We had a speaker install done at our pool house! Aaron was amazing! Came out to do a consult and within a week was back to do the install. Showed us how to use the system! I stopped in to get a couple foot long strips of speaker wire so my husband could install our door speakers in our car. Was much quicker than stopping at Walmart or large store which made for a quicker stop before work. The guy was very friendly and helpful.

I took my car for an amp install to hook up two Kicker Comp Rs, and my installer, TJ, did a wonderful job on hooking everything up professionally and without any issues. Definitely recommend him and this shop. I also had my windows tinted from the same shop and they did a perfect job.

They were friendly. I’m writing because in the process of the install I had done in November, the team cracked my touchscreen. The crack speed so bad that it rendered my cars computer touch screen (Prius) hardly usable.They also cracked trim around the unit when putting it back together.Lastly, they couldn’t hook up the unit correctly to use hands free control and still charged me full price.Last but not least they misplaced a part to the radio (external mic for hands free directives).This was a disaster. I didn’t feel the need to write a review, but the damage has spread bad enough that it affected my cars functionality.

Once again I went back to class A auto, they took me right in on time, while I waited a short time in there awesome waiting room. 25 minutes later the guy came in the room to show me the piece I was replacing was actually bad and it was a good thing I was replacing it. Then he came right back in and said it was done. They are very friendly, quick and most of all professional. When I called for a price and appointment they were able to get me in the very next day. As he tells me of the bill it was 30$ cheaper than what I was quoted on the phone. I love these guys and this place. I once again, am a very happy customer. Ive had some people work on my car. But Class A Sound..... they pimp my ride for real. And their great customer service with the option of dropping you in case if you needed a ride while they are working on your car..... and many many other great service. Tim installed an automatic car starter on my Subaru Impreza. This was a gift from my mom and it is working very well! But what was even better than the device was the customer service Tim provided. He patiently answered all of my mom’s questions, scheduled installation less than a week later, and then kept the shop open late (when I was running late) so that I could pickup my vehicle. I have purchased two car stereos, a sirius radio, and a remote car starter for my girlfriend from Class A Sounds over the past 10 years. Never had an issue and have referred many friends there as well. The owner is always friendly and very helpful and knowledgeable about the products he sells. I also think its really awesome how involved he is in Athens events. This is the only place to get car audio equipment in Athens!

Fast friendly and professional with affordable pricing on name brand equipment. It was nice being able to see the radio and listen to the speakers on there display before purchasing. There was plenty of stuff to look at in the store to keep me occupied while i waited on my install to be finished as well as a nice home theater room with cable and wifi. They even offered me a decent selection of movies to watch while I waited. I felt very welcomed and not rushed into the purchase I made and was by far one of the cleanest best smelling stores I have been in. I brought in my 17-year old pickup truck for interior cleaning and detailing. Two years of crumbs from fall foliage, dust, Athens pollen crusted around the door, and just a layer of yuck from not spending the effort to keep the inside fresh. Tylor said he was gonna make the inside of my truck look brand new. I thought to myself, heck, if we get even partway there, Ill be happy. I returned three hours later and daggone, Tylor cleaned every last inch of it. I had tempered expectations but high hopes, and Tylor exceeded them all. Kudos to Tylor and Class A for fulfilling their word and their name. Stellar work!

Aaron was amazing to work with! He was great at emceeing our wedding and made sure we all heard everything we wanted to hear! We had sent him a list of some different spanish songs we would want to hear and they were played as well. He did our music for the ceremony and it was great and he was hardly noticeable out there! He just hooked up his tablet to a speaker and was in business! He also made sure to talk with everyone to be sure that he would pronounce their names right! So no fumbling around with names or disgruntled wedding party members :) Before the wedding he contacted us and played some of our special songs to make sure that they were correct (good for instrumentals and a spanish song we had). Everything went smoothly! We couldnt have asked for a better DJ or a better wedding day!

I was referred by a co-worker and they reported that Class A did an excellent job with auto detail. Class A did not dissapoint! I never knew all the other services they offered which I plan on ultilizing in the future because I had such a great experience. Raphael made my truck look like, smell and feel like a new truck! I was extremely happy with the job he completed on my truck, especially since it had not been washed for over a year and a half. He was able to get out multiple water/dirt stains on my seats and a smoothie stain off of my floor (2 days old). Thank you very much Aaron and Raphael for your excellent customer service! I will be returning!

My in dash touch screen would turn on and off intermittently. I took the dash apart myself and didnt see anything wrong but once I put it back together I couldnt get it to turn on at all. I took it apart and put it back together several times but couldnt get it to work. Class A Sounds found the problem and had it fixed in under an hour!

Radio worked till i got home. Then i called. They said they were too busy to tell me how to find problem. So i calked back later and no one answered

I took my car for a full detail service, they charged me $150, and it was a crappy job. i could have done this my self. the casher excuse was that the car was dirty. Thats why i brought it to you. They didnt clean the trunk, nor the door panels, the steering wheal is dirty. they said they will clean the carpet and take out the seats; they only cleaned the seats and the carpet between the seat and not under the seats. The exterior had water stain on it, the front grill was still very dirty, and they didnt wax the car as they said they will. i called few of my friends, and they had the same crappy service. I literally had to point thing to the car detailer and he was in hurry and he just wanted to leave it. i dont recommend them to any one
