I just want to thank the guys at J Pro for helping me out today. I happened to get a flat tire right at their business and the guys working there, (wish I had caught their names but) I tried to offer him $ for everything but he absolutely refused. Absolutely amazing crew. I called multiple places trying to get my vehicle towed two blocks over too my house. Several places said it would be $100 or more and they would be over an hour getting to me. I called J-pro he said $65 and could get to me immediately. Not only did they tow my vehicle he also told me what was wrong with my vehicle. And also walked me through how to replace the part that was bad. I will recommend this towing service to anyone and everyone.

Locked my keys in my car this morning at the DMV, of all places, had a very important appointment in an hour, thought my day was ruined.... called insurance thinking it would be at least an hour before someone could help me but NOPE J-Pro car care & Towing was there in about 5-10 mins! I couldn’t believe it! Thank you so so much for saving my day! Highly recommended them for services!

I dont know how this service gets very high ratings. I have used services here a few times. Service quality is good although the price is a little higher than other similar shops. The worst thing is that the employees/mechanic are rude and seem to not care much about customers. I just called in to ask for an estimate of services. The man who talked to me was like yelling at me when he couldnt hear my questions clearly, just like I was annoying him. He also gave answers in the same voice. At the end of the call, he shut off so quickly even before I even said thank you to him. Seems like customers need them but they dont need customers. Will never call or use services here again.

My car broke down at Walmart today, I thought I would need a tow, and didnt know what garage to call. Found J-Pro online and called them.....Dillon was there in 10 minutes,....what a Blessing he was!! Said I got this ......popped the hood turned it on and said it was the battery, which he charged for me. Dillon .....THANK YOU SO MUCH♡♡ Very professional, and so kind.

I normally do not post reviews. I was in this shop with a friend a few weeks ago while she was getting repairs done and was so pleased with the experience not only she had but I had as well. The girl in the office kept us up with conversation to pass the time. The mechanics were very honest with us as well which is hard to find around this town. Clean environment and friendly honest folks. 5stars

I had a spark plug blow out of my engine and had to have this shop tow my vehicle to there shop for repairs. I was worried about the cost and having to stay overnight or get a rental as i was traveling. They seemed nice at first. But.. I was having an issue with my engine. After diagnosing the issue. They also proceeded to change the coolant and charge me an additional 100 something dollars for that without informing me first. And then to beat it all they told me that I needed a new engine and quoted me over $3000. Upon taking the vehicle to a different repair shop. It was actually a bad seal in the engine that could be repaired for $700. I don’t like leaving negative reviews but personally, this experience was not great.

Only the second time in my life I have every had to have a vehicle towed for service. First time I have ever used J-Pro. Dillon was great and took the extra time to explain all the services available at J-Pro. Towing cost is very reasonable. Will be using J-Pro for all of my auto service needs from now on.

I had my a/c fixed by J-Pro and I knew I was going to pay a little bit more but I was ok with that because I knew I was getting quality work and it would be done right. They told me they was going to change 100% of my a/c system and after they was done working on it I wouldnt have to worry about it for years. After a couple months it stopped blowing cold air again... Took it back and they put some dye in it to show where the leak is. After a couple more months it stopped again. Took it back and they changed my compressor. They said if this dont work Ill have to pay labor to have it worked on again. That sounds like BS to me

We took our car there for our brakes to be replaced but inspection was all that was done cost $76.00 and while there a gentleman came in because he had a oil change and no oil was in it once he left he only found the problem till he got home. We were told it needed rear brake drums replaced ($145.00) when taken to another shop they just turned them ($35.00). Not Happy.

Why do you garantee 24/7 roadside assistance? Thats not true. My insurance company called at 445am for assistant for me and was told nobody available till after 7. When they called back to set something up no answer. If your not going to do what you advertise than take that off your advertisement and dont guarantee something you dont do.

Awful place. I asked them to fix my tire and they put a plug in it. Never took the tire off or anything. Then proceeded to charge me 24 dollars to do it. I could have taken it anywhere else to have it properly repaired for that price. Then I called them and they guy ended up hanging up on me. If I could give a 0 stars I would

I called J Pro and spoke with Dylan about getting my car towed from Athens to Cleveland. He said he’d be there in 15 minutes and he didn’t waste any time getting on it. He showed up quick and got my car delivered to the dealer on time and efficiently. I personally want to thank him that’s awesome I didn’t have to wait any extra time! Their prices are definitely reasonable. I won’t use anyone but them in the future.

