Phone plan is great, but the customer service at this store leaves a lot to be desired. The employees here really give the impression that they dont care about customer concerns and cut you off in the middle of explaining your issue or asking questions. Very dismissive and rude over the phone. Was not a great experience.

Will add info on actual reception after using it a few days, but they promise full AT&T coverage PLUS additional Cricket towers.Sales representative Kelli and Manager Vee were a true delight. Both were very knowledgeable, candid and helpful. They were able to get us an unlimited plan with the same services for HALF of what were currently paying, PLUS two quality phones for free!They also helped transfer our contacts and files, and showed us features and tricks of our new phones.

Went to buy a phone on my upgrade and while girl there tonight tried to help she kept saying she didnt know when phones they were out of were going to be in stock nor much about the products .

Great experience. I went in there today and got service through them. The 3 women that were working there were EXTREMELY helpful, nice and patient. Between the service and good deals, Im definitely recommending this store to everyone I know.

If I could give this place a -5 stars I would. They are never prepared for a customer. I thought I was bad enough with the women who used to work there. Now the men are even more incompetent. Went in with specific phone I wanted to buy. He checked to make sure he had one. Came out empty handed. I asked to see it and how much they were. He went to the back and finally brought one out. Then he proceeded to count the register drawer instead of answering my questions or assisting me with my purchase that I had money in hand to do today. I walked out without buying anything. This store is ridiculous.

The new staff is very helpful and patient with customers! Do fun events and try to help customers with budgets greatly 😁

The employees are so friendly and they even took the time to dig though boxes to look for a case that I wanted! Would recommend.

Friendly helpful staff and helped with what phones we should get. They werent pushy and their convos with us and each other were great.

They were helpful in the transition from my current carrier and I was able to keep the same phone number!

I have called for an hour... The store closes at 6pm... Its only 5:24pm... At least have enough courtousy to pick up the phone and take a call back msg... or, put them on hold at least then if they hang up its on them... So far the products have been up to par but, the customer service needs drastic attention or some indefinite changes...

Update 5/25/18 Once again the good management and staff are gone. Now the new manager is all knowing but knows little about the devices he claims to be an expert on.

I am having issues with my phone, Took it in to have them look at it, and they refused to help me. The store manager told me my phone wasnt supposed to last over a year and just kept telling me I needed to upgrade. Very poor customer service and are the employees are completely clueless when it actually comes to phones.

Although I didnt anything this place has a lot of good deals also I was pressured

Athens ripped me off i bought a phone and the day i bought it it tore up and they would not honor the seven day return policy i took my phone back 4 times before the seven days expired finally after seven days expired they admitted to the seven day return policy but then refused to take my phone back because time had expired then they threatened to fire the worker if she had listened to corporate and take my phon back

There staff are snobs & need someone in there that can make decisions on phone warranties
