelpful and has no right working in customer service. I tried to ask why she was being rude to my child my wife and I, instead of an answer she closed the window. The gentleman working was very nice
