Went to Tire Engineers to have a large roofing nail pulled out of my tire and have it patched. They said it couldnt be patched and I would have to replace the tire. So my wife took it over to Clem Tire to see if they could patch it. Clem Tire pulled the nail and said, Youre lucky! It didnt go through... Theres nothing wrong with your tire. No charge. Have a fine day.

I needed a battery real quick, so I stopped at Clem Tire and asked if they sold and installed batteries. They said yes, and it would take one hour, which I thought was phenomenal that they could get to me that quickly! It only took half an hour! Yes, I paid a little more than other places, but, I didnt have to wait! Thanks, Clem Tire for the great service!

I went there and got four new tires for my Honda I got a tune-up a new air filter they just were really really great with my car and with me I thoroughly enjoyed the experience a man named Tony really help me out a lot and I will definitely be going back there

Very nice people, was helped out quickly and with quality tires and work, was disappointed someone scratches my hubcap but i was a fool for leaving them on at any tire shop, other than that no harm done was able to fix jt with spray paint. If it was a rim scratch i would have been more upset but it wasnt so i do not hold it against them although it may have been the specific mechanic that did it, i told them to be careful its an 89 and it came back with chip in hubcap lol. So what more do you want. They do tires, and good ones. Didnt bother to tell me it costs an extra 80 for alignment but you pay for quality work i suppose...

I came to Clem’s in February to figure out what issue I was having and to have it fixed. I informed them that I was already told it was most likely my CV Axle or a wheel bearing. I was told neither of those was an issue, it was an exhaust problem. I went to the Nissan dealership and paid $125 for a full diagnostic to finally figure out what’s wrong. The issue? Left and Right CV Axles. So thank you for making me sound stupid for assuming it was one of those issues, and for being oh-so-not-helpful.

Great place to go for tire service my son mother needed a tire for her car after being at walmart mart for over an hour and car never got touch we left came to clem tire as soon as we got there they pull the car in the bay and it was done n ready fast and done right .they treat u like family here

Had both of our cars worked on which we had not been able to afford since we moved to Athens. We had used Clem Tire in Madison and were pleased. The Athens folks addressed several things with each car, including readdressing a brake issue.

They were running a little behind and it took a little longer than they stated. Alignment job was done right and for the true amount they stated. No upsell here.

The team at Clem Bumper to Bumper is absolutely great! Thank you to Tony who was a big help. We were traveling south on I-65 outside of Athens when our bearings went out on our trailer. These folks didnt know us and really had no prospect of future business from us because we were from out of town, but we got the royal treatment! Tony was great! He made sure they replaced the bad bearing, checked all the other bearings, assessed the safety of our situation and had us back on the road in about an hour! Who does that these days? That should tell you the good quality of the character of the folks at Clem Bumper to Bumper.

I really liked this place then I had 2 bad experiences here. First bad experience I went in for oil change, tire rotation and front end alignment. Left the business and noticed my car still pulled to the left really badly. Took it back the next day and they looked it over, gave it a test drive and explained to me that HWY 72s shoulders would make my car pull uphill I guess. Haha! I went back months later since it was one bad experience after going there for quite some time. Again I had an oil change, tire rotation and front end alignment. Driving home my car is pulling to the right like it was before. Got home and the front tires had not been rotated, (brake dust and worn edges on front tires still). But at least they didnt charge me for the alignment this time. They also overfilled my oil by about a quart. They lost 5 vehicles business from my household this time. Gonna give McClary a shot.

We came to huntsville and got a flat on 565. i had my twodaughters with me. i was so scared and he got me help from his brother here in huntsville, mr. dusty. they got the tires from thecwarehouse for us and helped us so much! its such acrelief. im so grateful to mr. mathew and mr. dusty in the huntsville location. they are our heroes!! ill never go any where else besides these guys ever again.

Not just tires! Staff friendly. Facility was fairly clean... typical for an older repair/tire shop. Bathroom has been used by machanics, need I say more?Waiting area is old...but has good tv options.No WIFI!Work done quickly without all the pressure to do extra work. (ie radiator flush or fuel system clean, etc)Price was quoted upfront...and was actually charged less once work was done.Mechanic left vehicle clean and no smudges around the engine compartment from leaning over and into engine bay.I recommend Clems Tire for tires and minor automotive services. I will use these guys again.

We were traveling to Florida and my sisters car started acting up. We figured out what the problem was and called ahead to Clems and they stayed open for us and had a spark plug and coil ready for us when we got there and had it installed within ten minutes to have us back on the road. So thankful they went the extra mile for us!

I have always had good service at Clem through multiple vehicles over the years. Recently they repaired the brakes on my motorhome. Took it on a short trip and experienced problems with the brakes subsequent to the repair. Brought it back to them when we returned and they took it in immediately and began troubleshooting. They fixed the problem that occurred with just a minimal charge for parts that werent replaced the first time that turned out to be the problem. This is the reason I do business with them... they stand by their work and will not make any excuses. They have a solid reputation in the community and strive to maintain that. Will continue to do business with them!

They told me that I would be getting a credit due to them misdiagnosing my husbands truck then put two catalytic converters on my car knowing I could only afford but one. I had to walk two miles to get my kids from school because they would not release my car to me. Then had the nerve to tell me I was trying to get free work. Are you serious? Disrespectful is my one word to decribe this place and the crew.