I had my car towed in on the interstate and this shop took excellent care of me. Me being a single mother with 2 kids knew I was for sure was gonna be taken advantage of but that was not the case Jim and his crew went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of at a reasonable price. Enjoyed my experience with J-Pro. My car broke down Saturday during pumpkin down and would not start. I called J-Pro and they sent a tow truck to us. The driver was very courteous and professional. He towed us to the shop and even offered us a ride home. First thing Monday morning the shop called us to let us know exactly what they found and how much it would be to fix. To my Convience it was rather cheap and they completed the repair came back and got us and now my car is back to normal. Thank you J-Pro for everything. We will Definitely be back

J-Pro has worked on our car every time we have needed anything, big or small. This time specifically I am amazed at how quickly they got us repaired and how great the price was! This is for the Truck shop. We woke to leaks in the roof of our RV and needed help fast because a storm was inbound. I had called everywhere with no help in sight. I called Angela at JPro on highway 11 and she was amazing. Not only did they get us in and fix it right, they were so helpful. Mike is very consciencious and thourough. Angela even helped us find a hotel room for us and our dog, so the repair could cure properly. When we returned the next day, everything was fixed a looked great. There have been several storms since and no leaks. We will be happy to use them in the future.

Im amending a one star review. In all fairness I understand Athens city is who makes the prices for towing but I still feel its ridiculously high for the city to charge that much. The day my daughters car was towed I was upset and left a bad review because of an exchange with the driver that I lost my temper over. I was worried and anxious but it made a bad day worse for both of us. I took offense and was upset and put up a strongly worded review in reaction. I called and apologized but didnt realize this didnt come down when I thought I erased it later. I dont want my dealing with one person and getting upset over temporary circumstances to effect their long term reviews.

I had some really extensive work done on my chevy s-10. I was more than impressed with the cleanliness of the shop and the friendliness of all the staff. During the repair the mechanic found a couple other issues that needed to be fixed. Now I would have ever known they were a problem but J-Pro has the diagnostic tools and computers to really get to the actual problem. I was called by the shop and notified what he found and how much it would cost. After the repair my truck drives like a champion.Thanks J-Pro

Best place in town

I am a truck driver and this review is for the truck and trailer side of the business. I delivered the Freight-liner which had a number of problems. The list was long enough dont need to go over it again. Well my employer wanted to wait till I was on vacation to get the truck worked on. They fixed every problem on the list and thanks to the diesel mechanic found and fixed a couple more. I got the truck back and it rides like a dream. I go to J-Pro for all my needs. I have had bad dealings with actual dealer shops not being thorough enough. Most mechanics just go by what the computer is saying. However if you have driven a rig for as long as I have you know when something is not right. I dont know what it is to pin point but I do know what the truck is doing. A lot of the times these problems can be caught by the driver before the computer gets the message. So thank you to the mechanic and really all mechanics who actually trouble shoot a vehicle and listen to the driver.

I ran into a situation the other day and ended up needing the assistance for towing and repair I called multiple companies for help and they tried charging me a lot because it was late at night. I called j pro at 1:30 in the morning and spoke with Dylan despite it being late he was very polite and charged me a very reasonable price to come pick my car up on the interstate and tow it to there facility for repairs. The next day I called and spoke with the owner Jim who said they were checking it out at the time. I explained how I urgently needed my car back. Even though being rushed they were very professional and worked promptly to get my car back on the road. I am very satisfied with j pro and despite living 30 minutes away I will still use them for my repairs. Thank you Dylan and the team at j pro for your excellent service. Definitely recommended

My experience was awesome. My car broke down on the interstate and before I could get back to it the police towed it. Now I know about police rates etc. but this company went above and beyond to help me get back in my travels. The tow bill I thought would be expensive however was very reasonable actually I felt a little to cheap to be honest but they also took the time to help me figure out what was going on with my vehicle. Ive always gotten top notch service from JPro! They fixed one issue with my truck that no one else could fix. Later on, I had another issue and if they had done what I thought the problem was it would have cost me a lot of money. But, they were honest and found the real problem, which was much cheaper.They are my go to auto service!

Had a very weird noise my car was making. I could not figure it out. Took it to Jpro and they found an exhaust leak and repaired it. Car sounds great now. A+ service and knowledge on repairs.

I was quoted 1500$for an oil leak. I fixed it myself for 6$and 30 minutes of labor. Pretty big difference in price. They tried to pull one over on me.Turns out it was just the oil filter seal.

Poor customer experience. Very neglectful in their work and rude. Took my truck in and it took a week to tell me I needed to take it to the dealership and in the process of diagnosing, they left a piece off my truck causing the truck to lose power. Had to take it to the ford dealership and pay an additional 100 dollars to fix a problem this place caused in the first place. Owner acted like he didnt care one bit for his neglectful work. Would not take a bike there

Price gouging and they was rude and this morning they called and they threating me on because i gave them a one star rating and they want me to take it off then they left a cell phone in my car they threating to lock me up for them leavening it in my car i leave 458 miles away the ower called me and said going to right charges on me for a cheap phone they got form walmart prepaid cell

I completely trusted this shop but I went in for an oil change & wound up paying almost $700.00 for the oil leak I supposedly had & on top of that they found $2000.00 worth of work I also needed done Now I know this happens everyday to women but that they took that kind of advantage when I had buried my husband just a week earlier is lowest of lows the work they claimed I need was looked at by 2 other mechanics & they found absolutely nothing wrong with my car Ladies Beware
